Very nice and every bit as good as the top Kroger's. This Martin's has just about everything you'll need. From fresh fruit and vegetables early on in the store route to a nice meat and deli selection later on. They even had a donut section on the walk thru so you can feed every need. The aisles - there seems to be fifty of them - are nicely laid out and contain just about everything. Lots of check out counters and the people working here seem to like their jobs. Nice place and nice visit...we will be back.

Thank you Martin's and your staff for going above and beyond to provide accessibility for the disabled.

The meat department has excellent cuts of steaks at great prices. Huge selection of wine. Many of the stores carry liquor, this one does not. But I have been to the ones that do carry alcohol and they do carry everything. It is unbelievable inexpensive too. The customer service is great. Erik at the customer service area was very helpful and attentive. Since we are coming to South Bend so much we got the Martins advantage card. They have a great app also that gives you all the specials and advantages. Since I have retired , I have done most of the shopping and know the pricing of items we usually buy. Martins is low low low compared to the other stores. If you have never been to a Martins , give it a try. Oh yes, they have a robot that goes up and down the isles, scanning on quantity and directly sends the information to the office for re stocking( see pic ).

I was told when products get near their expiration date, they put them on sale. I asked if this was the right way to do business and no one would answer me. I am74 and have shopped at Martin's for many years. I will now shop somewhere else.

Whole Foods is one of those grocery stores where I can go in planning to buy just a few things and…read moresomehow end up spending half an hour browsing. There's something genuinely enjoyable about shopping here, and this location does a particularly good job of making an ordinary grocery run feel like a pleasant experience. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized everything was. The produce section looked fantastic, with fresh fruits and vegetables neatly arranged and a much better selection than I typically find at other grocery stores. I was particularly impressed by the berries and leafy greens, which actually looked fresh rather than like they'd been sitting on the shelves for days. The bakery was another highlight. Everything looked tempting, and the bread I picked up was excellent. I also appreciate the selection of specialty products that can be difficult to find elsewhere. It's nice being able to shop for everyday groceries while also discovering something a little different. Customer service was excellent. I had trouble locating a particular product, and an employee walked me directly to the correct section instead of just giving vague directions. It's a small gesture, but it makes a difference. Of course, Whole Foods isn't the cheapest grocery store around. Some items are noticeably more expensive than at conventional supermarkets. But the quality, selection, and overall shopping experience make the higher prices worthwhile for certain products. Overall, a really enjoyable place to shop. Clean store, excellent produce, interesting specialty items, and helpful employees. Five stars!

I'm sure Amazon wouldn't want that type of representation. Also, recently, I called to order a case of yogurt, as I was told, in the past, that this is an option), and the person who answered told me they were really busy and he didn't have staff available, so I asked if he could take my number and have someone call me back. I gave my number, and I've not heard back.

They are like a country Whole Foods store. I frequent the bakery for vegan cakes, banana bread, vegan pastries and blueberry muffins. Also love the clearance sections for a deal, and occasional veggie burgers and sandwich items. I also like their selection of vegan jerky and vegan tofutti ice cream sandwiches and ice cream...when they are on sale. When their not on sale can be a little pricey, but there's a lot of good sales and deals. It's a homey feeling whenever I come here, simple but unique in its own way. Lots of memories with my children here getting fruit strips and snacks. I love this place.

This review is for the tire shop…read more Last week while on route from Chicago to Travers City MI, about a 6 hour trip, we discovered a huge gash in the sidewall of one of our Bridgestone DriveGuard tires, about halfway through the trip. These are run-flat tires designed to be driven up to 50 miles with no air at all. As a result, cars fitted with these tires are not outfitted with spares, nor do they contain spare tire compartments. The problem is, this modal tire is not usually readily available at most tire shops. Because the tires were purchased from Costco, we phoned the nearest Costco warehouse about 42 miles away, in Granger. The technician, Spencer, who may have been the shop's manager, informed us the tires were not in stock, but offered to phone nearby tire shops to locate one. Mind you, the shops he called were not Costco shops- they were independent. About 20 minutes later, Spencer phoned back to inform us they had located and purchased a tire from one such store. The gash in the tire was quite severe so we decided to have it towed by Dustin from Grand Beach Towing (review to follow). The tire was subsequently mounted, and we were on our way. Best yet, because of Costco's Roadside Hazard warranty the tire's cost was about 23% of its full price. I really appreciate the good and hard work Spencer put in to secure a new tire for us. I doubly appreciate Costco's Hazard Warranty. They really are the best.

The grocery shopping and customer service was good until it was time to order a pizza. The guy that was making the pizza didn't have good customer service. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.
