This Walmart is always fully stocked the staff are very nice and knowledgeable and it's my favorite Walmart

This is absolutely the worst Wal Mart location I have ever been to. All of the employees have a confused look on their face when you ask them a question. They stand around chatting with each other, and barely notice that there are even customers around them. The grocery order pick up is a joke. There are always delays, it takes them HOURS to shop like 10 items. They have a phone number listed that you are supposed to call when you arrive, except no one answers that phone number. The worst part is, they are completely unapologetic for how horrible their service is. This department has one job: to receive orders, shop those orders, and have them ready when you arrive. They are unable to accomplish this task. I have lived all over the country, and I have never encountered such inept, oblivious, and unmotivated Walmart employees. Looks like it is back to Aldi for low price groceries. At least their employees greet you with a smile and know what they are doing. Ridiculous. I have absolutely had it with this Walmart! I'm going to change the store I shop with from today forward. I have launched multiple complaints regarding this store with corporate. Everything from wrong grocery orders, to being told I would have to get my money back through DoorDash for a order I paid Walmart for. 98% of the employees are rude,ghetto and ignorant. Act like your presence and questions are annoying them. Sorry I thought you worked here for customer service. This store is a absolute joke!! First time I had a in store issue was I came in to the optical store to pick up my kids glasses, and was informed they didn't open because they had no staff. The second time is today I received a call from the store, that my bakery cake I ordered on the 11th of May for my daughter's sweet 16 was being canceled. Reason? We don't have the staff and nobody can decorate cakes here. Really? Who was there decorating cakes yesterday? Because those 7 cakes should have been done yesterday! This is unacceptable! And clearly multiple complaints to corporate go unanswered and addressed. So I am now going to spend my money at another store. I've honestly never been a worse Walmart. You literally cannot buy baby formula from this store. It is locked up and getting someone to help you is impossible. Multiple employees told me they were going to go get someone to unlock it. As I stood around. They have a button to push if you need service. Who does that button notify? Couldn't be anyone working in the store. This has happened anytime I've tried to buy formula from there as it is a bit cheaper than Target. 50+ self checkout lanes with only a couple open while a group of "employees" just stand around talking. read more

I was at this Walmart 7/24th/24 at 3:30 I was walking down the main isle of the grocery part when a young man who was an employee maybe 18-19 dark hair, was running at full pace pushing a big silver empty cart (where they would stock it with supplies for shelves) and not holding on to it he would push it away from him and catch up to it grab it and push it away again,absolutely NO control with it.If someone would of walked out of one of the food isles they could of easily collided,if there would of been a child in the cart it would of been a really bad accident.Where are the managers? I'd give this place zero stars if I could. It is always a mess with carts filled of product all over the store, boxes in the aisle, nothing is ever organized. However there are always hundreds of employees standing around seamlessly doing nothing. I refuse to shop here I have only ever done in-store pick up but even that has failed me. I just received an alert that my product was ready for pick up went to the kiosk and it said an associate would be with me soon I waited 20 minutes and nobody ever showed up. I'll let my product sit there without being picked up and get the refund because I am done giving money to this store!! The good, the bad, and the amazing. The end was pretty cool! This review only involves this particular Walmart only as the destination component of an entire transaction. Huh? The Good: I've been looking for a particular piece of photographic equipment, and it turned out that Walmart had the device online and the best price I could find anywhere. It is not stocked instore, so I pulled the trigger and ordered it. The online ordering system is easy to use and was completed very quickly. The Bad: I could choose between pickup at a store, scheduled today, Friday. I could opt for home delivery, but that would be next Monday, over the weekend, eight days total time. The bad? I ordered the piece on Sunday, the delivery was promised to the store in five days. Compare that to a similar order I placed at the same time, with a superstore in New York. It arrived at my home on Wednesday, only three days. Walmart's time frame was frustrating, but I suppose that's part of the good price. The Amazing: I walked into Walmart and walked up to a tall, orange tower that almost reaches the ceiling. (I happen to know its nickname, but since it's a copyrighted name, I'll just call it Fred.) Fred has a smoked glass cover that slightly obscures a monitor screen. There is no one around. As you approach Fred, er, the tower, the smoked glass panel opens up and the screen welcomes you to Walmart. If you were sent a QR Code to your phone that identifies your order, Fred will scan it. I didn't have a Qr code but did have a confirmation number. Fred popped up a keyboard and I typed in my order code. After Fred had my code, I could hear some machinery running and in seconds, a light came on behind another smoked glass door. Voila! There was my package! The smoked glass door popped open and my order slid forward for me to take it. Overall rating: Price: Five stars. Ease of ordering online: Five stars. Time to delivery: Three stars. Recently stopped in to purchase a case of Walmart's flavored water. I was looking for the cherry flavor. Nothing out on the shelf (very little of any flavor for that matter), or above it on the top shelf (over stock). i went to the back stock room doors. Waited 15+ minutes and finally found someone to help me. Asked the staff if they had a case of that flavored water in the back. Staff came back after a minute saying they had the water, but it was on a pallet behind some shrink wrap. I asked if they could cut open the shrink wrap and grab a case? They said no.... not their job. The staff proceeded to walk away talking about their plans after work. When I checked out and was asked by the cashier if I found everything I was looking for. I replied no, cashier said nothing and continued wringing up what I purchased. read more

This is one of the better Walmarts in the greater Milwaukee area. It is still pretty new and clean. There aren't items scattered all around the floor and extremely misplaced...such as sour cream in the shampoo aisle... which I see at other Walmart locations. The store has pretty much everything you'd find or want at a Walmart. Things I need are always in stock - unlike the Walmarts located in the City of Milwaukee which always appear raided. Every time I am here, there is a need for additional cashiers. However, the cashiers are fairly efficient and pleasant. I am impressed with the customer service desk - there is little to no wait the few times I have needed to visit for a return or exchange. The associate even let me exchange a universal car charger without a receipt, I was so happy!! My family has purchased car batteries from Walmart for many years. They seem to last a very long time and when it comes time to replace the battery they do give you $10 back when your return the old battery. If I need to go to a Walmart store and am in the area, I generally try to visit this location. read more

The condition of this store is really sad , especially because it is less than 10 years old. There was a pair of boots laying on top of flowers . The wall art section had pictures laying on the floor disheveled. Every aisle was in need of serious recovery. There were many shelves empty as well. The employees were either looking at their phones or moving at the pace of a turtle while setting out merchandise. I remember when this was a clean and friendly environment to shop at. Employees used to be helpful, the checkout lanes were open and the store was clean and well stocked. However all that has changed. This location has turned into the north side of Milwaukee, there are no helpful employees anymore, the store is trashed, the shelves look like crap and every single person that works here has a ghetto attitude. Extremely RUDE cashier. She was Arguing with me telling me to put the basket back where I got it from. It wasn't like I was walking away and leaving it. She didn't even ring up my items yet!! She needs a ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT! I'm tired of unhappy cashiers that think they can have terrible attitudes. I reported it to the store and corporate office something needs to be done about it. But will the management do anything about it? If they care about the customers they will. I was overcharged for produce on two separate occasions. Both times the advertised price was lower than what I was changed. The first time, I realized I was overcharged once I had returned home. Not much I could do about it. The second time, seedless grapes were advertised for $0.99 per pound. My receipt showed that I was charged $1.28 per pound. I went to their customer service department but when they scanned the grapes, they rang up as $0.99 per pound. The customer service rep had no idea why my receipt was different. I had gone through their self-checkout so perhaps their registers were programmed wrong. What made this worse was that the customer service rep could not fix the problem. She had no scale so she could not weigh the grapes. After 10 minutes of trying something and several people waiting behind me (only one rep on duty) I finally just asked for my money back. Since this was the second time I was overcharged, I emailed a compliant to the federal trade commission for their follow-up and investigation. While $0.29 is not a lot of money for me, it could be for those less fortunate than me and who might need to count every penny. Walmart, of all places, who cater to lower income families should make the extra effort not to overcharge people who might have no choice but to shop at their store. read more

Grocery shopping here is good. Foods are comparable to other chains. Well stocked & the staff have pleasant attitudes (a rarity of other local Wally Worlds). I find myself here quite often. We pulled up into the parking lot and I was wondering why this place had a bad rating. Now I know. It was a beautiful building. Very clean and spacious parking lot. But when trying to park the cart boy left all of the carts in the middle of the lane and didn't care that people were backed up. So we had to inch around. Very not courteous. Walking through the store it was nicely stocked. Everything was neat and folded. Everything was easy to find. And lots of stuff on clearance. We went through the checkout and as usual the young lady was asking is this all together. Yes dear, it is. He is my husband, their father, and we are all together. "fake smile". Then she proceeded to ring up our items. At the end she didn't give us a receipt. Just a really big smile to the hubby. Wrong. He said receipt please. And she said oh it wouldn't print one. Did you need it? Uh.... Yeah. She just stood there. Sucked through her teeth and then said well I will see. She asked the lady next to her how do I print the lady receipt. She told her and voila. The greeter didn't even greet anyone. He just stood there looking creepy and mean. Then we walked into the alcohol section and left. Or thought we were. Once again the cart boy took up the whole exit. We didn't blow or anything. By this time my husband was fed up. He drove the whole other way and we got out of there. The service I just received at your tire center was the UPMOST DISRESPECT That I have ever encountered in 30 years of living. I was Told to be at my appointment 15 minutes before start and I was. When my fiancé and I arrived, we were not greeted, we were ignored by the associates on the floor and no one checked us into my appointment. We waited the 15 minutes and the assistant manager, T (I won't use full name) was rude, disrespectful, argumentative, combative, and refused me service because he displayed an attitude towards my fiancé when she asked RESPECTFULLY if we could be checked in. The assistant manager called his manager and two other UNIDENTIFIED workers to , Supposedly, remove me from he store. I never displayed physical aggression and I do not possess a firearm of any kind. The older caucasian lady said "I made her feel threatened". I'm sure its because I'm a 30 year old African American male who got a little louder than expected with someone else due to lack of professionalism and judgement of character based on opinion. I was told to leave. The managers never helped. They didn't try to de-escalate the situation and I was completely embarrassed by that. I have contacted the corporate office and the regional director, who I partner with on state projects, and I am awaiting a response of action before my lawyer and media are contacted to expose Walmart for the racial inequality and attack on my character. Remember, just because you hire people of color, doesn't mean you like and respect them. I will never shop at Walmart and I urge others to seek other places to visit when needed products. So many other companies can respect your time, money, and value you as a customer. VERY disappointed and definitely a life-changing experience that I can't forget anytime soon. read more

Reasonably new Wal-Mart with the usual amenities including customers so fat that they cannot walk in a straight line. Prices are generally low, but double check the low low prices before you buy to make sure they really are low. Has all the usual departments of a Walmart and I have purchased several replacement auto batteries here based on recommendations from Consumer's Report and the batteries are excellent. Have also purchased electronics, housewares, sporting goods, crocs, slippers, groceries, lawn & garden supplies, back to school supplies (hey it beats raiding the supply cabinet at work). If you shop here go during the day. At night when I get off second shift there are no cashiers to be found and if you do get one they are rude and zombie like. I've had to check out at self check out with a cart of groceries and the self checkout attendant provides no help when my bags are overflowing and the machine won't scan anymore because it can't detect the items on the counter. The product selection is good and the store is pretty clean and organized. The baby selection is a little sparse and competing stores who have a red bullseye logo are much better. read more

I waited for 1/2 hour in the pickup area and nobody came out. I called the store, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and said to be patient. the customer /money service team are (with some very scarce exemptions).....rude and lazy ,they bully each other in front of the public!!...they DO NOT OBSERVE CODES OF ETHICS AT ALL. today I was treated with severe cold answers just because I asked the clerk what time they where going to open the money services, I had an urge to send money overseas for an emergency ,young ladies with no common courtesy skills and complete lock of moral compass....it takes me just 7 extra minutes to drive to other store where senior citizens are treated like people.!! Usually the shelves are stocked but the last couple of times they have been bare. I know this is a super center but come on and let's make sure you have product. The fresh vegetables area was bare and not a lot of them out there. Not only that but hey a reminder this is Wisconsin people grill year round cannot believe you would pull these items from your shelves. Such a disappointment tonight. read more

I try to avoid going there at all cost!! The people working there are super rude, including management. They never have enough cashiers in the lines, returns, or in store online orders pickup. I've seen it all too...people stealing/opening inventory, but the worst experience was when I bought a tablet and returned because I found a better deal...the worker took back my return then voided it right the way, and I never got my money back on my credit card, and they probably took it home.
