I adore this place! It's always clean, well stocked and has many of the more obscure items I buy…read moresuch as soy curls and tofutti which I don't see anywhere but here anymore. The produce department is my favorite. Their lettuce and kale bunches are large, local and priced fairly. A great store for vegans/vegetarians! It is a little tight in there as it's not a large store but it is concentrated and laid out well. The staff is usually always friendly but as with any place, there are occasional exceptions. I'd recommend not shopping in the late afternoon as the traffic in that area gets pretty congested.

Wow, those cookies, were YUM!!! The bread was equally as delicious. We bought some packaged, snacks from the nuts/snacks aisle and unfortunately, that wasn't very good. Tasted stale/odd and we just threw it away. It won't deter us from going back there. If it's busy, which is always seems to be, be careful, while the parking lot seems big enough for people and cars, I saw very close calls with cars to cars and cars to People! Yikes. Not sure what the malfunction is, but it seems people were not going slow and paying attention. I do recommend trying this location - at least to see what they have to offer, you might like it! I definitely will be back just for the baked good section alone. I'm coming for you Molasses Cookies!

Their selection of vitamins, cleaning products, skincare, herbs, and teas is one of the best in the state for a small, local health store. In the Summer and Autumn, their selection of local produce increases. This year they have done a great job with local organic seedless watermelon and a nice variety of local organic vegetables. The dry goods section is not as expansive as one might find at a big box grocery store, which feels pretty reasonable and is even one of the reasons the store is nice.. it is a genuine, locally-opened small business.. not powering a huge space or warehouse to hold 12 varieties of one packaged item where 1 or 2 types are great. There are still many staple items to choose from. The costs I have compared are not more than the costs of items if they were ordered directly from the producers, they seem fair with prices. They are such a great addition to the area I try to think more of how I can support them instead of focusing on and criticizing minor shortcomings that most small local business face. I look forward to going to Harvest Time and finding interesting healthy things every time.

I have a lot of health concerns so a store like this is just what I need, and while visiting recently I popped back in to see what was up. I was immediately greeted by several staff members who apologized for their disarray - they were redoing the store and a lot of stuff was moved around and under construction. I let them know I'd been there before and had been passing through to check the place out again, and she was so relieved I had seen them before their current state. While we didn't really need any food, my boyfriend and I couldn't resist grabbing some whoopie pies on our way out. They were fairly inexpensive, and I was happy to see they were made by Hungry Hollow up on 26. The cashier told us her favorite was the pumpkin, as we had gotten that and the chocolate. Once we ate them later we wished more were purchased, because (sorry auntie!) those were the best whoopie pies I've ever had.
