The quality of the food - mainly related to the bake. We have had really dried out pizza and nachos. We have had so many bad experiences with the nachos, we stopped ordering them. Which is too bad, because there are other PPC locations that make excellent nachos! The large pizza crusts are getting flatter and flatter and more dry. Beer crust has been the best we have tried so far. I feel like it's a process issue vs. quality issue. The sandwiches are usually great. They have a great loyalty point program - which will probably keep us coming back. Thank you for the great customer service!

They also have pizza dough if you want to make your own, and they have various sandwiches and pizzas available. They are open long hours, which is nice if you want something at an odd time. We got the pepperoni stuffed breadsticks which were really great! (the only down side is it took them 30 minutes to make them, but it was near closing so maybe that's why). We had a ton of different desserts (blueberry pie, cookies, brownies, whoopie pies, etc), which were all good and really tasted homemade. They also have a few basic grocery supplies for sale in the coolers. If I lived on this block, I'd be in this place every day. The reason they aren't the fastest is that, the owner doesn't seem to understand you need more than just 3 or 4 employees (TOTAL) to work a business during the day. Usually they only have one person on at a time and they are SEVERLY overwhelmed. It's inside the Palmyra Walmart, so they see a lot of traffic. They don't have any trashcan's in the store (their excuse was that corporate said no trashcans). Well, I have been at other Dunkin's and they have trashcans. They usually have what you are looking for however. I go here often.
