My daughter met me here and she found a few she really liked. She ended up with a great a 5x7 rug for $69! She also got a few baskets for the baby stuff. They had a great selection of baskets too. I bought the cutest marble lazy Susan for my kitchen soap to sit on for only $12.99!!! The staff were helpful and pleasant. This is one of my new favorite stores! From past visits, I would describe the customer service at this location as hit or miss, but today was particularly frustrating. While shopping, I noticed a sign at the counter mentioning a birthday month reward. Since my birthday was last month, I asked how customers are notified about the reward. I was told that they do not send emails and that the program is "like Kendra Scott." Unfortunately, that comparison really doesn't hold up. Kendra Scott sends multiple emails and reminders before, during, and even toward the end of your birthday month so customers have an opportunity to actually use their birthday benefits. Those reminders were so helpful that I was able to use two of my three birthday offers with them this year. I explained that I had never been made aware of Round Top Collection's birthday reward and asked if there was any way it could still be honored since my birthday had just passed. I was simply told no. There was no attempt to explain the policy further, offer an alternative, or even make me feel as though my business was valued. Beyond the birthday reward, the overall interaction was disappointing. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked questions about particular items, and I left feeling like my presence and my business were more of an inconvenience than something appreciated. The birthday reward itself is not what will keep me from returning to this location--the lack of customer service will. After another unfavorable experience at the Cypress location, I will be looking for another Round Top Collection location for future purchases.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent delivery experience from Exclusive Furniture at 10:35…read morePM. As a customer, I felt unsafe and extremely inconvenienced. My furniture delivery was scheduled between 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. I confirmed the delivery as requested and remained available during the entire delivery window. When the delivery had not arrived by 7:25 p.m., I called the store and was told the driver was running behind and would arrive within approximately 30 minutes. After waiting even longer with no communication, I attempted to call back only to find the store had already closed. What made this experience even worse was that I ultimately received a phone call around 10:15 p.m., and the delivery team did not arrive at my home until approximately 10:35 p.m., remaining there until around 11:35 p.m. Receiving a furniture delivery that late at night was unacceptable. I was never informed that the delivery would occur so late, nor was I given the opportunity to reschedule. As a customer, I felt unsafe and extremely inconvenienced. After the delivery window expired, I emailed customer service detailing the situation and also left a voicemail at the store location. Rather than addressing my concerns, acknowledging the delayed delivery, or providing an explanation, I received a text message the next day simply asking whether I was happy with my furniture. There was no reference to my email, no response to the issues I raised, and no effort to resolve the situation or make things right. While the furniture itself is fine, customer service is about more than the product. It is about communication, accountability, and respect for your customers' time and safety. Unfortunately, I experienced none of those things. I expected a sincere apology, an explanation, and some acknowledgment of how poorly this delivery was handled. Instead, my concerns were largely ignored. Because of the lack of communication, the late-night delivery, and the inadequate response from customer service, I cannot recommend Exclusive Furniture based on my experience.
