    This is the empty bay, not being used for an hour.

    The oil and lube garage sucks. I waited 2hrs.to get my cars oil changed which then had 2 cars ahead of me, but no one was working on them. They said my wait was an 1hr and 40min then my car would be finished. I came back and they moved my car back and let 2 cars go in front of me.These cars weren't even there until just then and they moved them ahead of me. So someone could make an appointment at home, after you've been waiting for 2hrs. and just jump right in front of you. That's BS! So if you come to get your oil changed or tires installed make an appt.and jump in front of everyone that's been waiting for hours to get service.

    The shopping experience went well today, although when I got to register 8 the cashier named Monique asked if I would like bags, I said yes. She then was putting the jewelry in the same bag as the chicken and I asked if she can put it in a different bag., Monique replied with an attitude saying "well I asked if u wanted a bag." Didn't realize she was not that smart. Maybe ask next time and be more clear.

I placed a large delivery order that was carelessly packed into one extremely heavy box -- so heavy it was difficult to even get into my house. When I opened it, my eggs were smashed, my raspberries had leaked juice all over the inside of the box, and one item was missing entirely. Trying to get this resolved was even worse than the damaged order itself. I called the store three separate times and was disconnected every single time without ever reaching a representative. I then waited in the online chat queue, logged into my account, and provided my email and phone number. After all of that, I was told to minimize the chat to retrieve my order number. The moment I did, the chat session closed and I couldn't get back in. Next, I called the 1-800 customer service line and waited on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally reached someone, I was told they would not replace the missing item -- only refund it. So now I either have to spend another $50+ to qualify for free shipping again, pay for shipping, or make a separate trip to the store. That is not a resolution -- it's an inconvenience pushed back onto the customer. We're leaving for vacation, and the missing item was specifically purchased for my kids for that trip, which makes this even more frustrating. Mistakes happen. Poor packing happens. But making customers jump through hoops just to fix your mistake is unacceptable. If your order is anything less than perfect, be prepared to waste time and settle for a refund instead of an actual solution.

To be clear It was 6:50pm. At 8:45 we came back to a new guy...and different staff all around. Super defensive, rude and to be honest, borderline combative -somehow they vacillated between we don't know what you're talking about and the last guy had a note that said 7:30pm... I got frustrated because all we wanted to do was find the stuff we had spent a pretty decent amount of time shopping for earlier, and..... Could they please just tell us where it went because we couldn't find ANY of the items (there were at least 20). We got shifting stories from each person we asked to help us and ultimately left with zero merchandise. Would have been at least $300-$400 in sales. I guess that doesn't matter to them. They were not only rude-but made it seem like we were in the wrong for having been given bad information in the first place. Store was very messy-dirty-unorganized, staff was crazy rude.... not like the other Ross stores I have been to. I used to defend coming here to my husband-but he's right-it's a nasty crapshoot coming here-and that's why he hates shopping at Ross-I guess I have to agree with him. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I hardly ever leave reviews-but if I can spare someone the hassle of coming here-it will make our crummy experience less painful.
