This store really should be training their associates a lot better when it comes to Walmarts policies , for the first time I returned an item from on line at the store while doing the return it says if you want your return back on your card it will take 5-7 days if you choose Walmart gift card it will be right away , so I chose gift card when I get there the lady working the customer service hands me a receipt saying it will be back on a gift card and you will get it in 5 days when I question her she is rude in explaining so the supervisor comes and she says that I can only use the gift card in my Walmart app I do not have the app I don't want the App , so she said well sorry you have to have the app and see you later , this is the reason so many companies are losing their business to Amazon !!! read more

Walmart will check your car into service and quote you 90 minutes for an oil change but allow appointment to cut into line in front of you extending the time it takes to get you car done... It's been 4 hours and all the employees say is you should have made an appointment. The other issue is They advertise a standard $38.88 oil change but they never stock the standard oil. Went here today to get cat food and batteries. Found a parking spot right away, walked in by the garden center and found my items. Easy in and out trip. Love that the garden entrance was open and also love that there are more cashiers by the makeup area so you can check out quick and leave through the garden area. Makes it so easy! read more

The app is terrible. I arrived before 10 last night. Check your cameras. I was there waiting in parking spot (9) until 9:58. I finally drove around to the front walked inside to ask how come no one came out. 10:22 Ethan talked to me and shows me on their end it shows I arrived at 10:02. If the app allows me to pick a spot then I am telling the truth. Ethan could have gotten my item but he was more ready to go home he did not care. They don't help you over 2 minutes, but I am literally on their cameras 2 minutes before 10 pm and no one came out. Now this morning the app says they are closed. I always shop at Walmart, almost every other day. The Ontario Avenue Walmart is where I usually go. I am treated very well by Walmart's wonderful associates! They are very friendly and always acknowledge me since they see me often. That gives me a good feeling about going into the store. The Walmart self checkouts are not easy for me to use, but the staff who works in that area are always super helpful and gladly help me when I have any issues with the self checkout machines! Lately, there are a little less of some items I like to buy but I almost always find what I absolutely need. My only issue is that sometimes there is loud, blaring, weird music playing in the store. But, lately, not as much-- which is better. My son loves Walmart's frozen food dinners, premade salads and subs. Also, the store's wide assortment of candy! My cat loves Walmart's varieties of his favorite brands of cat food! For the rest of my human family, I find a wide selection of fresh meats, dairy products, frozen foods, produce, bread, tortillas, beverages and more. There is also plenty of adult's essential items, children's clothes and baby products. When I ask for help in the various store departments, all the associates quickly assist me and are extremely helpful. That means a lot to me! read more

The oil and lube garage sucks. I waited 2hrs.to get my cars oil changed which then had 2 cars ahead of me, but no one was working on them. They said my wait was an 1hr and 40min then my car would be finished. I came back and they moved my car back and let 2 cars go in front of me.These cars weren't even there until just then and they moved them ahead of me. So someone could make an appointment at home, after you've been waiting for 2hrs. and just jump right in front of you. That's BS! So if you come to get your oil changed or tires installed make an appt.and jump in front of everyone that's been waiting for hours to get service. read more

Never buy tires here, yes they have good prices but they lack the talent and skills to install them correctly. They will damage your wheels, over torque you lug nuts (that causes fatigue to your wheels and lug nuts) plus brake rotor warping. They took two hours to replace a tire that was damaged and they broke my center cap and over inflated my tires by 10 psi causing my vehicle rode hard. Go to a tire shop, you will thank me later. The managers or who ever is in charge at this store is terrible. I needed help with a return order from spark I did the order took the stuff to the customer but since the customer wasn't there I had to return everything to the store, so I drove almost 10 miles for nothing and waisted 3 hrs of my day trying to cancel this stupid order, I contacted driver support they said they could not cancel the order that I had to call the store or talk to the manager there, so I called and the guy who answered was so rude o was telling him why I was calling and he told me stop stuttering stop stuttering I said I'm not stuttering I'm trying to tell you what I need help with! Ana he didn't give a damn and just hung up on me! I tried calling back about 5 times or more and they would send me straight to voice mail, so I went up to the front to customer service and told the ladies there the problem I was having they said they couldn't cancel the order cos the customer had to cancel the order and o had to call the customer and ask her to cancel the order wich I did I let them know and they said well just leave the stuff there, the only one that spoke nicely to me and kind of tried to help me out was a girl named Dallas she was kind to me and was trying to be understanding, but everyone else didn't seem to care especially the guy that hung up on me when I called the store! This place has the worst service, the first time was horrible experience with oil change waiting over 2 hours while the guys just talked out in the service area vs working and didn't replace the caps on my tires, and they all fell off the next day and I had come back for new ones, but I decided to try it again, and they didn't disappoint in being horrible again. Pulled up and was first in line, they said it would be a hour, came back a hour later and car was parked in the same spot with no cars being serviced. They just don't care! The customer service within the last few months has gone from decent to just terrible. I went in a couple of days ago to get some groceries and shampoo, the shampoo happened to be behind a locked glass compartment , not an issue I get it. But what just had me smh and annoyed was that it took almost 20 minutes to get someone to assist me with opening the glass door. I must of walked up to 5-6 employees and none could figure out how to contact anyone to assist. That was after having pressed the call button and waited for assistance. I even went to the cosmetic's register and asked the person there, he couldn't help because he didn't have any way to communicate with anyone. On April 24, 2026, I visited the Walmart in Corona, CA, and had a negative experience with a store associate. I was near the last checkout line, where I believe they have a special checkout for Walmart Plus. I wanted to check the stock of sports trading cards that were in the aisle. A store associate named Shirley was helping a customer at checkout; I didn't want to bother them, so I kept my distance and leaned forward to get a clear view of what was in stock. Shirley raised her voice and said, "You need to get back and give the customer her space." I was shocked by this response and told Shirley that my distance from her and the customer was respectful and that I was just trying to see what trading cards were available. She continued to speak with an attitude, repeating that I needed to get back. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I simply walked away, asked her name, and then left. Nothing but great things to say about their Tire Center Team. Stopped bye due to flat tire that was not repairable. They took a look at it, jacked the truck up and swapped it out for a new one (under warranty of course) in-and -out in a reasonable amount of time, even with them rotating all four tires. Wow, the low reviews are shocking. My experiences have been pretty good. This is the closest Walmart to me. I've been here on normal days, for Black Friday events, and for curbside pickup. All of my experiences have been good. I mean Black Friday gets wild no matter where you are lol But Walmart does seem to be pretty organized. The bathrooms are usually decently clean. Good enough to do your business anyway. I do suggest curbside to avoid waiting in the long lines. read more

This review is specifically aimed towards the tire center. They make you wait an excessively long amount of time, they are constantly understaffed and complaining about it openly, when they finally got my car in to do a oil change they spilled oil all over my engine and did not clean it up and now it's stained on the plastic parts. They put my car outside when they were done they did not call me, and they left one of the windows down. Why would the windows be down in my truck in the first place. I had Tools in it that could have been stolen and they did not seem to care. And now ever since I got out of there for real my truck has been making it ticking noise and never before has it ever made any noises like that. I called them and they said there's nothing they could do. Makes me very unhappy. Who knows what oil or what crap they put in my engine. read more

This Wal Mart is nearby our house, so we frequent this Wal Mart for the very reason. It usually has everything we need, but sometime they do lack some stuff especially now during the pandemic and people like to overstock their houses with toilet paper especially. LOL. This WalMart is not as clean as the other one's either which is why I knocked down 2 stars. I'm a clean freak. Sometime, I would see so many items that are out of place, it tells me they are probably short staffed or have lazy people working here. We have seen Walmart's that are better organized and the floors are clean like Mr. Clean. This WalMart does have most of the stuff I need though. I usually get my Dr.Teal's here, my feminine hygiene, my shampoo, some make up and even some clothes sometime. I know some people think Walmart is for poor people, but I know the truth. Rich people love shopping here too. Bill Gates buys a lot of his items here. I don't ever feel bad walking into a WalMart. They do have a good variety of clothing pieces here. I usually find my size here. I don't know why, but some Walmart's usually sell out on my XS or S sizes. This one tends to have some left for me. I like buying some of my sweaters, pants and dresses here. I also like buying indoor clothing here like comfy pjs etch. My fiancé also comes to this Walmart semi often. I come here more. He comes here when he needs cleaning solutions and laundry detergent for our house. Parking is never really a problem at a Walmart. It's a gigantic parking lot. Haha! Overall, I would say 3 stars for a decent Walmart. They do lack some stuff lately if you check the pictures just due to the pandemic, or maybe they haven't gotten more things in stock yet. All things considered, this Walmart location is pretty decent. I consistently find most of their staff friendly and helpful. Even their return/customer service line isn't extremely bad. Inside store is adequately clean. Parking lot however needs some major maintenance work with dirty, broken, faded concrete. My biggest gripe with this Walmart is actually not the store but some of other customers who live up to the ghetto Walmart shopper stereotype of leaving trash in the shopping cart and in the parking lot. It's infuriating that people choose to do this with their little ones around, setting such poor example for the future generations. While this issue is not just exclusive to this particular location, some are better and some are worse. I'd say this store is slight below or around average. read more

My friends and I came to this walmart because we got a popped tire on the free way. My friend got new tires at the walmart auto center in temecula the previous day. It was led to the conclusion that we had to replace her tire which was fine. The staff still insisted on her paying even though she hasn't even had the tires on for 24 hours. The customer service was very mediocre, and the staff took longer than the estimated time even though we specified we need it on ASAP.After the tire was replaced, the staff didn't assist us until 10 minutes later, after we again specified we needed it on ASAP! Since we are loyal customers to walmart, we expected better service. We are so saddened and disappointed to not receive better service at this location. Please do better. read more

This rating is for the Auto Care department. I had some tires installed this morning that I had bought on Walmart's website. I arrived on time for my appointment and figured I would grab a couple things inside while they got started. Unfortunately, they didn't get to my truck until about an hour and twenty minutes after my appointment time. I had expected to be out the door by that time. However, I was very happy with the level of service provided by Josh. I believe he may be the manager of the department. He did a fantastic job on the installation and double checked his work. The wheels on my F150 are notorious for the chrome finish flaking around the edge of the rim during tire installation, so I was sort of expecting a few little dings, but there wasn't a single mark. It's rare to see someone double check lug nut torque, so I was very pleased to see him do so. i would highly recommend not going in without your phone unless you get a printed copy of your receipt because a worker (older bald guy) at 3:03pm would not let me pass because i did not have the physical copy and i asked can you check with the other workers or check camera and he said he cannot do that so i had to walk all the way to the back of the parking lot to get my phone to find that the receipt was not opening in the app and luckily the same bald guy was not at the front which helped me out because a non lazy worker walked to the self checkout and asked the worker there if i came thru amd paid and she confirmed it. why cant all the workers be like that employee at the end. all he has to do is take like 10 seconds to walk over there or ask someone to check out my story. if you can run the clock back to 3:03pm on november 24 2025, look for the aaa guy interacting with the bald guy at the door. read more
