I'm disappointed in the direction Walmart seems to be taking. It feels as though they no longer support open discussion or respect differing political views. When I shared my concerns about Walmart's reported support for certain activist groups during the ICE riots, my account access was restricted instead of my message being heard. I believe that every American--no matter their political view--should have the right to express an opinion without fear of being silenced or cut off from a company they've supported for years. This kind of treatment doesn't reflect the American way of life or the values of open dialogue and fairness that have long defined our country. Once again Walmart fails. I arrived this morning at around 9:45 for an oil change. There was 1 vehicle ahead of me. That was it. The employee walks out to my car and asked if I had an appointment. FOR WALMART? He'll no I don't have an appointment for Walmart. I have NEVER needed an appointment for Walmart. The employee starts laughing and then tells me that it will be OVER 3 hours wait before they will get to my vehicle. I'M SECOND IN LINE!!!! That mentality will cause Walmart to lose money. I left there and drove to Jiffy Lube who got me in as soon as I got there. This is just one more example as to why people need to kick Walmart to the curb. They make things needlessly difficult. At the end of the day they are NOTHING but a store who only survives if customer's shop there. The layout is weird, I'm not jazzed about how they force you to go through this maze to get to the registers, and a lot of the people who work there don't exactly seem to be in good spirits. I am an American, White, that just shopped at Walmart in Conroe, TX. off of 336 North west. I am so unhappy with this store. That completely have catered to Spanish speaking folks. This state is part of the United States and in these states the language is English. Being a foreigner is fine, but learn our language and our customs or go to your own land. For Walmart to play spanish/mexican music the whole time I was there is unacceptable. Maybe the store cares less if they loose English speaking folks, but I am thinking of not ever going back. Horrible service. 03/25/2025 arrived at 10 am. 2nd in line and was written up at 10:15 which was ok, Barbie was very courteous. A few minutes later I received a text that I was checked in. 21 minutes later I received another text stating service had been started. I did some shopping for a while and returned to the waiting area. After sitting for some time, I looked into the shop and noticed my truck was not there, but sitting outside. This was a little past noon when I went to the counter. The clerk found the paperwork and showed me where the service completed time was 11:02 am. He left with the paperwork for a few minutes and when he came back, showed me that the service was cancelled. In all that time I was never notified about this. Wasted a whole morning for nothing. I go to Walmart to get stuff I need now and then, but today I decided to take it to get the oil changed since I didn't have time to change it by myself. I pull up and there is a car in front sitting there, i guess they were full? But I tell them to give me the basic option for my car. I specifically tell them that. Then he tells me there will be a 2 hour wait. I am kind of iffy on that but decide i can shop and get some lunch at Sam's nearby, im shopping in Sam's and I get a notification HALF AN HOUR LATER. I mean it's nice that it was early and all, but I was kind of planning to shop around and get everything I needed, i walk over there, and I go inside and I see they pulled up "full synthetic oil change for 60 dollars. I asked for basic which I think was 25, i tell them I asked for basic. The lady just stares at me and hands me the papers for the services they did. They got my mileage wrong on it too. So now I don't even have a correct window sticker, that I even really need it, but anyway, I tell them that I asked for basic and she said, "oh well they must have just not heard you, im sorry about that but I don't think I can do anything about it" lady? You asked me to pay 40 dollars more for basically luxury oil? Oil is not luxurious. But hey, my tires were filled up, but a month after a wheel went flat and my shocks are acting up. Bought a tv two weeks ago and it went by pretty smooth. I had three gentleman help me (but unfortunately I can't remember) all three were in the electronic section. Two super tall dudes and one shorter guy all three were very kind and professional. They assisted with loading it into the car even though it was raining (was not prepared for the rain). I've been a few other times and the only thing I can say is I wish they had more to toy section in the movie section. That holds pop it and various other pins. I just want to let you guys know that I received 2 prescriptions from my doctor a week ago. I dropped it off at my local Walgreens and the pharmacist that took my prescription refused to fill it and wanted to talk to the doctor. I left it with them for FIVE days to give them a chance to chat with the doctor and when I called in to see if it was ready I was hung up on. I drove all the way to Walgreens to inquire about the fill status of my prescriptions and they were rude and said they haven't gotten ahold of the doctor since they left a voicemail a week ago. I was pissed so I took my prescriptions to a 24 hour CVS, they didn't have my meds in stalk/ so I went to a CVS down the road that wasn't 24 hours but did confirm they had my prescriptions in stalk. Fast forward to an hour later when I finally went to pick up my prescriptions only for CVS to let me know they couldn't fill it due to CVS not being contracted with my insurance, Blue cross Blue Shield. I was at a loss of what to do but then I remembered Walmart has a pharmacy so the next day I went to this Walmart and dropped off my prescriptions. Not one was the lady that helped me drop them off AWESOME with a great attitude, but it was a quick and pain free process. On top of that when I went to pick up my filled prescriptions there was no wait, I was helped quickly by staff and the pharmacist gave me a consult for the meds. I didn't get any staff member names but out of the 2-3 that helped me during the whole process they were ALL fantastic. GREAT customer service Walmart!!! I will be switching all my pharmacy needs from here on out to Walmart pharmacy. Thanks again!! read more

I avoid this Walmart at any and all cost due to the just the crappiness and there is always cops there arresting people when I have gone. They by chance had the baby formula that I needed so I ordered online having a 5 day old baby and trying to avoid the ghettoness of this location. Upon arriving to pick up my order first they informed me that they did not have an order with my name. After a few minutes they finally found that I did in fact have an order but they didn't have it ready and couldn't tell me when it would be ready. They said they were unable to fill my order then, didn't know when they would be able to, and that I could even go get the items to fulfill the order. After about 15 minutes of wasted time, I had to go into the store and speak to customer service. I had to "return" the product I didn't have and go find it in the store and be charged again. Overall, an absolute horrible experience. Will not go back to this location and will NEVER use Walmart Pick Up Service again. I will gladly stick to my Kroger pick up and I'll just have to find a store that stocks the formula I need. read more

This store is the absolute worst store for a handicapped person or senior citizen to shop. They never have a electric buggy available and if it is one inside it is broken or dead. The assistant store manager claimed that they have exactly 17 scooters for their store but they are never available for those who truly need them. Today I went to the Conroe Walmart. A checker named Mahidra pulled me out of the line and took me to a lane that was closed to check me out. This man went above and beyond, because he also took the items out of my basket for me and set them onto the conveyor belt. He did all of this with a perfect positive attitude. It was the best thing that happened to me all day! It put the smile back into the day and lightened my step! I thought to myself, if I were a service business I would hire him! What a find! Watch out at this location. The cashier tried real hard to steal our debit card information. She even manually entered our card number. We had to go speak to the manager to make her aware of it but of course she said that nothing was wrong. We blocked the card and notified our bank to record and notify us of any attempt to use the card so we can file charges. Keep your eyes open and follow your gutt feeling. I would give zero stars but can't. I ordered one click with them to help my mother move in to her new place after my dad recently passed away. Not only did they not fill the order completely, but they also didn't allow me to pick it up. My son was supposed to get it yesterday, but it wasn't ready then. His name was on the pick up for YESTERDAY because that was when he was helping me. I contacted corporate and was told I could just come and get what's ready today, but they wouldn't let me get and would not issue a refund if I didn't get it. They said I could add myself to the pick up, but I can't because the order is not complete.
