In town for a trip to Disney and everyone told us to stop by Walmart. This is a well stocked Walmart with a lot of Disney items. Hats, shirts, magnets, purses and more! I was disappointed because they didn't have any Princess Tiana merch. I also noticed that they didn't have any of the black mermaids merch. Prices on the Disney items seemed reasonable but I didn't have anything to compare it to. read more

I had one of the worst experiences at this Walmart Auto Center. First, I couldn't even schedule a tire repair online. When I showed up, they told me they couldn't do a tire repair and an oil change in the same visit. No real explanation--just "we don't do that." Then, they claimed I didn't have a warranty on my tire, even though I absolutely did. I had to pull up proof myself, and still, no apology or effort to fix the situation. The staff didn't acknowledge my frustration or try to make anything right. Just a complete lack of care or basic customer service. Save your time and go somewhere else. I specifically came to the bakery for cake pops, and with that said, I went to the "professionals", aka Bakers, to ask for help. Little did I know, that little did they knew. The lady said that they don't create cake pops and didn't have any. Much to my surprise, I decided not to listen to her because it's Walmart. I walked around every shelf and there they were. Three bags of cake pops. So needless to say, don't rely on the bakery staff for actual products unless they are literally making them behind the glass. read more

Something important to note about this Walmart is that the employees and the customers are two different experiences. This Walmart usually has a lot of people inside at any given time since it is near a big tourist spot. The employees always seem nice and helpful. I've never had a bad experience with one in the check out lines, store, customer service, and pick up employees. Since this is near a tourist area they tend to sell out of a lot of stuff fast but they have a big selection so they usually have something that can replace what you're looking for. I've done the pick up option more times than I can count and I've never missed a single item. read more

One of the worst. This location should be shut down for health code violations. Everyday people are walking through the produce section, deli and bakery areas, meat department with their pets. Not service animals, pets. There is a huge difference. It is against health codes to bring pets into a store that has food but yet this place has them in the food area all the time. The workers here are rude and will run you over trying to fill online orders. The shelves are half-stocked, but the aisles have carts with new stock just sitting in the way. I know some stores may leave stocking carts on an aisle while they stock another one, but it seems like no matter the time nor day, they have stocking carts just sitting out there and no one stocking the shelves. I prefer to spend more money going to Publix just because of how trashy this place is. read more

Before I begin this review let me start off by saying that this review is based solely on my opinion and my opinion alone,so with that being said let's go!!.. This store is huge and they have all you need from grocery to household to outdoor and indoor needs! Wait,it doesn't stop there, they have a separate building in the same parking lot that sells wines,liquor,beer! It's called wines and spirits! Of course we stopped in, but this is not the first one I experienced here but it's the first one that was detached from the actual supermarket. The other one the wine and spirit store was attached to the grocery store! They don't have these options in Virginia (unfortunately)!!.. This location is huge and is usually stocked really well with all sorts of products and grocery items. As a collector they have some of the better selections of Pokemon, Magic, and sports cards than any other Walmart in the area. That being the said, the staff is very hit or miss, but the staff responsible for filling pickup orders is atrocious and care little for the guest walking around. Their huge carts have cut me off on more than one occasion, almost ran over my kids as well as others anytime I go there, they have pushed past me without using any manners, and even stood directly in my way while I was looking at products so they can spend 5 minutes trying to get what they need. They never communicate or use any semblance of common decency, not even saying hello to my 5 year old. read more

There is a separate store in the parking lot called Walmart Liquor, Beer, and Wines. This store has all the spirits you could like and all with very affordable prices. Took a while to find what I wanted because they had so many options. It was easy for us to find what we wanted but we lingered to look at all the choices. The actual Walmart store is what you were expecting. Over crowded and long lines. It was clean on the inside but they were missing some items. You get what you can find. read more

I used the bakery to order three single tier round cakes for my wedding. They were ready on time for the day I selected for pickup. They came exactly how I ordered them. I got two with flowers on the top and one without. The cake itself tasted great and I had several guests who were happy we had cake with buttercream and not fondant. We did one chocolate, one vanilla, and one with both. They looked beautiful. My cousin added the ribbons on after we picked them up, but other than that they were perfect as is. read more

This update is strictly about the vision center located inside this location. We had eye exams somewhere else that accepts our insurance but the prices for glasses were much better here. Plus my oldest was looking for a pair of sports glasses and they have a good variety at a great price. We had been waiting to get them when their glasses broke. We made the trip in just over a week ago and they got fitted for 2 regular pairs and a sports set. On that day the person we dealt with did an exemplary job. They helped locate frames that were well priced and the type we were looking for. We got the order written up and paid and waited for the call that they were ready. It came just about a week after we ordered and we made the trip in. My child is severely visually impaired and I dropped them off to get them while I went to the pharmacy. When I finished went walked over and one lady let me in. We have known her around the store for quite some time and she is a wonderful person. I sat by my child while they were fitted as there had been a couple customers ahead of them. The fitting went fine and we left. They then proceeded to tell me of the poor treatment they received at the hands of the one doing the fitting before I got there. They were rude and insulting. They acted like they had never worked with the visually impaired public before. I'm not sure if they thought they were funny but they behaved once I was there. I found this to be very disappointing and unprofessional. It was like they profiled my child. Training is definitely needed. Every other person we have met here has performed their job with respect and courtesy. read more

When you get pickup at this store be sure to check your order. Lately I have getting a LOT of substitution or just absent item problems. Also no matter how you get food products from this store check the expiration dates. For the 6+ years I have been using this store I have found expired food items still for sale. I have mentioned this in multiple surveys and on the many returns I have submitted. When this problem started up I even talked to the deli manager about it on the phone because the 2 of the items I have had the most problems with is in his department. Those products are still the most often expired ones I receive. Besides that about a year ago I submitted a review and actually got an email from an assistant manager at this store. He said they would look into the problem and if they thought it warranted action they would take it. Obviously they didn't choose to take action because the problem still persists. The 3 products that we have had the most problems with are Jimmy Dean Simple Scrambles Bacon & Meat Lover flavors and Yoplait Light Key Lime yogurt. read more

I've ordered car baby chairs for my granddaughter and it was only available in that location for a pick up. Came over, registered my order number, 15 min after still no help. Had to ask an e,employee next to self check out lines for a help but she was busy she said and that is not her department. Overall, it took me over 30 min to pick up 1 item. I had a flat tire snd the idiots at the shop after 6pm would not do it. One of the other employees who initially wanted to fix it saying that it is doable told me his supervisor wouldn't let him do it nor allow anyone else to do it because it wad raining outside and they already wiped the shop floor. The supervisor came out like a disgruntled teenager rolling his eyes and telling me the puncture is on the side and it is against the rules to fix it. I pointed that the hole is 3 inches into the middle of the tire and not the side. He kept rolling his eyes and telling me that he would not fix it either way. I've just about had it with this store. I use the Home Grocery because I am disabled , live on the third floor and unable to to go shopping myself and since the store is on my husbands way home from work it is useful but in the last two months I have gotten pitted bell peppers, rotten lettuce, a can of flea powder that was opened and leaking which could have contaminated food and now ice-cream which was gouged on the top clear to the ice-cream. When I called the store to ask why this was the man on the phone actually said "Oh they must've picked it cause it was the only one" So this stores policy is, send broken contaminated food stuffs to their customers, it would seem. I have told them time and time again, if its out of stock its fine just let me know and I always choose "NO SUBSTITUTIONS" I've even given the advice to their Dept. Manager "Shop for your customers as if you were shopping for your own dinner table" A good rule of thumb I would think but it seems it has fallen on def ears. Its an ongoing issue with moments of good service. but lately its been frequent mishandling of my orders. My husband doesn't even allow me to order produce from them anymore. He would rather spend a 1$ more a head of lettuce than deal with rotten produce. I'm starting to think its would just be less hassle and waste of time to just go to Publix. If you want fresh food and containers that are not broken I'd suggest Publix. They are clean, organized, an their products and store are always well maintained. read more

Walmart gets it right! Crowds, crowds crowds no more. This Clermont WalMart now has store pick up. Call ahead and order your items, then just pull up to the door and they load them into your car. No more navigating aisles with tourists. No more waiting in long lines. My sister called and ordered the items and I just pulled up gave them her name, order number and id. The gentleman were very polite and courteous. This definitely separates Walmart from its competition. read more

This is the closest Walmart to where the majority of the Disney tourists stay, and unfortunately, when we lived in O-Town and hubby worked at Disney, this was the Walmart closest to my home. Our saving grace was that hubby worked the late shift at The Magic Kingdom and always got home between midnight and 3am. That's when we would generally do our shopping here. It meant the store was mostly cleared out so we weren't constantly bumping into tourists. The bad part is that's when they do their stocking, so it's hard to navigate the aisles. I really hated having to shop here during the daytime. As if it's not bad enough shopping at Walmart, I couldn't get through the store without at least a dozen tourists stopping me to ask me questions. Did it looked like I worked at Walmart? Ummmm no. It was annoying to say the least. I gave it 3 stars because it is clean and organized. Also, when I did need help from an employee, they were always friendly - that is, when I could find one. Again, because of all the tourists, the store is always packed during regular hours and the checkout lines are especially long. Be prepared to wait. Be prepared to have your patience in check. Oh, and if you're a tourist and wanting to buy Disney souvenirs, you'll find an abundance of them right at the front of the store. read more

Love it!!! Open 24 hours!!! In town for the TDJakes International Pastors & Leadership Conference 2016 we stopped in for a few much needed items for the night & breakfast in the morning. Soooo there we were walking the shopper-free, but well stocked aisles, how sweet. As we walked, sales associates were re-stocking shelves, which was great because we now had the 1st pickings of the goodies. Checking out was also super simple because as I stated, this was a shopper-free store at this particular hour of the morning. The parking lot was more filled than were shoppers in the store, maybe those cars belonged to the re-stockers; this was probably be the case. I thought because of where we were & the time of night, some items would be off limits... But they weren't. WooooHooooo. I know we will be re-visiting tonight or AGAIN in the wee hours of the morning. read more

Wow, can't believe what just happened at this Walmart. I was in line to check out. There was a large family in front of me checking out. They had 3 baskets full of items. They were mostly done when I got in line. While waiting I noticed that one of the girls opened a four pack of Bic lighters. She threw the packaging towards the back of the shelf and had them in her hand. I watched as she one by one put each lighter in her pocket. As soon as they left and it was my turn at the register I told the clerk about what I had seen. She just looked at me and said, "Oh well". Really? If I hadn't been on a schedule, I was behind already, I would have spoke to the manager. Just kind of made me angry, that she didn't report or do anything about it. It's frustrating when you try to do the right thing and no one cares. read more

This is my local Walmart and I am a regular here I often shop here 2-3 times a week moving from Miami this Walmart has amazing customer service they will approach you in the isle and ask you if you need help with anything. They are usually stocked up pretty well the lines are average and its usually very clean. I didn't give it a 5 star rating based on my experience in the hot food section of the store as you can see in my pictures taken at different times the wings are usually over cooked and so is anything that's fried pretty much. read more

Okay, I have never been a fan of Walmart stores. Yeah, usually I avoid them at all costs. I came down to Florida to visit my sister & we stopped by here. As much as I don't want to shop here, this Walmart seems to have everything. Okay, I'm from New York and we don't have many Walmarts and definitely NO Super Walmarts. This place is absolutely huge with almost anything you can think of. There's like a supermarket in here! And all the times I have had to stop by here, I have not even made it to the other side of the store. It's just too big and when I stop by, it's with family to pick something up quick. Also, if you're a tourist, it has many many Disney trinkets and gear to stock up on. If you're the type that buy souvenirs on trips but find Disney World souvenirs are not helping you stay in budget, just stop by here. lol It's a lot cheaper and the selection is vast. There are definitely a lot of good deals at this Walmart. I always thought Walmarts were pretty big stores but the size of this one is definitely overwhelming. read more

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. While many of the associates are very nice. The floor managers are the worst. Complaints to the store manager are ignored with grievances not resolved in any way. I have seen customers in the automotive department removing their own tires because the associates refusing to change their tires. It's a 24-hour Walmart. About 20 minutes from Disney World, but less than 5 minutes away from the resort where we were staying. What I remember most about this particular Walmart is that the staff actually told you where things were. Funny, but most times when I ask a Walmart employee where something is, they either point or tell me a general area. I live right across the street and I often choose to make the drive to either Target or the Walmart further north on 27. It is nothing but tourists. Who get multiple carts worth of stuff. No matter where in this Walmart you go, or what time you will be overrun by tourists. When it was open 24/7, I would usually go at like 5 am. And even then, people everywhere.. staff are miserable, and so incredibly rude. Most of them walk through the store on their phone or with their friends. Just avoid this place. read more

My wife just spent 1 hour grocery shopping stands in line in back off 5 other carts to be checks out there ringing her order up and the chicken wings would ring up they told her to go back and get another pack which I told here afters she should have let them do it. She gets back there the cashier had voided her hole order and said she have to stand in line again and get check out. She called me crying and very up set. We decided just to leave the groceries in the cart right there and walk out.
