I was living at this place for a while and by living in I mean, redecorating a house and found literally everything I needed here from curtains and curtain rods to sheets, pillows, blankets appliances, and plants. Staff is helpful and friendly and of course the prices are amazing. They are open late, which is a bonus since I have really long days. It's always my last stop. Plenty of free parking out front. This store is ridiculous! We order delivery from them & 98% of the time they send expired & rotten food! This time I received yogurt that expired on 3/3/2025. I received this on 4/19/2025.... It was also moldy on the exterior but they're just too ignorant to care. Of course Walmart says "we are sorry we will do better" they never do better! I went to the self check and the first back had a person wait so I went to the second set. Your self check monitor came up and said only one line and it's back there. By the other line was 5 people deep and the none line I was in was 4 people deep. No sign saying one line. I went down and got in a full service line as I wanted to the manager about the lack of signage. Cashier said manager was on the way. A young man showed up with some change and I asked if he was the store manager he said I'm what you get. Yes I'd like to speak to the manager. His response "she's in a meeting it'll be a while " He walked away I went to customer service and asked again . When no one was showing up I asked for info on the District Manager. We don't have that. Another manager showed up didn't seem to care... when I asked for the District Manager's info he said 1800walmart. On my way out I asked for the young man's name and she refused and then covered her name badge. I'm not surprised by your low review score no one is watching the front of the store. And when you ask for the store manager you can't even talk to them. read more

Don't order tires from Walmart. They don't have inventory but continue to sell and offer next day delivery when they don't have inventory in any of their stores or distribution centers causing you to wait and wait because your order was delayed. Then wait for the refund when you cancel your order when it's obvious they will never have the product, at least at that great price. read more

Purchased food, Ravioli Chicken Alfredo from the refrigerator section. It was molding, alfredo sauce was 'green' when it was opened. This store has had food issues, seems like forever. Walmart needs an education on how to move inventory and maintain refrigeration. HUGE, Health Hazard. read more

There are multiple off the clock employees cutting the line and taking product from other people also had an online order that I made sure three times they charge the correct card and on the third time they did not charge the correct card and they canceled my order that I've been waiting on for over two months. read more

Lines r bad no cashiers managers do not care , customers leaving there carts walking out

While there's still plenty to pick from, the store is horribly understaffed & the recent renovation makes navigating the store even worse. I understand from a marketing POV that spreading out things so people move through more sections exposes them to more impulse purchase opportunities, however the lack of open registers by the front makes it super cumbersome to navigate the lines as you move from groceries to personal hygiene & has made grocery shopping here more inconvenient. The produce section, while usually underwhelming, has taken a nosedive in terms of quality, but shelf stable goods are plentiful & still the cheapest around at Walmart compared to other grocery centers. Also the latest "pickup" & "deals this way" set up has taken up three rows' front sections of premium parking. Now I'm young and don't mind walking, but for a family with kids or someone more frail, you just added in an extra hassle for them to now deal with. read more

The customer service at walmart has hit a new low. Since they no longer staff more than a few cashiers, I have used the self checkout. This is the second time in the last 3 weeks where I made a purchase at walmart and used the self check out and I was due less than $5 change and the machine gave me all quarters. When I asked the attendant to replace the quarters with dollar bills, he indicated I would have to go through the customer service line. It appears to me that walmart is trying to dissuade their customers from using cash. I will no longer being using walmart for any purchases, they have made me a new amazon customer read more

I've visited this Walmart in different times to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even before it was "remodeled". It's layout and organization still hasn't fallen into place. Things are all over the place... It's unorganized ALL THE TIME. Shelves are always empty no matter if it's holidays or due to Covid relation. Most employees lack of customer services. As a customer I've asked "where can I find a certain product and their response have been: "Should be on aisle [insert number]"If not, "I don't know". Instead of: "I can help you with that" or "I don't have the answer to that question but if you give me a moment I am more than welcome to verify." Only a handful of employees have been profesional and ethical in this location. Employees have attitude even when preparing a mobile order. They show and transmite as if they are obligate to be there. As of right now every job is going through a lot being understaffed, but that doesn't mean as an employee you should lack of customer service skills. read more

This store is located just west of US19 at the intersection of Coachman Rd. The store is set back behind the Wendy's. The store is clean and well stocked. They have good sized bakery and hot food section. One complaint might be that the aisles are too narrow in the housewares area. Only one shopping cart can get through any of the aisles. Overall, it's a standard Walmart in every respect. read more

I'm disgusted with this Walmart. There was a bunch of meat that had to be sold by today. I spoke with the manager last night who told me to come back today and if they were left they'd mark them down again. I just went at 7:34pm and they were still there. The girl in the meat department didn't have the markdown gun and told me to find another employee who did to mark them down. I waited and the man who came was very rude and said no they only markdown once and wouldn't do it. So Walmart rather throw the meat away then mark it down for a person who really needs it. Nice to know Walmart cares so much about its patrons. I actually drive past a target to shop here but I won't anymore. I refuse to shop somewhere that rather throw something away then have someone buy it. I'm native to this area and will never shop here again. I thought others should know how uncaring this store is. This is one of my two favorite Walmart's in Pinellas County. The electronics department is great and so is the curbside pick up once you learn how to check in. When Checked in it takes less than 10 minutes to get your stuff. Most often you get it in less than 5 minutes. The people complaining on here are doing so because they failed to check in and think people are magically supposed to know they are there. I understand their frustration though new technology is tricky to learn. I heard they are remolding the curbside pick up area so when it's done It should make my curbside pick ups even faster. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They are constantly remodeling to improve the customer experience. Can't wait to see how this Walmart will continue to innovate well into the future. read more

Went to pick up online grocery order. They had given my order to someone else, but my account was charged. I asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one working. Then the girl who told me my grocery had been given to someone else , told me they were coming back to pick up their original order and I could get my groceries from her. ( after they had been in her car and house). Obviously, that's not acceptable. Also, when I called the store to complain and request a refund, I got sent to two different extensions that either ended the call or just rang for 12 minutes before I hung up. Completely unprofessional. The workers obviously didn't even take the time to verify people's names before putting groceries in the cars. The shopping isles are narrow. 2 shoppers in 1 Isle, bumping Carts. Annoying Spectrum Reps soliciting the horrible Spectrum Cable/Internet Service. ... After being chased by the Spectrum Rep, I said to her that I had Spectrum, and I got rid of Spectrum due to their HIGH Pricing. During check-out, long lines, Cashiers saying to the Customers who were already in line, saying to the remaining Customers who have been waiting in his Line: "I am closed". Tried to get a key made in the sporting department when someone finally came to the desk - she could barely speak English! She said "no make key." When I asked her why, she just said "no." No eye contact. Then she walked away. Also tried to pick up photos and for the second time they could not locate them. (actually the first time the machine wasn't working.) The employees do not seem to care. But most of all, I cannot believe they would have someone who doesn't speak English to help or give any answers! Some of these reviews are hilarious and spot on. I don't mind shopping at Wal mart because of the low prices however, this store has a negative and crampy feel to it. The layout is very disorganized so it's easy to get confused (it's not the same layout as other Walmarts). It always very crowded during the day, which makes the store feel even smaller. The selection could be better, they don't have a lot of the items that I can easily find at other walmarts. The staff is kind though, most of the time. They may not know where things are BUT they will try to help. And some of the cashiers are very friendly but in a normal, "I'm-not-gonna-talk-your-ear-off-while-slowing down-on-ringing-up-your-purchases-cause-I-know you're-here-to-shop-not-chat" kind of way. Lol I won't lie that I do try to avoid this Walmart when I can. I'd rather shop at Target but when I desperately need to save money....and build up my mental and emotional strength, I make my trip to this walmart. read more

Negative 0 stars if I could please. Mostly due to the layout and supposed remodel. Not to mention rude employees and very unhelpful. Over the intercom the manager was harassing the employees to return their printer equipment a total of 10 times! It made me feel like I was at work to shop here. If they could afford to give their employees walkies to communicate they wouldnt have to communicate everything over the store intercom and completely ruin the customer experience. at Walmart there IS no customer experience. Just people that are being bothered by you and tell you the wrong isles to get to things just to get you out of there hair!! And let's talk about the ridiculous maze layout that forces you to stay in one single file direction (I'm assuming this was due to covid) and they use all their bulky cluttered and chaotic back stock products as the blockade which is the reason the store feels so much smaller and disorganized than it actually is. If your trying to get from the grocery section to the cleaning isles you have to walk in a certain direction and they don't specifically tell you which way to go to end up in the correct side of the isle that houses the rows of cleaning supplies, and if you end up stuck on the clothing side you have to walk halfway across the entire store just to turn back around! Talk about a struggle! They make it so hard for you to get to the things you need it's like they don't even want you to shop there. The whole layout just made my head spin. And I could hear other shoppers complaining about it too, while I was there. But I will end this review by saying this store has so much potential to be a better experience! Great space to work with and great location! It just sucks they haven't figured it out yet and it's been a long time since this remodel and nothing good has come from it. Thanks for reading. I had a cart full of groceries today and was forced to do the self check out which is in a very small area to scan and bag your entire cart of groceries. If you had 20 items or less, there was a lane open for someone to check you out. However, if you had more than 20 items, you had do the self check. That does not make any sense at all. read more

This has got to be the worst Walmart I have ever shopped. Employees are rude, at least the ones that speak english!!! I purchased a pair of shorts and about 4 or 5 other items. Long line with inly 1/3rd of the registers open. I got home and tried on the shorts, and the were too big. I went back to the customer service desk with another pair that were one size less to do an even exchange, I was told that there were NO exchanges or returns until they decide when it's safe with all this Covid19 going on. I said fine, but where are the signs notifying customers of the no return or exchange policy. There were none in any of the clothing departments. I think this is an unfair practice and Walmart should know better. The store is a dump anyway, but I live less than a mile from it. Note to the manager, Sharpen up buddie. i will be calling Corp. if I can get through. But for now beware of these unfair policies!!! read more

The good thing??... self check outs. The rest was a mediocre shopping experience. I bought some lettuce which wilted in less than a day plus was more expensive than our local mom and pop markets nearby. Same goes for the tomato as it was flavorless and mush. It is your standard Walmart with standard prices and includes a grocery store, obviously, but what we have found is that the Walmart 'Markets' have much better produce selections. Just FYI... Huge parking lot where nearly every patron is jockeying for the closest parking spot. Save yourself some time and park out aways and walk in. You will get in and out a lot faster that way plus you avoid door dings from electric carts and other people's doors being flung open. read more

I detest this Walmart! How much? Well, let's just say that I live within spitting distance and prefer to make the 3 mile trip across busy Gulf to Bay Blvd to shop at Super Target. Typical Walmart customer service, that is, TERRIBLE customer service. What is the point in having 20 registers if you insist on only opening a fraction at any one time? I've abandoned more than one full shopping cart because of never-ending checkout lines. The TSA thinks these lines are ridiculous! I'm not sure whose job it is to keep this store's shelves properly stocked, but they should be fired - immediately! They are constantly out of items. I keep hearing about Walmart's state of the art supply chain, but see no evidence of it at this location. As is typical with most Walmarts, don't expect to be able to locate an employee for customer assistance. You're on your own with that! Management at this store clearly believes in maintaining a bare-bones staff. Wouldn't want to keep too many high paid employees on the payroll now would we? They have so few employees that from late night to early morning only 1 of the 2 entrances is open. How do I know this? I was informed by an employee. Really, Walmart? After I checked out today and was walking to the door, a guy in jeans and a t-shirt, who didn't identify himself as an employee asked for my receipt. It was clear I had just come from the register. I guess the the $20 toaster oven was enough to identify me as a professional thief. If a person inside the store has not left yet, have they technically stolen anything? No!!! How dare you Walmart!
