Not sure why this Walmart has a bad reputation among some of the local residents. On our trip, we got exactly what we needed (Rain-X Latitude wiper blades). The store looked about as organized as a Walmart can be. I didn't notice any missing or wrong signage. Checkout was fast too. Bought a car charger today and it literally caught on fire in my car and there was smoke everywhere and I had to pull over. So I decided to call Walmart and ask for some help. I was put on hold for over 15 min. by the electronics department. Once I finally got someone on the phone they dismissed my claim and were not very helpful. Very poor customer service! And often only have 2-3 lanes open! Vegetables are not so fresh!

On 8/4/18 while my wife and I were shopping in different parts of the store, a thunderstorm knocked out most of the power. While my wife and I tried to locate one another, a Wal-mart worker who said her name was Cassie, and who was not in a store uniform or wearing a name tag, told my wife she had to leave the store. When my wife said she needed help finding me first, Cassie called her manager using her walkie-talkie and asked the manager to call the police because my wife was now trespassing because she didn't immediately leave the store. Trespassing as customers stood in line and checked out of the store since the cash registers still had electricity? The Wal-mart staff was absolutely rude, and did not have an iota of understanding or compassion. The management at that particular store apparently does not train its staff on how to serve their customers. Instead, it appears they encourage their workers to indulge in needless power trips. Terrible experience. Went at 4:00 on a Friday to get a few things in the electronics department. 30 minutes and nobody helped me. There was only one person working the entire department at 4:00 on a Friday during the holiday season. The manager walked past the department 4 times and didn't stop to help even though there were multiple people waiting to be helped. The employee in the section was doing her best but one person to cover all of electronics? Poor scheduling and a very poor job by the manager. I walked out without making my purchases and went to Target instead and spent over $600. Never going back to this Walmart. Awful. read more

Probably the best Walmart around but that is not saying much at all. Almost all Walmarts i go to have horrible customer service which this one does too. The prices are always fair but that if you can actually check out because they never have any registers open. read more

I live in the area and truthfully would prefer to go anywhere else but out of convenience I shop this location. Every single time I have come in for almost a year I have gotten my items to the register and they have rung up a different price than what is posted on the shelf. I work in retail and we get in trouble when this happens because of how aggravating it is to the customers experience but apparently Walmart thinks since they are so big they can get away with anything. I will not shop here again and will make the extra drive to literally ANYWHERE else. read more

This is by far the worst Walmart location when it comes to customer service. The cashier refused to help me until 10 o'clock but stood behind the counter putting lotion on. What I thought would be a quick in and out ended up being over an hour. Avoid the store at all costs if you can. read more

This is a review of Walmart's "Market Place" suppliers. I ordered a CD in mid November from them (the supplier was Deep Discounters). It was supposed to arrive the next week. It never did. I contacted Walmart and they said that they have nothing to do with their "Market Place" suppliers and that I must contact Deep Discounters instead. I had already done so and was told that it had shipped and I should check the tracking # with USPS. I did this and USPS said there was no such number. So I am screwed. If Walmart doesn't back these "Market Place" suppliers, then they should not be an option on the Walmart website and listed under Walmart products. What a crock! Never again!!!! read more

This is one of the most poorly run and poorly managed establishments I've ever witnessed in my life. Need assistance with something in ANY portion of the store? Don't expect help. In fact, best of luck even finding someone to help you. I've been coming here for 3 years simply because of proximity and I've only once ever found a worker walking around willing to help you. Need a cart? They're all out in the parking lot because the lazy kid who's supposed to do it is sitting in Subway texting or playing games on his phone. I've seen that at least 25 times now. Finally, need to check out? Likely only two of the 30ish lanes are open, and the person doing it has seemingly never used the machine before. I've waited 30 minutes to check out with only two people in front of me, each with less than 10 items. I hope this place gets new management or shut down. I've never seen anything like it in my life. read more

I have shopped in a lot of Walmart stores and this is the absolute worst. Hard to believe when another reviewer said it had been remodeled recently, I think it's a dump. The people who work there are rude and apathetic. It's painfully obvious their job would be so much better without all those pesky customers getting in the way. Most of the time the employees are standing around talking or shopping while on the clock. A lot of shelves are empty and haven't been stocked in so long there is dust on them! When I have actually witnessed someone stocking they will take one item off the stocking cart and shuffle slowly to the shelf, slowly place the item somewhere in the vicinity of the correct area and shuffle slowly back to the stocking cart. All the while walking in front of customers, without an excuse me or pardon me, rolling their eyes and sighing making sure everyone knows how much you are in their way. I have personally been elbowed out of the way so the employee could put an item on a shelf in the wrong spot. One bright spot are the employees on the register. I have made it a point to be polite, courteous, and friendly to them. In return they have cheerfully helped me with very large baskets of items when I have difficulty moving around due to back pain. Yes, I am polite, courteous and friendly to employees not on the registers, but they remain the same unhappy bunch. read more

I have to say that I stopped going to this store because of the rottten service. So last week I gave it a try simply because I was close. The produce is now set up beautifully. Store was clean and organized. And the most important- there were a ton of lanes opened. And the cashier I had was great. I asked if the store was under new management. Nope- just hiring better people. Hope it lasts. read more

This is the cleanest, neatest and best Walmart store in the area (there are 6) with one exception. The last time I was in there the dairy department looked run-down and dirty. It was in the back of the store and just seemed hard to shop. There were four-sided cases you had to walk around to find what you wanted. This caused a lot of extra walking while pushing a cart through narrow spaces. read more

Received a text at 1:45 pm to pick up an item at site-to-store. Arrived at 8:30pm and the young lady went to the back to retrieve my item. She returned empty handed, only to ask me the details about the item????? Then the manager explained to me that the item was still on the truck??? So it takes more than six hours to unload a truck? read more
