One word: terrible. Employees could care less, management could care less. Waited in line for return for 40 min. Another customer stopped a "manager" to ask them to get more help up front. Manager said, "she on break, we gots to get breaks." I guess proper scheduling and fill ins while doing breaks is too much to ask. Meanwhile the "manager"(Michelle) just strolled around instead of helping. Probably not the worst Walmart but just a typical Walmart. I've been to this Walmart several times and every time I leave it I tell myself I'll never go back. Terrible customer service, rude employees, poorly lit facility, constantly out of stock of certain items. I went there today and had to ask FIVE different employees where an item was. Two employees were nice enough but completely unknowledgeable about the item. The three that did know the department still didn't know where the item was and all acted annoyed to be helping me at all. When the item was finally found (by myself mind you) after me being in the store 30 minutes... The two employees following me around did nothing to help matters when they only had one item in stock (I needed two) and proceeded to walk quickly away when I said only one of these items wouldn't help me. Left the store without even bothering talking to a manager, if these employees were that terrible who knows what management must be like. Needless to say, avoid this Walmart and go to another. read more

Terrible Experience. Tried to return an item (first ever item I tried to return with no receipt). I understood their no-receipt return policy very well prior to going into the store, and was told by a rude CSM that 'We don't return anything without a receipt'. I asked to talk to a manager, and was polite with the manager (her name is Karen). She was very rude to me back, accused me of buying things at other stores to return to Walmart - then proceeded to tell me that I had already returned a lot of things at that store (that was the first time I ever visited that store). I asked for the store # and her name, and she turned her back and rudely gave me her name and then said 'the store # is on your receipt' and walked away. I have never been treated in such a way at any other Walmart I shop at. Terrible service, absolutely terrible. Reported the manager, hopefully they do something to correct the situation. read more

This is by far the worst managed Walmart that I have ever visited. It is impossible to contact the customer service desk by phone-they just don't answer your calls. The check out lines are always backed up-they usually only have a couple of registers open. The manager here is in way over his head and needs additional training, how he keeps his job is a big question.. The aisles are filthy and the shelves are often empty. I will go to Kroger where they give a damn about their customers-saving a couple of pennies is not worth the trouble. read more

Absolute garbage! Girl working returns? Totally incompetent. Had a store item purchased online that was defective. Online customer service team said, since it was an item carried by the store, I could return it to the store but two other items needed labels and must be shipped back in boxes because they were 3rd party items. The store item didn't need a box to go back to the store. However, since I had all the original packaging, I put it in and drove the 5 miles. Girl behind the returns desk asked me where the box was and said it needed a label. She would not take it back and told me she didn't care what the online people told me, she was telling me something different. I finally ask to speak to a manager. She points to a group hanging around by the wall and tells me all 3 of them are managers. One comes over and backs the girl up saying she couldn't return it because, you guessed it, I didn't have a box. Seems the original packaging was not good enough. I had planned on returning it and purchasing a different brand but not after that experience. You can keep all the cheap merchandise you sell at Walmart. It sucks when you buy 3 items and all 3 end up being garbage. One was a chair that I had to assemble. No problem, until I count the number of screws supplied and found one missing. Contacted the manufacturer twice asking for one screw to be sent and never got so much as an email in return. I had also bought a wireless mouse. Used it less than a month, go to change the batteries and the coiled battery terminal falls right out. Keep selling crap and treating your customers like dirt. I don't mind because I'll never shop there again. The one bright spot was the third customer service lady I had to call to finally get this return worked out. The other two people were worthless. Her name was Gina and she cared enough to get the situation taken care of. Thanks Gina. Shame on the rest of you. read more

This is for the Tire and Lube Express Dept. I rate them 1 star because I could not get accurate information on when they are open. Walmart does not post their hours online. I called and a Walmart associate informed me that he thought they opened at 8am or 9am and definitely close at 7pm. When I arrived at 10:15am, the sign on the door said they open at 11am, close for lunch at 3:00pm-4:15pm, and close at 6pm. I came back at noon and the sign had been taken down. I shouldn't have had to waste so much time to find out when they are open. read more

I live in the Evendale/Sharonville area, and we refer to this Wal-Mart as "the bad Wal-Mart". The store is constantly cluttered and messy, the employees are rude and anything but helpful, and the parking lot is riddled with carts and trash. I take my business to Target, since it is the same distance from my house and never have I had such an awful experience there as I have at this Wal-Mart location. I only go to this location if I HAVE to, which is rare. Last time I went, I was in the self scan line waiting to check out my $85 worth of groceries. In the line, a woman moved in front of me to check out a 85 cent box of Whoppers she was eating from. I said something to her, saying her time is absolutely no more valuable than mine, and an employee interjected with "Damn. It's just a box of candy. Shut up." I abandoned my cart with my groceries right there and left the store, and never will I return to that location. read more

Literally the dirtiest nastiest bathrooms I have every seen. The people are rude, the customers there are rude, and nothing ever seems to be in stock. Everything's always thrown around. And I've never seen more than 1 register open at a time. There's probably 2 workers there that actually will give you the time of day. read more

I just had the worst Wal Mart experience of my life. First we have to wait 20 minutes after asking two separate people to help us in the electronic department. We go to cash out and the person was not at the lit up register so we were reluctant to walk up. When we see her walking up she tells us to get back and let's another person get in front of us. It's a 20 item or less lane and the person she lets in front of us has no less than 40 items. Cashier takes her sweet time folding each piece of clothing. Our turn. We have already placed items on the register, yet she makes us give her the heavy items first that are still in the cart. She then challenges us on a 50% off deal and calls for a customer service manager. There are 5 yellow shirts around, but we wait another 5 minutes for one to come. Lady says to just give it to us, but cashier challenges, says "it's not a Christmas item," so we have to walk to show where we got it. The sign is no gone, but luckily a worker is there and tells her they had just removed the sign... At 3 in the afternoon?! She gives us the discount. I'll never go back to this Walmart. read more

ZERO STARS. Terrible online order, delivery and customer service experience I have ever had . NEVER order anything to be delivered to this store. My fiancé and I had an over 400 dollar online order to be delivered to this store. A table, benches and some stools were expected to be delivered to this store. Table expected on the first Wednesday after we ordered it and the stools weren't supposed to be there until the second Monday after we ordered it. Delivery date was delayed twice. Finally said order was ready went to store only the benches for the table were there, on a Thursday. Lady said the table would be in Saturday. Got a message Friday saying our order had come in. Show up Saturday to pick table up and it's not a table it's a mattress. The guy called Walmart.com phone number and handed my Fiancé the phone to figure out our order in the back of Walmart. Guy on the phone barely spoke any English and you couldn't understand a word the guy said. Finally got a confirmation that our table would be there the following Wednesday. So all we have are the benches. No table and no stools. Next day I get an email that they canceled our stool order and refunded our money and the stools weren't even supposed to be in for another week. No phone call just an email that they canceled it. Show up Wednesday (3rd time) for the table it's NOT there. This is the third time at the store different days and time and there is not one manager or person there that can help us. They had us call Walmart.com AGAIN and try to figure it out ourselves. This lady spoke English alright and was so rude and unhelpful saying all that she can do is apologize in a rude tone over and over. At this point we just want our table that goes with the benches we have and to be done with it all. We come back the next day and our table is finally there. Still no manager but the employee says that we should get a phone call to try to work something out for our stools. Shocker we never got a call. I will never order anything from Walmart again. In the end the process was almost a month long for something that was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 weeks.You would think an almost 500 dollar order would be a priority but apparently not. I had a confirmed tire pickup/installation appointment for 11am Saturday, at the Auto Center. I Purchased 4 tires online, shipped to store. Unfortunately, I was there for nearly 3 hours, before they even got to my car. First the computer systems were down, until nearly 11:30 am. Then they had to find my tires in the store, even though my email confirmation stated that they were there and ready to be picked up on Friday evening. Upon arrival I was informed they had to locate my tires somewhere in the stores. Once the tires are brought to the automotive department, the customer service rep told the mechanic that my car was the first to be done. However, that did not happen. What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it's not honored by the merchant? Then the Auto Store Manager is off today. After searching out the store, I finally got help through the Assistant Store Manager, Josh, which I really appreciated. But three hours for a job that only took a half an hour, with an appointment, is unconscionable!!! read more

I have never in my life seen a more disgraceful and disgusting store ever. My daughters and I pulled into the lot last night and it was almost pitch black. There were NUMEROUS exterior lights out and I did not feel comfortable about parking in the lot. How can you have an exterior to your store that is this unsafe and embarrassing? In addition to inadequate lighting in the parking lot, there was garbage and debris everywhere. It looked like several people had simply emptied out their cars and left their garbage all over the place. Carts were simply abandoned everywhere in the lot and it honestly looked like the most ghetto place ever. I am embarrassed that this Wal-Mart is close to my neighborhood. The associates are rude and not helpful and the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. I will not come back to this store out of principle. Clearly, whoever is in charge does not care about the store's appearance or the quality of the associates that they bring on board. read more

So today me and my mother need to go to Walmart to get a few things. Upon arriving we noticed the parking lot was vary empty but didn't think anything of it cause we've seen it like this before. As we were walking up there were a few people standing by the door, which we didn't pay attention to cause we weren't there to chat with people. Well we were almost to the door when this man who was a worker of Walmart started yelling at us "HELLO" "HELLO" several times because as I was saying we were not paying attention to him. When we finely saw that he was talking to us he vary rudely told us the store was closed because the power was out. Might I add during all this said Walmart worker was on his cellphone. They way they handled this was vary rude and unprofessional, I understand you might be irritated that you had to tell a bunch of people the store is closed all ready but I don't appreciate being rudely yelled at like I'm stupid and supposed to know the store is closed. Yeah I'm gonna be in my own little world (as I heard one of the other workers complain) because I didn't go to the grocery store to talk to you and listen to you be a rude ass. My advice is get some nicer workers that can say excuse me mam but I'm sorry the store is closed and putting a big sign up between the doors saying the store is closed as well might help you out. Long story short the workers were vary rude and I didn't appreciate that. read more
