Upon arriving I was notified it was not ready, but they would prepare it immediately and I could return in 20 mins. So I ran other errands and returned 1 hour later. I was told again the RX was not ready and it would be another 15 mins. I did not have additional time to wait this time and left. 30 mins later I received a text stating RX was ready and will have to make a third trip to pickup RX.

CVS does this coast-to-coast and executes a fairly consistent experience. This location is my preferred pharmacy and they generally meet or exceed my expectations. If you use the CVS app, then you can manage your prescriptions and get notifications when refills or new prescriptions are ready. It's a fairly seamless experience; you can tailor your experience however you like. At this location, you can pick up your prescriptions in store or via the drive-through and there is always someone working either side. Same thing goes for the MinuteClinic. You can make appointments online, submit your intake paperwork, and be seen same day. They offer routine immunizations, wellness visits, and minor medical needs. I find the nurse practitioners to be friendly and skilled, and I enjoy having this convenience. My only knock is that the pharmacy does close down between 1:30-2:00 each day. That's not a real inconvenience, as I know when their hours are, but I have been tripped up by it before. CVS also is big into automation, as if the app is not enough, self-service kiosks will let you check out quickly. The store is clean and well-stocked and provides a neighborhood convenience that definitely evolves with consumer patterns. P.S. And they print the LONGEST receipts of any chain.

She proceeded to ring us up over at a register and told us that none of the phone numbers we gave her worked. She then asked if she could see where the item was at when I told her I took a picture on my phone. She proceeds to walk away from me so I walk over to where the blanket was and pointed it to her. She then takes the label off the shelf, brings it to the other store manager and asks her to ring us up because we supposedly started having an attitude towards her. So the other manager comes up and gets us all checked out to finally realize that we were right about the price and all of this could've been avoided if Karissa would've just listened to what we were trying to tell her.

The young woman who was tending the counter didn't look at me, didn't pay attention to me, put the bar code reader up to me as I was looking for my CVS card, scanned the card, took the medicine, scanned it, muttered something and then proceeded to carry on a conversation with a young man who had been helping another customer with a TV. This was around 7:30 pm Sunday evening. I swiped my debit card based upon facial and eye signals (nothing spoken) and pressed the obligatory buttons. The receipt came out, the clerk handed it to me and walked away. In short, she was rude, inconsiderate, unhelpful and unprofessional. Terrible customer service. She shouldn't be working in this position if she can't behave professionally. I have to use this store because it is convenient for me and I really like my CVS down at 9th and Minnesota. My scrips are all in CVS. I have found this store at 81st to have worse service and professional behavior than our downtown store. I usually avoid it. Perhaps I will start doing that again. I didn't go in for scrips and there is a Walgreen's down the street so maybe I'll hit that instead.
