I'll be honest, it's been a while since I've been so excited to post a review. Why am I so excited? Wal-mart has done something revolutionary. It could change the way we shop for groceries, but people have to USE it for it to continue. Since I am an early adopter, I have already tried this. Let me tell you why I am so excited. Although I love people watching at Wal-Mart, I also love to save time. My wife and I timed our online grocery shopping. It took us twenty minutes to order and pay for our groceries online. Usually, this process took us more than an hour at Wal-Mart, sometimes more, if the lines were long. Walmart gave us a $10 off coupon for our first grocery order. After ordering, they give you a choice of checking a substitution product if they are out of your brand. When ordering, they give you a picture, weight and/or size of the product. You select the quantity. We ordered fruits, vegetables, and deli meat to see what the "shopper" would get us. I have two complaints here, they need to offer a choice of slice thickness for deli meat and allow coupons to be entered online. Manuel, our in store shopper, picked out very fresh, unbruised, fruits and vegetables. You pick the time and date to pickup your groceries. It is really a time slot, we picked between 1 and 2 pm. We entered our cell number online and they called us ten minutes before one. They were asking if we would be arriving for pickup at one or a little later. Pickup is on the right side of the building by the pharmacy drive thru. Manuel explained this phone call is so he could be outside waiting because he literally got the groceries right before we arrived. He also brought the groceries out of the store and loaded them into our car. Wal-Mart asks that you do not tip the shoppers. Manuel gave us a swag bag for using this service (I have attached pictures). It was tough for us imagining someone else handling our groceries, but if you think about it, the cashier touches all of them when you are checking out. This is such a time saver and eliminates the need for standing in line. Manuel told me if more people don't try this service, than Wal-mart is going to kill it. This store is constantly out of items. I went to this store on Monday September 13th and they didn't have any grapefruit. I went back yesterday on the 15th and they still didn't have any grapefruit. When I was there I needed to pick up some laundry supplies. I usually purchase the unscented detergents and dryer sheets, but they had none of those so I was forced to buy the scented ones. read more

Beware of Walmart's Store number 03731 game. Price tag on shelf clearly marked $50, scanner scanned at $79. Did not notice discrepancy until until I got home. When I brought it up to Walmart customer service, 3 days later, was referred to homeline manager who pointed out that Even though it was still clearly marked $50 by the display, on another shelf it was marked $79 so therefore I must pay the higher price. He then removed the lower priced tag. I then showed customer service it was available online for same day instore pick up for the $50. She informed me that I must buy it online and pick it up in the store later that day and then return the more expensive one. How many items have we all scanned at a higher price than what was marked on the shelf when we placed it into our baskets ? read more

Never! Shopping here again...unethical business practice! I bought a pack of batteries that the clerk never handed to me, put it in a bag, not my shopping bag, I got home and no batteries, I went back to the store and some woman told me the clerk gave me the batteries.. per video!! She lied... I never had batteries in my hand... I'll never take my business there again... bad corporation... This bothered me overnight so I spoke to the store manager this morning and I am changing my score to 4... sad how a bad apple tarnishes the whole organization, the manager made it right and I will return to the store ... just talking to a person who is really customer service oriented works!! read more

This Walmart is convenient but I feel it isn't where I want to go on a regular basis. They usually have free everything I need but it tends to be very busy. Everyone is friendly and helpful but sometimes confidence isn't everything. read more

This store may be convienient.. but the employees are RUDE, annoyed when I had to order a cake, annoyed when I need help at self check out, and also the smell of the fridges is AWFUL! Why do they smell like rotting fish? Also look at everything I got in my PICK UP order. Moldy rotting food. Also not pictured a brand new bag of molded hamburger buns. Went inside last week for a few things and the bagged veggies were 7-12 days EXPIRED, watery and smelled awful. This is posing a serious risk to people buying this stuff not to mention it's a pain in the ass to return stuff there. read more

Not bad. Basically your typical Supercenter,with a New Mexico influenced vegetable section. Love the Green Chili's. Great selection of bread. Well stocked compared to others I've been to lately. They were working hard to keep it that way. I did notice a couple of semi trucks there. Which is great. Not all Walmart Supercenters are Truck friendly. I wish they were all that way. I delivered at a Walmart Distribution Center last night. Had to go 50 miles to get here to find a place to park. Friendly service and nice little town. Glad I found this on the map. I am right in the center of frustration and to hopefully help avoid anybody else from encountering the discourteous, unprofessional and sarcastic attitude of management on the graveyard shift. It always seems to be the people in the yellow that who have the attitude that I am intruding on them or being a nuisance why I need to ask the location of product or something else just as basic. Then again it is Walmart and I should know better and have come to expect sub standard experience no matter what location or time that I go. In particular the middle-aged blonde haired woman in the yellow vest at the checkout counter was completely lame in here job performance. read more

This is your go to store for all your personal needs. They have the best grocery store, with the best prices. Unlike Costco where you have to buy everything in bulk, this place meets your needs, great or small. My only complaint is the produce department . They have a limited variety of some items and an over variety of others. They do have the BEST bakery department in the area, with a huge variety of sweet choices to temp your pallet and wonderful breads, and rolls. Their Deli department runs out of many items, so be prepared to select an alternative choice. Best prices though in town. read more

I had just finished working tonight and only had a few minutes to find everything. When it came to finding the last item, it said G33 in the app. I then asked the (I think from India if I had to guess) guy back in electronics and his only answer was we close in 5 minutes. Didn't have the key to unlock the electronics behind the glass . All those are useless if you don't have a key for people to purchase them.

Went into Walmart today 9/29/23 to return a double pack of GV toilet bowl cleaner that was priced at 3.48 which I purchased on 9/27/23. Reason for return that the item did not clean as expected. The customer service person Luciano a young man probably in his early 20's late teens questions me when I purchased it, why I was returning the item and if I purchased the item at this store. I had my receipt and he scans the receipt and tells me the bar code did not match what was on the receipt. The receipt clearly indicated a toilet bowl cleaner for 3.48. I questioned him what was the purpose of all the questions since I had my receipt. He said he had to ask these questions. Then he asked me if I purchased the item on a credit card or cash? I looked at the receipt for the credit card number and put the card in the credit card machine for a credit and he tells me that's the wrong card. And then he proceeds ti give me the cash. Not more than 10 minutes later after I left customer service I see him and another employee in the men's bathroom talking away. I guess Walmart is so easy on their employees that they are not being monitored or supervised if there at the assigned work stations. Plus they have no customer service skills. Are these employees trained? This might seem petty but I've returned items before and never have I had any issues, regardless if I had a receipt or not. Not very happy with this contact. I still spent more today than what I received in return. Walmart reevaluated your employee's. read more

I'm not sure what happened- but the customer service in this store is ROCKIN now! Cashier named Jessica- her son wrestles- was courteous and greeted each person in her line with a" HI- How are you today?" And did it SMILING... bravo to the management team- what ever you've changed- it's working. Employees are smiling, saying hello and can I help you? I've always believed the mood of employees is set by the managers they work for, so something is working- kudos !!! read more

The thing with Walmart to me is that it's the old reliable. Always there when you need it. Regardless if it's a last minute pack of batteries or a whole cart of groceries. It always tends to be cheaper than all other grocery stores around especially with price matching. Where else can you go for groceries, clothing & a hair cut or pedicure. Not to many places cover it all. Old reliable has come in handy almost on a daily basis. What was life like before the discounted antics of a retail mogul came into play. ... I do like this location they have everything in one stop shopping it's also very clean. My complaint is why do they ask to see your receipt when you go out the door it's odd as if you checked out with a cashier the cameras see you check out already.... inconvenience indeed if you're in a hurry. I just had the worse cashier in the world "Monica". "Monica" was talking bad about a lady that was in front of the lady in front of me. The lady in front of me she was really friendly to. She says "hi how are you?" to the lady. Then one of her coworker "Vanessa" comes up. They start talking. Then it is my turn. She does not greet me, but says to "Vanessa" I dont talk to many people. So I guess that means me?!?! I had never seen her before, so I don't know what I could have done? Then they talk throughout my transaction about nothing. She did not say "thank you", "have a nice day" "go to hell", nada. I felt so uncomfortable, I wanted out of there. I will not make the mistake to go in her line again. I just wonder if she talked bad about me to the people behind me......makes me wonder. read more

A review for the vision center: please teach your staff communication and management skills! Especially manager Danny. I had the worst experience there today for a simple eye exam. Treated me so poor and shooed me away. Blamed me for being late when I was not late, I had been standing there for 10-15 minutes with no greeting or assistance. A simple "hello ma'am what are you here for?" And I could have been pointed in the direction of the waiting room. The waiting room is not labeled or indicated at all. I am a new customer and didn't know where to go, and the manager made me feel like an idiot for his mistake. Please fix management or hire a new team. I will now go somewhere else and encourage others to do the same read more

This store is a bad joke. One woman in the pharmacy was impatient, rude, and talked to me like I was a three year old. Then, after standing at the Money Center for a few minutes, where there was no one working, I asked a teller if it was closed, and he said he'd get someone. A few minutes more and the employee strolled in, no hurry at all. After that, I tried to find something in the store, asked an employee, and though he was really nice, had no clue about what I was after. No other employees anywhere. This is it I had problems with them before I will transfer all my medications to another Pharmacy terrible service very rude personal took over a half an hour waiting in my car after I called in my medication earlier in the week, also they have ran out of other medications that I take as well. Okay so I am in New Mexico visiting family and Walmart is the place to go here for all your daily needs. This Walmart is huge and offers everything you need even booze but be aware, (In New Mexico all ADULTS need to show ID when purchasing alcohol). My wife and mother in law went to get beer for our BBQ and a few other things and my wife unaware of the law was asked for her ID and had to leave with no drinks because she was not prepared. In California only the person purchasing the drinks has to show their ID so she messed up. Other than that look around for the clearance racks floats around with red price tags and great deals. I will most likely come back on our next visit with ID in hand. But no hard feelings this place was great and friendly for a Walmart. read more

Standing in a huge line right now because there are only three registers open. It's a Sunday! And we came to buy a few pairs of jeans but the dressing rooms conveniently close at 7. The shelves were bare of most of what we wanted. And the housekeeper Sylvia had her cart blocking one of the three checkouts and refused to move it so we could get in line and then yelled at us. Worst customer service ever, barely any staffed registers open yet 5 employees harrasing customers in self checkout???? I literally saw them pulling items from customers baskets asking did you scan this when they aren't even done checking out. Absolutley rude and disgusting behavior towards paying customers. Stood in line forever then had to stand in line yet again to get my receipt scanned before exiting. If you cannot operate self checkout in a professional manner than close the stations down. I'm not entirely sure which walmart this is. I don't need to be to review a walmart. I honestly don't recall ever having a good experience at one of these discount shit boxes to be honest. I'd give zero stars but I don't think that's possible. If saving 1-3 cents per item is worth the time lost waiting and rage that ensues looking 2 of 50 cash registers occupied and a bank of self checkout kiosks gathering dust, be my guest. Recently bought a PlayStation 4 as a gift. The person I bought it for already had received one as a gift. When I went to return it they would not do so stating it had been past 15 days. I was unaware of this because it doesn't say on the receipt and not one of the workers told me. They pointed to a return policy sign with tiny letters above the register expecting me to remember a sign of returns when I wasn't planning on it. Would not refund my money at all because I was ten days past their 15 day limit even though it was as good as new hadn't been opened and had the warranty. What a waste of money and even worse customer service. This wal mart has lost my business forever!! read more

Go here all the time, some cashiers at night are not the friendly type. Not so bad when you really need something ,wal mart almost has everything. In the past several weeks, Walmart in Bernalillo has installed about 20 to 25 self checkout registers. I feel a few are okay for a quick checkout, but now they only have about 10 manned registers. The rest are self checkout. I have been there on several occasions where only about 3 or 4 registers are open and have long lines. I have asked the manager to open more registers. The stock answer is that he has no one to call and no other checkers available in the store. This situation forces folks to use the many self checkout positions. I would like to know the feelings of folks regarding being forced into self checkout. I feel Walmart is doing away with jobs as more and more people are forced to use the self checkout registers. I, for one, have decided to wait in line instead of steeling away someone's job. I suspect that the remaining manned registers will be taken out in favor of all self checkout registers. When you use the self checkout positions, ask yourself: shouldn't I be paid for doing the work of a register person? After all, in essence, I am putting someone's job at risk. I have told the manager that when the last manned register is pulled out and replaced with self checkout, that will be the last time I shop at Walmart. I wish everyone would take a stand on this issue. read more

Don't even get paint here! I literally asked 6 different employees for help. And they all said "Let me call someone who can help you." Do they not train people who work in that department? I even called the store. They at least announced it 7 times overhead. Horrible! Waited for almost an hour. Better off going to Home Depot.
