This store may be convienient.. but the employees are RUDE, annoyed when I had to order a cake, annoyed when I need help at self check out, and also the smell of the fridges is AWFUL! Why do they smell like rotting fish? Also look at everything I got in my PICK UP order. Moldy rotting food. Also not pictured a brand new bag of molded hamburger buns. Went inside last week for a few things and the bagged veggies were 7-12 days EXPIRED, watery and smelled awful. This is posing a serious risk to people buying this stuff not to mention it's a pain in the ass to return stuff there.

Free swag bag for buying groceries online. They need more people to use this service to continue offering it.

I'll be honest, it's been a while since I've been so excited to post a review. Why am I so excited? Wal-mart has done something revolutionary. It could change the way we shop for groceries, but people have to USE it for it to continue. Since I am an early adopter, I have already tried this. Let me tell you why I am so excited. Although I love people watching at Wal-Mart, I also love to save time. My wife and I timed our online grocery shopping. It took us twenty minutes to order and pay for our groceries online. Usually, this process took us more than an hour at Wal-Mart, sometimes more, if the lines were long. Walmart gave us a $10 off coupon for our first grocery order. After ordering, they give you a choice of checking a substitution product if they are out of your brand. When ordering, they give you a picture, weight and/or size of the product. You select the quantity. We ordered fruits, vegetables, and deli meat to see what the "shopper" would get us. I have two complaints here, they need to offer a choice of slice thickness for deli meat and allow coupons to be entered online. Manuel, our in store shopper, picked out very fresh, unbruised, fruits and vegetables. You pick the time and date to pickup your groceries. It is really a time slot, we picked between 1 and 2 pm. We entered our cell number online and they called us ten minutes before one. They were asking if we would be arriving for pickup at one or a little later. Pickup is on the right side of the building by the pharmacy drive thru. Manuel explained this phone call is so he could be outside waiting because he literally got the groceries right before we arrived. He also brought the groceries out of the store and loaded them into our car. Wal-Mart asks that you do not tip the shoppers. Manuel gave us a swag bag for using this service (I have attached pictures). It was tough for us imagining someone else handling our groceries, but if you think about it, the cashier touches all of them when you are checking out. This is such a time saver and eliminates the need for standing in line. Manuel told me if more people don't try this service, than Wal-mart is going to kill it. So I am writing this so everyone can try it at least once. I bet you will like it as much as I did. Go to Walmart.com/grocery

The thing with Walmart to me is that it's the old reliable. Always there when you need it. Regardless if it's a last minute pack of batteries or a whole cart of groceries. It always tends to be cheaper than all other grocery stores around especially with price matching. Where else can you go for groceries, clothing & a hair cut or pedicure. Not to many places cover it all. Old reliable has come in handy almost on a daily basis. What was life like before the discounted antics of a retail mogul came into play. ... I can't remember life before walmart ... can you?

Didn't have the key to unlock the electronics behind the glass . All those are useless if you don't have a key for people to purchase them.

Great service and easy returns. Took a bike we bought to send via fedex, they took it back with no problem. Thank you Walmart.

Saturday. June 7, 2025. Around noon…read more I had an appointment at the Enchanted Hills Walgreens for a Tetanus-Diphtheria shot for 9:50 am. When I arrived the tech told me that they were out of this vaccine. I asked why it let me book an appointment if it was out of stock. She told me the appointment database doesn't link to what they have in stock. I think this is ridiculous because people could be wasting time, gas and energy booking appointments for non-existent shots! The tech called the Walgreens in Bernalillo and was told they had the TDAP in stock. I drove there and spoke to Eileen, a pharmacy tech. She explained they weren't doing walk-ins, but they usually do. I asked if they had any openings. She said I would have to check online. I told her my phone wasn't working and if she could book an appointment for me. She said no. I was the only one in line and they weren't busy. She was extremely rude and short with me. She told me to stand aside as another customer had walked behind me. I talked to the manager and assistant manager about Eileen. They told me that there was no pharmacist on duty and that they didn't have the vaccine in stock. So either the tech at Enchanted Hills lied to me or the tech they talked to on the phone lied. The manager even called the Walgreens on 528 and Southern and they were out of this vaccine. To sum up, it seems like all Walgreens do not regularly update their stock of vaccines, the staff are rude and will lie to you, and you will probably waste your time and gas scheduling appointments for non-existent vaccines. A horrible, horrible joke.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am submitting a formal complaint regarding the conduct and policy handling at Walmart Store #3731 in Bernalillo, NM. On my recent visit, I attempted to return an unopened, unexpired container of baby formula that I had purchased in error. I did not have the receipt, but the item was in perfect condition and fully eligible for return under Walmart's standard no‑receipt return policy. Despite this, the store staff refused to process the return and stated they would only allow an exchange for the exact same formula, even though the product was the wrong type for my child. Walmart does not--and cannot--dictate what formula a parent feeds their baby, and forcing an exchange for the same item serves no legitimate purpose. This restriction is not supported by Walmart's published return policy and appears to be a misapplication of rules intended for expired or compromised grocery items, none of which applied here. I waited more than ten minutes for assistance, only to be met with dismissive service and an inflexible, incorrect interpretation of policy. The experience was unprofessional, unnecessarily adversarial, and entirely avoidable. I am requesting the following: A proper return of the unopened, unexpired formula that I cannot use ($75.97 + tax) Compensation for the time wasted due to the store's delay and mishandling ($500+) Confirmation that Store #3731 will be retrained on Walmart's actual return policies to prevent this from happening to other customers I expect a timely response and resolution. I have documented the incident and am prepared to escalate further if necessary. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
