This Walmart Supercenter has a broad selection of groceries, clothing, shoes, accessories, office supplies, cleaning supplies, health products, beauty products, pet supplies, electronics, furniture, children's toys, and much more. This store also has a pharmacy, vision center, auto-care center, and wireless store. During my visit, I shopped in most of the store's departments. The shelves and racks were well stocked and organized. I found my favorite products such as TheraBreath mouth rinse, Fancy Feast cat foods, and RoundUp weed killer. The store kept beauty products locked up in a special section, which I understand is to prevent theft, but it also inconvenienced me, so I did not even bother to shop for cosmetics. The prices for most merchandise were low, such as $5 for women's tank tops and $75 for a Bissell vacuum cleaner, but some prices were higher than competing stores' prices, such as $2 for a travel toothbrush and toothpaste and over $20 for a few dog bully sticks. read more

delivery service needs to have non-smoking employees. Had a medium delivery on 1-13-2026. delivered approx 5:30pm and the packages when I brought into my home were so horrible with cigarette smoke it was not good, My husband has just had lung surgery & can't be exposed to such overwhelming smells. I had a bad experience with a Customer Service Clerk. I was trying to get a refund for an item that I purchased online. The clerk was rude, unfriendly and annoyed. Instead of giving me cash back, she reached into a box and handed me a gift card. When I tried to use this gift card, I was told that there was NO MONEY on it. Apparently, she didn't put my refund money onto this card. I went back to Customer Service, LUCKY ME, I had to deal with the same SNARLY Clerk. She then told me I had to go back and buy something, and then have it VOIDED, at which time I was to go BACK to Customer Service to get the appropriate money. Does this make any sense to any of you??? I know it is difficult to find good workers, or people who want to work, period. But I think Belle Vernon Walmar needs to have someone kind and competent manning their Customer Service. I understand why a lot of people will drive to Brownsville when they need to purchase from walmart. There are a few very nice workers who do the fill the Cubside Pick-Up orders. I had a Belle Vernon Walmart delivery at 8:53 PM January 16. The Driver drove right through the middle of my yard instead of using my driveway. My house was extremely illuminated due to decorating for Valentine's Day and had lights in all the windows, lights on doors, shrubs and even light pole along with a light shining on the house and a spot light on the side. They drove over my sidewalk and then over my driveway railroad ties. . I have a 2-car driveway. It is impossible to have NOT SEEN my driveway with my house being lit up like a Christmas tree. lol. They entered into the middle of the yard and did a complete circle to exit. I am attaching a picture. I did take a video which I will try to upload later, but having difficulty due to size/length, so for now will post a picture. I called Walmart TWICE. They said Corporate would call me back, which they have NOT! I filed a police report so it was documented. I asked Walmart to please contact driver to see if there is an ISSUE with his vision and/or driving ability as I was worried what IF someone had PETS chained outside to go the bathroom or a child was outside playing in the snow. This is unbelievable!!!! to enter and drive through the middle of my yard within 1 foot or so of my porch!!!. My driveway was CLEARLY VISIBLE and the entire house LIT UP!!!! So just a warning if you're having a Walmart delivery at night to please NOT have your children or pets outside as I have no clue if this delivery driver (which I DO know their first name) is still doing deliveries for Walmart, since no one has called me back!!! read more

This Walmart seemed more super than most. It looks extra big inside. Parking lot seemed a problem, as people weren't either thinking or looking. There is a stop light at the south end of the parking lot so it's easy to exit the place there. Lowe's and other stores are available in an adjacent shopping center so it's all very convenient being just off I-70. Still, it's Walmart--nothing exciting to see, unless you're clobbered in the parking lot, though the sky was a beautiful blue, so you'd have something nice to view while waiting for the ambulance. read more

July 22nd 2023 my husband and son went away for the weekend and me going to surprise them went and bought paint to do the kitchen and other things to redo the kitchen while they were gone I bought rustole Rust-Oleum studio Keller interior advanced paint and primer semi-gloss paint from Walmart in Belle Vernon Pennsylvania see pictures below this is after three coats of paint and attempting to do a fourth coat when I called Walmart and told them that there's something was wrong with the paint and that my wall is now ruined I sat on hold not once but five times well they tried to get a manager to come to the phone finally while I was on the phone I heard the lady at customer service telling the manager that I was very upset and wanted to talk to management and she said her words were what does she want well after five phone calls and no responses I would think the management would get on the phone then when she finally does get on the phone and I tell her what happens her words are what do you want me to do about it I want you to tell me what I need to do to fix my kitchen what she doesn't know she can give me a new can of paint or give me my money back no they destroyed my wall there has got to be another solution not only do they not back the product that they told me they know nothing about it nor do they know how to fix it and nor do they care I had to manager on speakerphone and evidently it sounded if I was yelling at her well her and another manager sat there and listen to me now if there was another manager there why is it that I had to call back five times and that phone we at least 50 times every time and she couldn't come to the phone cuz she was in the bathroom was the other manager helping her in the bathroom it should never have taken me 40 minutes to speak to a manager who had no intention of doing absolutely anything there's some problems at this Walmart for years and management attitude and unless you get a manager that is an actual higher up manager in that store they will do nothing for you and they treat you like crap and they think that because they're Walmart that they can treat people any way they choose to that they can talk to them anyway they choose to that they can just take our money and not back their products or their services and us is a bunch of idiots just continue to accept it because there's nothing else around you know what there is other things around there are small stores that we continually let go under because we keep buying stuff junk from places like Walmart that don't care whether we spend our money they don't care whether we get what we're supposed to have they don't care what type of customer service they provide all they care about is they're getting a paycheck and they can walk all over us the store their management lower management I apologize because the upper management are very nice the two gentlemen that I have dealt with it's up for management in that store have always been a very good job and always taking very good care of any problems that there was maybe you shouldn't be helping each other in the bathroom posing is management or treating people like crap because in my opinion there is not one woman manager that I have seen in that store that should be in that position I have been in customer service my entire life and this is not the first time there has been an issue with this store this is not the first time that management has treated people like crap and not cared about the issue of hand but it will be the last time that they will get any of my money read more

I heard a manager yell at an employee in front of customers because the employee was telling a customer where an item was when she was in the process of picking an order for the curbside pickup. So I bought tires at Walmart a few years ago with an 80K warranty. 20k miles later the tires were shot. 20k - 30k are typical for the life of most tires for the area. My tires are rotated when I get oil changes. Amazingly my oem originals still have life in them. My beef here is that Walmart did not honor the warranty they sold me. I did what was required to maintain the warranty. The problem started at the counter. As soon as you mention "warranty" they go on the defensive. They gave me 3 excuses why they won't cover the tires before they even looked at the tires. Then the manager gave a quick look and gave me different excuses. Interestly, Esseys covered the warranty with no problems and 2 inspections/ service places disputed the excuses Walmart provided for not covering the warranty. Lousy service from Walmart Auto Center. This Walmart mistreated me as a disabled customer, I was needing a handicapp scooter and some employees as well as greeters were purposely shutting the handicapp scooters down, I really dislike this Walmart and wish we had a better one who gave disabled people better service. read more

This is the best example of a Walmart I have experienced yet. I have traveled a few places so I have visited at least 10 different Walmart's in my life. This location is quite clean as well as possessing a courteous staff. I swore off going to Walmart for years and opted going to Target due to my previous experience. Prices are good on most items but you have to watch because many items do not have a price. Do not buy packaged bakery goods. I have found bugs in the donuts. I now will not buy anything they package. Items are also limited I have also seen open steaks in which the employee looked at it and moved it to the back of the stack. He had to see it open, I certainly did. Some Employee's are not very helpful or friendly. I shop here only because it is close to me and the other option is Giant Eagle. read more

This Wal-Mart is larger than the others in this area - Seems like it will be a great place to shop until you need help. There is no one who knows anything about anything in the store. No one knows anything about the products in their department. Then if you make a return, they choose to keep your money (on your charge card) for 5 - 7 days! You can have immediate access to the money on a gift card, but if you unknowingly choose to have the money returned on the charge card, it takes 5 - 7 days. Oh, and by the way, if you make an additional purchase, it doesn't take 5 - 7 days to post on your account. If you call the business office to question this policy, they tell you that's the way it always has been. If you ask to speak to someone who can speak to why this is the procedure, they pass the buck on the home office. When you call the home office, they pass the buck on the electronic payment office. When you call the electronic payment office you find out they aren't in. Really? What a shame that a corporation like Wal-Mart doesn't train their employees (especially their customer service employees) better. It's a free-for-all in that store. I've not experienced this in other Wal-Marts in our area. The Belle Vernon store is the worst one that I have experieced - it gives all other Wal-Marts a "black eye." read more

have you ever used the self checkout at Walmart ? it used to be nice as you could scan your order and leave without waiting in a long line...... last night we were there and the 2 workers watched us like we were stealing..... is this a new policy ? My husband is a veteran...... is this the reason we were made to feel like criminals ? This Walmart is smaller than others, and less selection. No idea why some say it's bigger than most! Tiny compared to Uniontown's, but I still like Washington's (Pa) better. Besides, the Belle Vernon location is always out of stock of basic items. There is no parallel parking like the other reviewer says. There are a few 'vertical' spots at the beginning of a couple rows, but they are handicapped spots (and meant for the vans). They have the yellow grid paint to provide about a car's length of space between vehicles, and yellow grid lines on the side for lowering a ramp. Smaller lot than most but I think that's a plus. You don't have to walk a mile to get inside the building, and the smaller lot used to make it less chaotic coming and going. Not so much anymore. read more
