The store was a bit weird, it still seems like it is stuck in the past a bit, not really much of an update on the inside. The only other review states that customer service wasn't the best, this is true. It felt like you were asking for something unobtainable if you asked for help. My better half wanted to use the restroom in here but was told that he would have to hand over his driver's license to do so. I'm guessing there is a bigger problem here if that is the case. Before we left we wanted to get some cold drinks before we continued on with our day. Fat chance at that. All the coolers on the wall were broken. Not one, or one section, but all the sections. Instead of removing the beverages that were in there they kept them in there and allowed the hot air to continue to blow on them. The only other cooler in the store was not big enough to accommodate any of the drinks. Not the best experience at all.

I would think as health care providers you would make more of an effort to provide care, especially knowing the severity of Covid.

This quality of service has been consistent all over the country when I've traveled for my work. My only gripe is that the text notification service and the call in menu are full of issues. The text service is great at notifying you when a refill has been processed. For refills though, it's more confusing than helpful. I don't like talking to a robot, but I understand they can save time for employees in store. This robot frequently leaves out key words about my medication information and mishears my speech even when I am speaking clearly in an area with a strong signal and no background noise. It's frustrating and makes me feel like I'm wasting time. Megan at drive through is a ray of sunshine. Even with her mask on I could tell she was smiling. They are definitely understaffed at this location, but can I really blame them? Let's be real, we all have challenges in adapting during this pandemic.

For a smaller pharmacy they have very good prices. All of the employees are always in a good mood. I would go to the doctor in Greensburg and by time I get to the pharmacy my script would be ready. the longest I have ever waited was three minutes. Another big advantage is gas is always cheaper in New Stanton.
