The employees are incredibly rude especially at the pharmacy. They don't know how to do their job there is only one lady there who cares to actually open the system to see I'm not crazy and that my meds have been sent there. It's not that hard. I won't be using them anymore! read more

Power went out due to high winds for 2 hrs exactly, 6:00pm-8:00pm, Not only did I watch employees get into arguments w/ guests who didn't rush & run out of the store that split second once it did, but they've literally turned away about 70-80 cars worth of customers since power was restored a 1/2 hr ago. Meanwhile, just about every other business close by has since been allowing guests back in, w/in mind of power being restored mind u. Love to know who made the decision & thout it be best to not only cost their company $1,000's of dollars so far that guests wudve spent, but also how much all the employees who've been milling the clock the entire 2-1/2 hours worth of time since the power originally went out. Which they are all still inside of the building & on the clock mind u. SMH. The employees in this Walmart location are just completely different in so many ways that any of the other Walmarts close by, which most are just downright mean & disgruntled & hostile towards just about any/every guest, at least as far as the front end workers are concerned read more

Never received a refund for groceries that were soaked in bleach (I didn't order bleach). Constantly receive expired or near expired products along with damaged items. Produce is always rotten. I do not plan on shopping at any Walmart ever again. Small family owned grocery stores will get my business from here on out even if it costs more. Waited 5 hours past my delivery time only to call Walmart and had to go pick up my order that I needed at 7am!!! read more

The costumer service was amazing and they have a lot of amazing product. The pricing is a bit inconsistent and so is there item locations. At one part of the store, you will see a candy bar for example and it will say $2.58 yet you go to the other side of the store and it will say $4. When it comes to locations it should be kids toys all in one place not in 50 different locations. If I wanna go over to look at clothing and not the toys section so my child doesn't ask for toys, I should expect to be able to do that and not run into bubble guppies or bluey. Though this is with almost all Walmarts so I don't blame just this one. read more

I have visited this Walmart only one time, and I browsed and purchased some food and beverages. When my husband and I were first entering the store, two employees were standing there, and one of them kindly told my husband that the flashlight on his cell phone was accidentally turned on and shining through his jacket pocket. This Walmart is a Supercenter, so it has a large grocery section in addition to regular departments such as clothing, housewares, beauty and hygiene items, electronics, toys, etc. They also have a salon, vision center, photo center, pharmacy, auto repair shop, and other businesses on site. We picked out some sodas, juices, and snacks. Then we headed to the self-checkout, where no other customers were standing in line, and we checked ourselves out. The cost of each beverage and snack was a couple of dollars, so not as cheap as the Dollar Tree, but still reasonable. read more

Set your store up properly. Seriously, I walked around here aimlessly for about a half hour looking for one item. The worst part about it all, the same associate watched me walk by each time, effectively blocking the aisle my item was in. Also the reason as to why I could not find the item for a half hour. If you're a door greeter such as you were sir, shouldn't you have stood by the door? Instead you stood far away from the door and blocked the aisles. Anyway, for a Walmart, and might I say one out in the middle of nowhere, it was not busy, except for when you reached the registers. That took another ten minutes. Definitely will not deliberately return here as it is out of my way and I only stopped because I was on my way back home after and excursion to Ohio. read more

I have shopped at this Walmart for many years, never had a complaint until recently. The store was a little busy and there were only two cashiers open, no express lane was open! Maybe the management is expecting everyone to use self check out? I do not think that will happen. I only had five items and I was in line for twenty minutes. Very disappointed, there is no excuse. read more

My local Walmart in Pittsburg, California is a disaster (store 1615). Today was a wonderful experience. I can see this store has negative reviews but seriously...this store is amazing. It's nice to shop where everything hasn't been locked up in a cabinet or chained down. I appreciated being able to shop and not be treated like I'm stealing. The fact that the makeup was just out....very nice. I just spent 3 hours wandering around enjoying the moment. Ended up with a full cart...but when you can actually pick something up and look at it, without the fear your purse will be stolen if you turn your head is so pleasant. My cashier Toni was so very nice. I was able to engage in a real conversation with her and make a connection. (She's extremely proud of her niece.) I can't recall the last Walmart employee who even said hello to me, let alone actually took a moment to tell you a bit of something about them. Thank you Toni for making my quick stop into the store even better. read more

I had to come here late last night for some Icy Hot for my sore knee. Where else to go for such an item at an ungodly hour? There's nothing more depressing than coming to a 24/7 Wal-Mart on a Saturday night. It was full of lost souls, people led astray by a bad economy and the low prices the Satan of retail offers. The reasons people with a conscience worship the fall of Wal-Mart are too numerous to get into in a Yelp review. Despite that, the service was cheery. The resilience of regular people continues to astonish me. The humilation regular people have to endure infuriates me. Christ, triple the minimum wage already. read more

We wanted to buy a riding lawnmower and asked if we bought it could they could put a sold sign on it to give us time to get it. We do not have a trailer and would have to rent one, plus it is the worst winter day so far with snow packed around our garage. It is almost 7 PM -- too late to rent a trailer to get it home don't you think?! They said NO! Can you believe it -- the store that gets the most of our money. They couldn't even extend common courtesy to us. Oh, and maybe I should add they discriminated against us because I don't have a trailer. Sounds silly doesn't it? Giant Eagle and Home Depot here I come. This customer service woman was rude to my son who was trying to get the mower for me. I would say it's 50/50 on the attitudes of employees there. Don't go to this Walmart if your a Veteran that don't display Veteran on a ball cap, license plate, shirt, window sticker, or at all.... you will get harassed by customers demanding that if your a Veteran to show them your ID if you park in the Veteran parking place, these people don't need to see an ID, I wouldn't want someone that I don't know seeing my ID, they are not cops, and Walmart looks the other way over this, so if your a Veteran, avoid this store at all costs, this was the first and last time I will go to this Walmart read more

This store is crowded for Covid-19, they can further limit how many people can come in. They need to enforce all customers to wear a mask and one person or family per isle, if they have medical condition where they can't wear a mask then they should be forced to rely on curbside pick and and delivery, and they also expand curbside pickup and delivery. Self checkouts are good because I'm further away from people that way. Before Covid-19 I used to use traditional staffed check outs to help them keep their jobs,but now because of this outbreak, i would rather protect employees from getting sick and still get paid by unemployment by using self check-outs. We need to seriously protect customers and employees who have not been infected from the coronavirus yet. read more

Traveling cross country & needed a tire to replace a flat. Called to verify they had it, took forever, on the phone, to get a confirmation. Finally confirmed, guy told us about a 90 minute wait, told him we were on the way. Go to check in and the guy wanted so much information, and then complained about how the Walmart's in our area weren't doing it right. The guy knew we were traveling. So far it's been over 3.5 hours and we're still waiting. read more

this store is well stocked (the Monaca walmart always runs out of items) less crowded and better service. DONT EAT the cheese sauce at the new Pretzel Place i got food poisoning from the sauce being in a warmer for a couple days or more which is CLOSTRIDUIM CAFTERIA from food being in warmers too long its like a mild version of salmonella read more

When you go here don't expect to check out fast. Not such thing here. Any time in the day . They only have a couple registers open. Not a good thing. Especially on a Friday afternoon. Prices are great. Selection is great on products too. Nice verity too. Fresh produce and nice deli. Their bakery is very well supplied with cakes and cookies of all kinds. Anything that comes out that's new. Walmart has first. But they need more check outs OPEN!! read more

Bought tires here because of the good price and the quick service. However I needed new tires bc mine had some tread wear and one had a nail and a rivet in it. I asked them to dispose of 3 tires and let me keep the best one. She tried to give me back the one with the nail in it and insisted it was better than the ones with low tread. Then when I got in the car the low tire pressure light was on. All the tires were low, the worst one was 10psi low. I went to the gas station near by to air up my new tires myself rather than go back in there to get attitude from that girl again. She has awful customer service. read more
