This review is specifically for Nancy in the Deli. We walked up as Nancy was walking out to go refill a case. When she noticed that we were waiting at the case, she came right back to help us. There were many people standing around the bakery, and no one offered help, nor did they offer to get help for us. Walmart Beaumont is overcharging their customers. I purchased 60 count eggs. Cost me $23.82. I then check the same eggs for Walmart in Indio and Palm Stores. The same eggs cost $7.15. I went into the Beaumont store. The manager was useless. She would only say prices are at market value. I questioned 3 times the amount 20 miles apart. She just said market value and refused to reimburse me the difference. read more

I needed to get a refund on a money order I had purchased from there The cashier working customer service didn't know what to do so she called for the supervisor. Amber took almost 30 minutes to get to me and then told policy said she couldn't do it because I didn't have the paper receipt. I had the money order receipt my ID and the debit card I used. She then told me she couldn't look it up because the money order didn't have a date. I showed where the date clearly was. We went back and forth for another 30 minutes and finally I said fine I will just call corporate tomorrow. Amazing then she could do it! read more

This review is for the Pharmacy and Male Pharmacist in particular. Very poor customer service. Decides to override Surgeons post operative medications on his own. Wouldn't even transfer to another local pharmacy. just insisted I needed to call dr and reduce the pescribed amount because in his opinion it was too strong. Doesn't know my medical history or even the procedure. Terrible service has I see many others have noted from this particular person. read more

Worst customer service! 20 minutes waiting for a case to be opened to get a pill cutter out. Pharmacy says push the button and someone will come. An employee is right next to me and after all that time looks at me and said "I'm going to lunch" and walked away and said ask pharmacy, pharmacy said as the greeter who tells me to go to the fitting room to have someone paged. the security guard stopped and asked my friend if she really needed the electric mobility cart when she sat to use it. she has very bad rheumatoid arthritis and has a very hard time getting around limited mobility. we were shocked. he then proceeded to walk around the store keeping us in eye view. other than that the store is one of the cleaner ones, no one ever comes to open locked products. read more

If I had written this review anywhere from 2 to 4 years ago, it would be probably a one maybe two stars. I went into Walmart this week and was quite impressed how clean it is no screaming children. Everything was up off the floor organized. It actually looked clean. It look like it belongs in a neighborhood of where there are expensive homes not some thing in a ghetto. It looks like they may have change management. They do definitely need to change somebody at the customer service. The girl has air for brains. I was just quite impressed. I figured you know staff in the store. Need to know a job keep it up. Act like you actually care about the people I saw a lot of help being given by workers there kudos to you guys if you're doing it out of the goodness of your heart. I hope it's like this every time I go back. I bought cupcakes for a party and some bakery employee put a dollop of fronting under the cupcakes and then placed them in A FITTED CUPCAKE CONTAINER! There was absolutely no reason for this mess! These cupcakes are not going to slide around because THEY ARE IN A FITTED CUPCAKE CONTAINER!! you can't even get one out of the container without getting frosting EVERYWHERE!! WHAT A MESS! read more

This Walmart is just ghetto. They ALWAYS only have 2 lines open moving snail slow with a line across the store for both. Self checkout moves faster but the line there is usually long also. Trying to get liquor or anything out of lockup...the wait will be forever and a day just to have some slow moving person with keys come open it.oh and they never have bags..let's not forget that. read more

This Walmart is the new (or old) Sears as to when they went out of business. Customer service is nil and to get someone in the store to help you is impossible. When you have a problem with something they sell and to correct it is impossible. The warranty they sell with things like computers and printers is worthless and impossible to collect and repair with. Many things I have bought at WM that were defective or incorrect I've had to complain to my credit card company to correct. Where I live in Banning the local WM is so bad people hate WM but have have to go there unless they drive 30 mile to a Target or a much better store. Check out lines are long and slow but you can do your own check out. This store doesn't deserve one star. read more

Recently moved to the area..had to go late night to pick up last minute items. The was one register opened with a huge line. My husband and I went to the self check out. The lady there, Naomi, was so rude. She tried to send us away to wait in the huge line while there were open self check out registers. Ridiculous, there was only 1 person in line behind us. So my husband and I had to literally separate the cart, so dumb. She was then hoovering over us like we were stealing. Now Alexis, was working really hard. He was trying to help everyone. So sad that if a company is open until 11, be staffed at least enough to cater to customers. So we aren't treated rudely a d asked to wait in a long line while there are OPEN registers. Getting there: This Walmart location is right off the 10 fwy East. Exit right off Highland Springs. Make a right at the first light and then you will make a right into the parking lot. There is plenty of parking and both entrances are now open. Experience: This location is one of the cleaner Walmarts I've been too, and I've been going here for quite a while. I think the employees do a great job at keeping each section clean, and clutter-less. Sometimes there are people outside asking for petitions to be signed or selling something but for the most part you're able to get in and get out. read more

My daughter her husband and their two children visited Walmart today. The cashier was very prejudice toward them while wearing her mask off her nose! Her name was Tammie at register 10 at 4:08 pm today. She needs to take a class on not pre-judging people by the color of their skin. Yes, my family is mix; why is it any of her concern if their children were theirs as she asked with an attitude! One of their items happen to be an Alcoholic beverage and she had a n attitude about that! Yes it's true.. The cashiers are slow! They chit chat amongst each other or with other customers so that's what makes it long. I hate that they have a ton of lines open for 20 or less items and only like 1 or 2 lines open for more than that. It's a super Walmart! How do they expect most people to walk into a super Walmart and get less than 20 items? Its actually a nice Walmart I think though. Inside they have a subway, a Wetzel's Pretzels, a hair salon, and a nail salon. I find that a bit odd. But it's big enough to accommodate it all and it's all well kept. I like it all (except for the stupid long line situation). I had a recent incident occur here that I want ALL to be aware of. I swiped my card and the ATM/credit machine wasn't taking my card. The cashier said it had been having issues all day. So she swiped it... It didn't work still. So I swiped it again, then back and forth between her and I again and again we each tried to get the card to go through. Then about the 7th try it went through. The following day I checked my bank account and I showed that each swipe went through!!! All 7 swipes were charged to my account! What a nightmare it was. Be very careful of how many times they swipe your card. read more

I needed something from a case so I pushed the Redbox button. Was waiting maybe 10-15 mins. I had to go down to the end of the store past the animal food to find someone to help me because the beauty and care person wasn't in sight. On the way back from finding someone at the end of store I find the health and beauty person. And she said she will be right with me and to "push" the red button and I replied to her saying I did. Horrible customer service by her. She could of stopped stalking the shelf and came to help a paying customer and then go back to doing her job. I arrived here to do a return and the people at customer service Amanda (Front End "Manager") , Elizabeth and another lady were just there talking for more then five minutes they continued to talk while I stood there in line and they stared at me several times and continued to make me wait! When I was finally able to do my return. They refused to give me a receipt for my returns listed. This is the only Walmart location they've ever done that at! This is the only location that says the have NO RETURN ITEMS RECEIPTS of their customers.
