I went in on a Saturday around 8:30 for milk, eggs, cereal, trash bags, and cat litter, which is a very glamorous list if you think about it too hard. The self heckout line was about six or seven people deep as usual but it moved faster than it looked at least this time, not always like that. The store was generally clean, just busy and a little chaotic in that very normal Walmart way. Often shop around at this Walmart location when need to. The store usually has discounts and sales going on for seasonal decors and items, so nice to see what new things might be available. Normally find eccentric things for the Holidays or old inventory much more discounted than the regular retail prices. Like to go to this store at odd hours to try and avoid the rush. Discrimination by the BULLIES EMPLOYEES at Auburn, WA Walmart in the Outlet Collection Way. I was in a isle looking for an item I needed to buy. A male in a Walmart wheel chair ( I saw him later outside walking around his truck loading heavy boxes into his truck, not needing that wheelchair)... wheeled in the Isle and parked right by me blocking the shelf. I waited to see if he was going to keep moving, but he didn't. He just parked there watching his wife shopping in the Isle across, and who was being helped by the WM employee Daniel. I couldn't easily approach the shelf with him blocking it and just sitting there watching his wife across the isle, I asked him nicely if he could move a little, so I would be able to get closer and to look at the items on the shelf. He refused to move, saying: "No, I am waiting for my wife here.." .... His wife heard us, and asked him to move, to come into her isle and help her. She kept asking him, though he refused to do so, and would not move. Then this man yelled to me :" YOU GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM!" I am originally from Europe and speak with an accent, and AFTER THIS VERBAL ATTACK ON ME, I replied to this bully customer that he himself should go back to where he came from. The employee Daniel, who was helping this duo, heard my reply to the bully customer telling me to go back where I came from, so instead of the man who verbally attacked me, he came to me to tell me to leave the store!... Well, fist of all, this Daniel did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to de- escalate the situation, yet he felt very brave to approach me telling me to leave the store, instead of telling this to person who started this ugly incident! I was shocked: I didn't start this ugly incident! The bully Daniel went after me, because I was an EASY TARGET: a female, by herself, speaking with an accent... Then this Daniel called 4- 5 other males to " show me, how tough they were"! Soon the bully Daniel was joined by a few other bullies: someone named Stephen, the police guy who was already in the store, and also 2-3 other security individuals! Stephen who showed up only after Daniel called him, was adamant that " nobody heard that male telling me "GO BACK TO WHERE YOU CAME FROM", even though Stephen didn't ask anyone! I suggested the obvious: " Watch the recording of the camera!" However, Stephen refused, billishly retorting that " Nobody will be checking the recording!"....... To make this story short, Stephen told me to leave and NOT return to Walmart ! Now, on Walmart's website there is a Code of Conduct posted, which reads: "WE ARE HONEST, FAIR, AND OBJECTIVE".... However, in reality, what I had experienced at this Walmart was the complete opposite of "honest, fair and objective"! This is a clear case of DISCRIMINATION. I have never in my life had to deal with such HOSTILITY and HATE, when, first, I was verbally attacked by a customer, then on top, also discriminated by the store bullies -employees! I had one other incident a while ago, when I was told to " go back to where you came from" by a customer at a Post office, and the manager of that post office told that hater to leave the store! Now, that was OBJECTIVE and FAIR ! SHAME on the Walmart employees at Auburn for their HATE and DISCRIMINATION based on the place of origin!! I had been a Walmart+ member for years. Up until this month (January 2025) I have had minor problems with them, but was able to talk with a person and get it resolved. The last 2 times I placed a delivery order (I'm disabled and can't get to a store) they cancelled the entire order. Meaning I get no food. Today my daughter placed the same order with the same cards, to the same address, and her's did not get cancelled. When I tried talking to someone their AI would not let me, insisting that they could better help me. The problem was, it couldn't, and still wouldn't let me talk to a person. read more

i've been frequenting Walmarts all over the Seattle outskirts to look at summer clearance and I've been noticing that none of the locations have scan machines anymore and then when you bring things to the register it's never the price that they say on the tag. Walmart should do better to be certain the prices are reflecting what they really are. If we don't take a photo or get approved by somebody then we don't get the price that it is on clearance! I come home each time and find that i've paid more for several items than I should have!! Walmart do better, you're a huge cooperation. read more

The self check out line is very long and the checks out lane with a cashier was long too. They don't have many lanes open. The gas pump line was long too, but was cheap. RACIST GREETER. I went to The Walmart at the outlet collection on the evening of April 26th 2021 around 6:50 PM My toddler had gotten ahold of my mask and it was messed up- he often rips things and things also smell weird. I adore my toddler - just exploring and learning So though I felt bad I asked the greeter for a mask. His responses shocked me "That will be fifty Dolla" (in a cliche mocking asian accent) I was taken aback and processed it for a minute, wanting to be kind, wondering if he had a lisp or an accent. So I shook it off and smiled and took the mask he was handing to me BUT as I walked away he raised his voice and with my back turned to him He said "HOW DARE YOU BRING THAT HORRIBLE MASK IN HERE" I was shocked. I continued to walk away- I do my best to take a moment not to react but to process and collect my thoughts. Once i finished getting what I had come to the store for, I proceeded through self-checkout. I decided to speak to him, he was still standing by the door. I expressed to him how his behavior was uncalled for, and he started to smirk and point to his mask trying to explain that it was simply because it was hard for him to speak clearly. I then asked him if his mask made him have an accent or lisp because what he said certainly wasn't the result of a mask muffling his voice. He had said "How dare you bring that horrible mask into the store in a perfectly normal sounding unmuffled voice . You could see he was grasping at straws and trying to back-peddle. He then changed his story entirely and said he picks up on accents. Ask anyone who knows me I do not speak with an accent and so i said that to him. And then he started to say that when he saw a person of color he tends to infer they have an accent or something along those lines. and I said - thats racist! and he said "it was a joke, it was just my mind- it wasn't really me speaking- it was unintentional" those were basically his exact words. to which i asked- so you're saying you're possessed? he said no- and continued to say it was a "JOKE" i then told him my husband had already proceeded to report him to walmart corporate. and in then i said that he was a horrible example of a walmart associate and horrible example of an employee of the store. I am appalled at such behavior. I didn't get his name because i was already shaky and having an anxiety because of what he said earlier. this is what he looks like though- longer shoulder-ish length brown hair, scraggly beard, had a dark blue mask on, black/ dark frame glasses, and slightly on the pudgier side.. This review is about their delivery service. We order groceries from the Auburn Walmart nearly every week. We are elderly and it's difficult for us to carry groceries down the stairs. Twice now, they have delivered our groceries to the apartment at the top of the stairs. The first time our neighbor (not recognizing one of our last names) took the groceries in and called Walmart. They said she could keep the groceries. I recognized their door from the delivery picture and got them back. After that I wrote detailed delivery instructions, saying the needed to be delivered down the stairs and in front of our unique doormat. It happened again last week. Our order was particularly heavy, and I had to bring it down the stairs. Now my back hurts so bad I can barely walk and I'll need medical attention. read more

Their grocery pickup is a joke. If you want to sit in a parking lot and be ignored for an hour and not receive your groceries this is the place for you. We thought grocery delivery might be better. Our order is currently 4 days late and we can't get ahold of the store to ask what's going on. The Walmart customer service can't even get ahold of the store, so they've just been guessing that our groceries should be here soon. We even tried canceling our order... but this was unsuccessful too, since, you guessed it, no one can get ahold of the store. We haven't gotten our money back and our order is still stuck on "preparing". The "manager" at the eye center Valentina is extensively rude. I told her exactly what insurance I have and that I wanted a routine exam that was covered under my insurance. They billed me for more than that, fought me over it, claiming they adequately explained they were going to do charged services in the exam (that was never explained- I would have refused those services), refused to give me my prescriptions due to the bill and my lack of desire to pay something I never agreed to, and then she refused to verify the prescription written down that contradicted the doctors communication with me. My experience with her took an extra 45 minutes after I had seen the doctor. Her clear international style of screw the customer this is my country was definitely apparent by her behavior! The only reason this isn't a 1 star (they really should give a 0 star option) is because I demanded to speak with a manager and the Assistant Store Manager was an absolute gem. She verified I receive the correct prescriptions in full, not pay for something I didn't agree to, and got things figured out so I could finally leave! She's a 5 star so I averaged them. read more

Walmart has gotten the last money they will from me. I went to do some grocery shopping and loaded up $250.00 worth of goods. Unbeknownst to me, Walmart no longer offers plastic, paper or any other bags but the cloth ones they sell. Period. I could either leave without the groceries, or buy the bags they have. I agreed to buy the bags...... Only to then find out....they also no longer bag your groceries for you At All. So Walmart has bravely ventured in to the final retail frontier.... They are always unhelpful and have the worst attitude. I waited for more than a half an hour the other day for someone to come assist me with opening a cabinet to get a coffee machine out. I had to ask THREE times for someone to be called. And I'm positive the first time I asked they didn't even call anyone because the first girl looked at me like I was an idiot when I told her I needed help. She must've been a teenager and was standing around laughing and messing around the whole time while she saw me waiting. I am review simply on the grocery pick up. I did not go into the store. This is not a Walmart store review. I love the simplicity of ordering groceries from the comfort of my couch at home. I usually order from Safeway, they deliver to your house. WalMart clearly marks where to go for your pick up. Follow the orange signs. Once you park in one of the spots reserved for pick up there is a phone number to call. So don't forget your cell phone. I called the number a friendly worker answered the phone and I was told my stuff would be right out. Two employees came out with our groceries. Doris and Audrey loaded our groceries into the car with smiles and pleasant small talk. I asked their names to include them in this review as they were helpful and kind. Here is were WalMart is set apart from Safeway, they give you the option right there to keep the substituted items. With Safeway you are stuck with items they substituted. I love that option! I do love the ease of delivery from Safeway but Walmart is cheaper and has a better assortment of yogurt. We LOVE our yogurt! All in all it was easy and I will definitely use this as a shopping option in the future. I would also recommend it to friends. I just need to figure out how to use coupons. read more

After waiting thirty minutes they came outside to say it would be another two hours or I could cancel my order.... just don't tell me it's ready if it's not. Seriously, this Walmart officially pissed me off. I needed to purchase a few items late at night so I drove out of my way to one of the few "Supercenters" that claims to be open 24 hours. Before I drove there, I checked online to make sure the items I wanted were in stock at that specific location. They were, and the app even showed me which lanes the items were located in. However, when I got to the store, after a 25 minute drive, I discovered that the store isn't actually open 24 hours, not entirely. The doors are open, but certain sections of the store are blocked off. Like the ENTIRE cosmetics/skincare section and the electronics section. And the nicotine gum, which is usually kept at the registers, was moved to the pharmacy and locked up, and NOBODY in the store had a key. Therefore, the items I drove all the way out there to purchase were not available to me. Walmart, this is absolutely ridiculous. Do not advertise that you are open 24 hours unless you make it clear that only certain departments are open. Some of us work during the day and are forced to do our shopping at night. You inconvenience everyone when you aren't honest about your business. I will never shop at any of your stores again. read more

This is a decent walmart. It's a clean and well organized store; which sometimes isn't the case for Walmart. The employees are friendly and helpful and they have a good selection of groceries and items available. The parking lot is large and has spaces available. Shopping carts are easy to grab and registers always have staff members available to check out. read more

I try to never go in here because I know the service is so poor. I resorted to an online grocery delivery, because I figure that at least would be a safe bet, and they never showed. I called them to figure out what was going on and they never answered the phone. Called customer service and they couldn't get ahold of the store either. I needed to return a faulty PS4 controller. The store closes at 10pm but customer service closes at 8pm because it would make too much sense to close it at 10pm with the rest of the store lol. Saturday november 9th at 130 am I went in with my girlfriend to buy cigarettes. I grabbed a soda and went to the self checkout. There were 3 employees standing around just talking. They told us we would have to go to check out stand 7 to buy cigarettes. We bought the soda and walked over to stand 7. We stood there for 10 minutes while they continued to talk. Finally we grabbed the cigarettes ourselves and took them back to the self checkout. The heavyset lady with glasses then started yelling at my girlfriend for getting the cigarettes ourselves. Then she called my girlfriend a b*tch when we said we would just go somewhere else after she made it clear she would not ring us up for what we were trying to pay for. I'm not sure if everyone knows your shit gets here by truck even Walmart has private contractors that get there shit there so there drivers can deliver to Walmart.
