Went into this pharmacy to pick up mucinex d cause I have an awful cold. It says 24.99 on the wall for the 24 count. They ring it up it is 42$.... Over double what the Internet cost says. I tell them they must have charge me for the wrong one the most expensive one was 47$. I can't imagine what that one would ring of for 80$? Apparently prices are set per store. If you need lifesaving medicine, do not have it filled here. I called to have my prescription moved to a different pharmacy because a mistake was made as to where to pick it up. After waiting on hold for 25 minutes, I was informed that I would need to call back in 3 days to have it transferred. I asked to speak to the manager as the women I spoke with was rude and seems like she couldn't be bothered to take care of my request and was placed on hold for another 20 minutes. They took the phone off the ringer and placed it on the counter. I could hear them all giggling about the whole thing. After waiting another 10 minutes the call just ended. I would give negative stars if I could. These people are responsible for the health of their customers and it is a shame that they have zero regard for their patrons... This is THE WORST Walgreens I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Every time I go there something is always wrong. It either takes too long to get through the line, they give you a hard time when they get things wrong, they act as if they don't care, and they give don't know how to communicate with other Walgreens. My last visit there had to be the worst! For some context my partner and I went to Ocean Shores for Valentine's Day. My partner forgot his meds so he called this Walgreens and they told him to reach out to the nearest Walgreens and have them give him emergency meds. He asked what was the nearest to Ocean Shores and they gave us Longview???? We started on our way before we realized how far out of the Longview was. My partner reached out to the nearest Walgreens and asked to fill the prescription and they were able to do that. They gave us only a week's worth of meds, which was enough. Fast forward to a week ago. We go to this Walgreens to fill his prescription and they tell us that we can't get it because it would be too early. They said that we took the prescription on 2/13/24 and cannot get it again until 3/16/24. We're like we only got a week's worth of meds that day and that would not cover until the next prescription. They acted as if they do not care and kept saying the same thing. We ended up not getting the meds and my partner had to wait to get his meds. We were finally able to pick it up today. Thankfully, it is not a med that is needed for life support. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUSLY UNCARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!! read more

so we made an appointment to get our COVID vaccines here as there were a lot of open time slots (for a reason, evidently). we showed up 15 min before our appointments, the pharmacist said he'll get to us in a bit as he was helping another customer. after a few minutes he asked what he could do, and we told him about our appointments and he immediately said " no vaccines today, i don't have techs and it's just not going to happen". It's very unprofessional to have us come in for an appointment and not be able to provide this service. I understand it's not the fault of the pharmacist himself necessarily, so I hope whoever is managing this location realizes there's a staffing issue and does something about it. I also want to point out this location looks very rundown, the floors look like they haven't been cleaned since the 80's, the lighting is drab, i've been to nicer, more modern looking Walgreens so this fell very short of my usual standards. I wouldn't have wanted to get a shot from the looks of this place anyway, I doubt the refrigerator keeping the vaccines is even storing them at the proper temperature. Just a pretty typical Walgreens. I decided to start coming here at night because the Fred Meyer in the area is just way too sketchy for me to be going to alone. At least Walgreens has a very nice, well-lit parking lot. Any time I've ever needed to grab something last minute, Walgreens has had it. They stay closed for long periods of time. I just wanted to pick up my photos that I had ordered an hour before at 5:30. I arrived at 6:30. They had a sign up on the door that says be back in 30 minutes. I called three times..they kept saying "10 min..15 min..20 more minutes." I would give them a zero if I could. I waited 2 weeks for a prescription for insulin. their website kept saying pending pharmacist review. the other day it disappeared from their website. I went in to take of something else after my PCP reordered my meds. I was trying to talk to the pharmacist as she said she knew what happened and then suddenly she walks back to her area and takes a call and nothing... no one contacted ever about the delay following day went back and a different pharmacist but this time they simply wont listen to me. This location is the WORST!!! I had a prescription to be filled here and 45 minutes after they already had it, told me they are short staffed so it's gonna be an hour. I called the automated system and they said it's still not filled. So I called after waiting 2 and a half hours to find out it's still not done but the pharmacists just has to check off on it and that I could come pick it up. Got down there to find out they don't except my insurance!! Who the fuck is in charge of this place? Crystal needs to go take a math class, she really tried accusing me of taking $20 after I told her that her cashier who assisted me gave me the change. If the cashier gave me the wrong change that's not my fault. At least I tried to correct it and crystal still tried to say I was not giving her the 20 back when she had the change in her hand, do the math crystal! It's still so terrible. Sat at the drive-thru window and waited for 11 minutes before anyone came to help me. Apparently there was only one pharmacy tech working, and she was alternating between the drive-thru and the counter. This means the guy she was helping inside also waited for ten minutes for her to resolve whatever issue he was dealing with. Worst pharmacy ever. First they couldn't find one of the three prescriptions my doctor sent to their pharmacy electronically. Then the pharmacist, who I could barely understand, started asking me if the doctor told me how to use the Nuvaring, that I have been using for years. I tried to explain this to her and she started arguing with me about how I was using it. Needless to say I called my doctors office and had them transfer my prescriptions to another location. Will never go back and everything people have said here about this pharmacy is accurate. I needed an emergency refill on my meds. I had my Doctor call it in to this Walgreens location. I arrived at 5:35pm on Sunday 7-19-15. The pharmacist and his assistant were going to charge me for the refill, saying that the insurance company denied the coverage. We then called our Insurance company and they gave me the override phone number. I came back in, with it, at 5:55pm. The Pharmacist really didn't want to make the call because it was too close to his closing time. This is a young Asian man that has no compassion or care to complete his job. I will never go into this Walgreens again. I've had good service at other Walgreens. read more

At the Photo area it was chaotic! There's two machines but 1 only worked and then the other broke down. So I had no service until the supervisor Eric came to help. His customer service was exceptional! Friendly,helped me out and with the lovely Walgreens app I got to print out my picture asap! There's something wrong with this location, something that isn't wrong with the location a few miles up the road. This location simply cannot fill prescriptions in anything even remotely resembling a timely fashion. My wife has her prescriptions filled here. They're set up on auto-renew, and have been for several years, but each time she gets the notification to her smart phone that the prescription has been refilled, when she gets to the pharmacy she's told that the prescription hasn't actually been refilled - and that the staff doesn't know why. Today she submitted her blood pressure medication for renewal at 8:30am, but when she got to the pharmacy to pick it up at 6pm, after waiting in line for 30 minutes because only one person was working the registers in the pharmacy (for both walk-up and drive-thru), she was told that it hadn't been refilled. When asked why, all the staff could tell her was the "don't know," but to try back a couple hours later. This happens with her anti-depressants, her blood pressure medication, her sleeping medication, her birth control, and any other medications she happens to have to call in (antibiotics, pain killers, etc.). Even when her doctor faxes prescriptions to them directly, they either lose the prescription or it takes them 3 days or more to fill them. They've done such a bad job of filling prescriptions that they've taken down the "call us with feedback" sign and phone number for the corporate office. Meanwhile, I use the Walgreens up the road, and I've yet to have a problem with them filling or refilling prescriptions. read more

On Valentine's Day, I dropped off a Rx at 12:30 p.m. Came to pick it up at 9:30 p.m. and you guessed it - NOT READY. And when they finally did find my script, they were rude as rude could be about it. Overall, the store is dirty and unkempt. I have no idea how this place stays in business, but I will not give them my money ever again. The staff here is not very customer oriented. Stopped by here last night to pick something up. Two cashier lines open. One cashier was stuck with a couple that kept running back to the aisle for more stuff. The other cashier rang my friend up who used a coupon. Then instead of ringing me up, she proceeded to cut the coupon down to size...SLOWLY. My lilttle boy could have probably done it faster! After she cut all the edges off nicely, she put her scissors and coupon away and looked up with a surprised look to help me and the line that had formed behind me. Geez. read more
