Walmart should be ashamed. Prices on the shelves do not match the prices when scanning the item in the store. Several dollars difference on at least 6 of my 20 items. Managers try and make every excuse except we are wrong. Prices should be the same. I'm looking for a lawyer to start a class action lawsuit. My shop experience at this Walmart was superb. I drove from Douglasville, Georgia to pick up an item my granddaughter had paid for the previous night with the help of Ashley. When I arrived met Ashley who so graciously help me with another purchase. I was handicap due to a cast and had to use ha ducal cart. The young man and young girl helped me with loading my purchase. There attitude was the best when all of it didn't fit. Another Ashley, Lisa (Manager) and Allison was so professional when dealing with a difficult customer. The worker in self-check, the greeters at the door were pleasant. This Walmart is the best. I visit diff Walmart's never have I given a compliment. This was is the store of the year. read more

This is one of the better Walmarts I have been to in my life. Face masks are required, and all employees wear masks. Social distancing is enforced, along with limited capacity and one-way aisles. I was able to find everything I needed here, and had no problems. read more

​This place robbed me! I ordered almost $200 in groceries to be delivered, and it was never delivered. A delivery driver by the name of, Ranesia, said she delivered, but didn't. She left a picture of a black square, instead of my groceries on my porch. Customer service said it will be 10 days before I get my money back. I have no more money for groceries. I went to the store and the manager over the delivery service said she couldn't do anything about it. I will never trust this store again. I will be cancelling my Walmart plus account. This Walmart is a supercenter, basically meaning it's massive. You can get your peepers checked, your locks trimmed, and your car tweaked, in addition to picking up groceries and other household stuff. Their gas station in front also has cheap gas. It's fine here. Pretty tidy, employees who seem to sorta be with it. Open 24 hours, except for the occasional major holiday. read more

I went to this Walmart today and I was extremely disappointed. I went into the store at 10:45pm, I need to just grab shampoo and conditioner and go. I was in the self checkout line because nothing else was open (that is understandable) by the time I was next it was 11:01 and the "Team lead Lisa" and 3 other employees told me they registers were shut down. The registers were all clearly working but they said sense its past 11pm they could not let me check out. But they let the employee behind me check out with her items. So, I had to give the rude employees my items. I am the customer in this situation. I don't appreciate the lying and saying the registers were "closed". The woman told me to come back at 6am with a laugh. It was very unfair and I just had two quick items. Never returning here. read more

Harassed by a customer sitting in car outside of walmat, which afterwards she continued to follow me in the store telling me she had family's in the store and she was calling them. While she was on the phone I proceeded to the service desk for assistance, as I'm am handicap and disabled. Customer service advised me, they could not help me in the store, if I felt threatened I should call 911. I did call 911, and advised them I was not coming out until I saw them. I was hiding near the machines by the buggy. The girl, which by then, accompanied by her family that was in walmart was talking to the police officer. I saw him, and went directly towards him, at the same time I was approached by the husband of the girl who started all this nonsense. He said he was a police officer, which, did not matter to me, he had no credentials at all, but seemed to impress the Auburn police officer. I felt very discriminated against. Ask to be left alone. Worst delivery I've ever experienced. My driver reported that my first package was "delivered", however, it just wasn't. She even posted the delivery picture and my items were inside her car. I then called customer service where they told me she has 48 hours to try to return my package to me before they would report her. My second package was "delivered" the next day. However, same occurrence where it wasn't on my porch or mailbox but to my surprise my order was sitting on the ground in my mailroom (specifically next to the trash can). I then called customer service for the second time and told them about my issue and my still missing package now that it had been 48 hours since my purchase. They instead just refunded me for my first purchase and told me I would just have to reorder it. Unfortunately, not only would that mean I had to repay for shipping but at that point apparently it didn't matter because the item was already sold out.
