I used Wright's because of their delivery service and good things others had said about them. I tried to order produce three times and had to throw everything out within 2-3 days due to its being old--leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, celery (threw that out the next day!). I found them to be expensive as compared to the chain supermarkets, delivery charge is almost $10, and they made mistakes on my order. The people I dealt with were generally friendly and nice, but I wouldn't use them again for delivery. Maybe if you shop in the store, it's a better experience!

At the checkout, when I told her that I didn't need a plastic bag because I was carrying one, she yelled at me, saying, "You have to have the bag if you wanna walk out of my store with this order", and then even cancelled my order for no reason. I was shocked because there was absolutely no justification for her behavior. It felt hateful and highly likely to be discriminatory, as I am an international student. This treatment is completely unacceptable and unethical. I hope the store takes this seriously so others don't have to go through the same experience.

We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.

Anyway, this was nothing special but had much more options than the first store I went to. The guy at the other store actually told me to try cvs. (I needed a knee brace because I left mine at home). They have the important pull back toy car section that is also a standard in a CVS. not that I need that, but it brings back memories of when my boy was a toddler. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Store wasn't that clean, but you just need to get your stuff and go.
