I used Wright's because of their delivery service and good things others had said about them. I tried to order produce three times and had to throw everything out within 2-3 days due to its being old--leaf lettuce, cherry tomatoes, celery (threw that out the next day!). I found them to be expensive as compared to the chain supermarkets, delivery charge is almost $10, and they made mistakes on my order. The people I dealt with were generally friendly and nice, but I wouldn't use them again for delivery. Maybe if you shop in the store, it's a better experience!

Small though it is, they have Columbus' best selection of gluten free, dairy free items, and a decent selection of organics. I do wish the produce section had a little more variety, but that seems to be a regional thing, as I notice that all produce sections here in the south have a smaller variety than what I am accustomed to. My only complaint is that they recently stopped carrying Revive kombucha, replacing it with Kevita. This makes me sad, as The Fresh Market was the only place within 100 miles that I could get mocha java coffee kombucha!

I used to be an "extreme couponer" and out of all the grocery stores that I shopped at, Publix has the best prices and deals. This particular Publix is about 18-20 minutes away from my apartment. There's another Publix in town, but I rarely go to that one. This Publix is closer to my church and it's on the main highway (University). I live right across from the Wal-Mart on College St. So you can see that I do care where I buy my groceries from. I tend to shop here on Sundays, right after church, since it's much more convenient for me. It's prefect timing because I would take my roommate and her friends to mass with me and we would buy groceries afterward. We always start off at the produce section and would often catch the free sample meals that the Publix chef would cook. We absolutely enjoy the delicious offerings, which brightens our day a bit more. The only thing I would complain about is the feeling of being profiled. Some of the customer service employees would smile and greet me, but occasionally there are some that would welcome me, then give me glares. It's probably because I used to coupon more back then compare to now, but it still makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. Most Publix employees are very friendly and approachable, there are just a few that I don't feel the same way about. Altogether, shopping at Publix is a pleasure!

I've been using Publix a lot lately, and was in town for his OCS graduation at Fort Moore. I picked a Publix closest to my Airbnb which happened to be this location. On the date/time of our pick up after phoning an order in the previous week, no cookie cake order was ready in my name. I was disappointed but luckily the gentleman working at the bakery very quickly remedied the situation and made one up for me immediately. He then discounted it a few dollars which was kind of him. This won't be my sons home Publix but in a pinch it is nearby and I am very grateful for the exceptional same day service the bakery staff member provided to me. The cake was for the next afternoon and when we served it, it was delish as per the usual with Publix cookie cakes.
