This is exactly what I've been looking for!! This market has everything you could possibly need and so many different options. I went solely looking for kewpie Mayo but they were out so I asked the lady at the check out counter, May, when they would get more in. She said a week or so. I finished checking out with the items I had and when I was sitting in my car, May came running out to tell me they did have the kewpie Mayo in larger bottles! I thought this was so awesome, she really went above and beyond. I'm so impressed. read more

Awesome place with tons of products and different foods. Everyone was really nice and helpful inside, and the cashier was also very amicable! The ambiance is pretty basic, I mean, it's basically a big grocery store for Asian products. I especially loved the immense seafood, meat, and poultry selections. Not busy at all this late morning/early afternoon. We typically frequent the Columbus, GA location as that is the closest to us but in regards to food and products this location does seem to offer much more or at least more in variety. The establishment seems fairly clean and most of the dry stock/non-perishables are more accessible. Not all of it can be affordable in my opinion but it's nice to know that there are options. It's fun to shop here because so many fun foods, teas and assorted seasonings are offered for sale! All areas of the store are kept clean, well organized, neat. The staff are helpful and friendly, too! read more

The name could be more creative, but it gets the point across. Way bigger than its former space a few doors down, the new Asian Supermarket features foods from all over Asia and there are even Latin offerings as well. The freezer contains a zillion varieties of frozen dumplings, and if you like bananas, you're in luck since I counted around five different varieties. Some of the produce is a little wrinkly so just keep your eyes peeled. I always have fun poking around the tea and candy sections, wondering if I'll ever be adventurous enough to try the artichoke tea. There's now a restaurant inside the store so you can get a meal and then shop before heading home. Or place an order, shop, and then bring home some something. As far as I know, this is basically the only Asian market in the Auburn-Opelika area so I'm impressed that it's grown so much and is super successful. Love it here! So many Asian foods, supplies etc. Most of the cashiers are nice, the first time I came me and the lady were talking the whole time, the second me and the other lady was dancing to blackpink! Only thing bad I can say is the smell, which you eventually get used to, and also it's not that strong. But it's probably just the foods combined with everything else It's also kind of weird to me how they have a boba shop and right next to them like 3 minutes away is a yummy villa which also serves Bubble tea. Yummy villa was afterwards but I do find it weird If your a foreigner, Lychee boba tastes like Dish soap, not that it's their fault, just to let you know before you go assuming their boba is nasty. Tastes the same at any other boba shop love that they have Asian things, being black and Korean (with Irish and Arabian ) I wanted to get into my own culture. Such a cool store to check out if you're a foodie! I've found everything from hard to find asian products to Indian ingredient and they have a Hispanic sections as well! The live seafood area is interesting and great prices as well. The produce area is really great and has a great variety. Overall great finds and price, but just don't expect above and beyond on customer service. ***The restaurant inside is amazing, best asian food in the area: huge variety, fresh and everything is so delicious! This place is a nice touch for Asian groceries. They have a good amount of frozen meat, fresh Meat, Fresh seafood, frozen Seafood, produce, ramen, beer, import alcohol, Asian chips. I was very surprised to find this great asian supermarket here. They have all the typical asian supermarket finds, with a lean towards Chinese food. This is only important if you're looking for something very specific under the "Asian" umbrella, otherwise it doesn't matter. They have a wide variety of yummy food to shop for. Prices were reasonable, no qualms here. There is a restaurant inside and it's a tasty place to eat. Best to eat there first so you don't shop hungry and over spend. read more

Great selection that had access to multiple different Asian foods. I was able to find good Indian, Thai, and Japanese foods to try. They had a good produce selection with items I couldn't get at regular grocery stores. I really liked the snacks area and found lots of fun things to try, including a make it yourself boba set! read more

Huge selection of Asian snacks and even had an East Asian section with tons of my favorite curry mixes. We live about 45 minutes away and we're coming back with a cooler to try some of their frozen meals and treats. Haven't tried the restaurant yet, but will soon! read more

First time seeing a buffet bar and bubble drink bar inside an Asian Market. It was a little far from where I live, but was the only actual market that size closet to my home. A decent place to shop and definitely had the items I needed for my taste, but not all the essential things I needed to make my Filipino dishes. This is the only place in town and probably in a 30 mile radius that serves dim sum. The menu is small but it has most of the classics. They're all really good, especially the sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf. They also serve hot pot here but I have yet to try it. Solid option for Chinese food. read more

Don't let the "Asian supermarket" deters you from trying the food in this restaurant! They have great food and price is very reasonable! The portion is pretty generous as well. I ordered my favorite beef chow fun noodles (stir fry flat noodles) and I was very happy with it. Hubby ordered white rice, bokchoy with roasted duck . Go give it a try! I love the super authentic restaurant in this market! The food never comes out at the same time, but that's a cultural thing, so It doesn't bother me usually, but It can be a little irksome when soup comes out after dinner. Lunch specials are awesome. Today I had the Mongolian beef (not the lunch special), and It was awesome and enormously portioned. My boyfriend had the king pao chicken, and It could have been spicier but still good. read more

Be careful everybody, check your receipt before you walked out if you buy a lot of stufff. I got charged for a Kimbo shredded pork twice ($14.99 extra). They also charged me $5.99 for Thai Sriracha hot sauce. I thought the price on the shelf was between $3-4. I bought 3 bottles. I lost around $20 total. I did not know that they did it on purpose or not but it was not that easy to miss something of the large size of Kimbo shredded pork. read more

This is a gem in the hidden valley of jewels.....ssssooooooooo goooood my daughter in law found it thru a co-worker....I had chicken egg fu yong with egg drop soup and egg rolls fried rice and my husband had sweet and sour chicken with fried rice 5 star rating for everything but would rate more if there was higher....the supermarket store has everything you could want to make your own Asian meals at home...was surprised by the fact that there is an authentic Asian restaurant in the store...delicious doesn't do it justice....usually go to Mk's Kitchen...while the food is good at Mk's they are a bit salty for these senior citizens. Asian supermarket restaurant food is wonderful without being too salty...the recipes are similar but some differences that are fantastic...prices reasonable for the amount of food you get....TRY IT AND COMPARE....I will be returning there soon read more

Love the supermarket, but after I asked an employee a question he followed me around asking me if I had a boyfriend, a husband, if I lived in the area, what I was cooking..... Very creepy, unwelcome, and not cool. I made it very clear that I was there to shop, not get hit on, and he just didn't stop. Management might remind their employees that harassing customers is not good for business. read more

i mostly shop here for their fresh seafood selection fresh crabs, crawfish, mussels etc, and fish. also have a lot of other meats here to purchase but I've yet to maybe soon. Haven't tried the restaurant but have heard good things about it from others read more

The two stars are generous. This place is good...for Auburn. There are NO other Asian markets around, outside of Montgomery or Atlanta-- which is sad. If you're not visibly Asian, please overstand you will get a subpar level of service and you'll have to literally dodge other customers because they act as if you're invisible so there's no excuse me or anything, just basically move or get hit like in football. read more
