People are so much nicer than most Walmarts, maybe just the small town vibe. Smaller selection but more than enough.

The absolute worst Walmart I've ever stepped foot in. Raw meat tossed in with bell peppers was the first thing I saw when I walked in, well after walking through the parking lot that a million carts were scattered about. Went a week a part and both times they were out of 50% of the cereal or it was in the back not stocked on shelves. Out of all half gallon varieties of milk. We were only there to pick up a couple of things each time, like the cereal that they were out of both times, luckily I didn't have to find out what else they were out of. It was just a disaster, looks to be poorly managed to say the least. Looking forward to going home to my small South Texas store where the employees are pretty friendly, the baskets are collected and the worst offense is sometimes an expired product. read more

I do like this Walmart, there are checkout lines (more than one, thank goodness!) always open. The selection of meat and produce has always been stocked well when I've been. The only reason why I give it 2 stars is because of the employees. I returned something to customer service. The older lady who always has her white/grey hair with bangs in a lower pony tail who works in customer service was talking to her employees when I walked up to the counter. She didn't greet me. I had to be the one to speak. While she returned what I bought, she was still chatting with her employees and laughing instead of paying attention to me. Sloppy customer service. Then there is this one older Hispanic lady, I think she may wear glasses, a little short, heavy set, and has a buzzed hair cut, I can't find her name on my receipt who I refuse to check out in her lane anymore. I have checked out with her twice; both really annoying experiences. The first time was about meat. I didn't even realize the pack of meat I picked up didn't have a sticker on it for her to scan. She got an attitude and asked where the sticker was and accused me of taking it off for a cheaper price!! Wth! She said "well some people do that" ok well that doesn't mean I do!! Then the second time I checked out with her, she wasn't friendly (again) and she asked where my groceries on the runner ended (when no one else had even started putting anything behind me)because I couldn't find a stopper to put down. She was slamming my groceries in the bags, and she PULLED HER PHONE OUT WHILE CHECKING ME OUT; did a few things on it then continued. She rudely asked, "do you have any more produce down there" and wanted me to rearrange my groceries on the runner so she could bag them how she wanted! First off, I have a crying baby with me, it was hot in there because there AC was broke (I overheard a cashier talking about it) and I'm ready to get out of that pit of a Walmart. So her attitude, slow checking me out, checking her phone, and slamming my groceries around AND wanted me to do her job by rearranging the runner for HER? That's HER JOB. She's on the clock; not me. Sloppy employees and tacky. Anyways, there have a been a couple of nice cashiers, but this lady is the worst. read more

Everybody has been to a Walmart. It's not different as far as looks go. It has a subway inside, optical but no DO, a bank and an arcade of sorts. The bottled water is rarely in stock and it always seems to be out of the very item I need. Stay away from the Auto Center, they are thieves, and there are some great auto places in town that deserve your business. read more

The WORST walmart ever!!! They never have ANYTHING in stock and what they do have in stock is expired or have mold. Only 2 lines are ever open and they are slow and don't know what they are doing. The CSS's are very rude and don't know what they are doing either. Workers are constantly walking around, doing nothing but playing around and talking. The managers are never around and have no knowledge of the basics like working a register or price over riding. There is this older, white male that dresses in t shirts, jeans and a cap that goes around recording people with his personal cell phone which is extremely creepy. He works for Walmart but I've witnessed and taken pictures of him recording young girls NOT looking suspicious or doing anything wrong. Be very careful going to this place. Check all dates and make sure nothing is opened and look for mold on everything and keep your children especially girls very close. read more

It's wal mart. What can you say! Definitely not the worst I've been to. Theres not many other options in town, so I go here a lot and the employees I see ofter are friendly to me. They keep the store clean, you can't say that about every wal mart. Only thing I would say is that often, I find expired food on the shelves. I understand, it's a small town so some stuff must sit but they should just check that often. Especially vegetables and meats. Other than that, no problems!!! As long as people are nice and friendly I'm happy. read more
