I received notice from T-Mobile…read morecorporate that I needed to return a router and a cellspot booster so I did not receive a large charge for these items. On the notice from T-Mobile corporate it states that I can ship them back or "Go to a T-Mobile owned or Authorized Dealer Store to return the coverage device." I took the devices to a local T-Mobile owned store located at 1907 W Main St. Artesia NM. At the store I was told by "Francisco" (assistant manager), that they would not take the devices. They flat out refused. I called corporate T-Mobile, and I was told that they cannot force the store to take the devices. I am handicapped and closest UPS store is 40 minutes from my house. If the store refuses to take back the devices then it should not state on the sent paperwork that it was an option. Try to complain to Corporate T-Mobile and they say "Sorry, we can't help you.". I am currently looking into other providers. DO NOT GO INTO THE STORE LOCATED AT 1909 W. MAIN ST. , ARTESIA NM 88210. (575) 616-7525
