I am extremely upset and displeased with my most recent encounter. I had an extremely important event to wear a gown to. I tried it on 3 times before getting it altered and was able to zip it easily each time. After taking it to get altered it was very difficult to zip up past the waist line my husband was able to help me get it up but within the first hour the zipper opened from the bottom up in front of everyone. I had to attend the rest of my nieces quinceañera in jeans and a sweatshirt. Not to mention I paid $107 for alterations because "it was a lot more work than she had originally thought it would be". I emailed requesting at least a partial refund and have yet to hear back from them. read more

This place is AMAZING! It was great to get away from the alien kitsch for a bit and sure enough - this was the place to do so! They not only offer custom clothing service, but they have a good selection of gifts... wine bags, tote bags, yoga mats, toiletries, jewelry, etc... As for yoga, it was a relief to have a place to practice at and I am glad that I made time for this. Go and check out their class schedule... You can even do a 6am class, eat breakfast/shower and tour the city or hit the road! And if you think that you can squeeze in more than 5 classes during your stay, they have an unlimited monthly for $50! Make sure to check out the wine bags - my favourite! This place is perfect. I'm in town, from out of town, and really wanted to practice yoga. Even though they didn't have a class open, they let me have use of their studio. The ladies there were so friendly and accommodating. While there, several other people came in needing tailoring on their clothes. From the looks of it, they were very attentive and gave the best advice based off of their needs. They left me alone for over an hour while I made use of their studio. One of the ladies also checked in on me to make sure I was OK. As far as amenities go, they have yoga blocks, bolsters of all sizes, mats, blankets, and spray bottles. As someone who practices yoga and also happens to do alterations/sewing on the side, this place is like a dream come true! Practicing yoga or needing alterations, I'd definitely come here for those needs in Roswell. read more

I am a pilot and come here in the morning and leave in the afternoon. My pants needed a hem so I came to Kana. The lady that owns the business is one of the nicest and most pleasant people I've ever met. She repaired my pants within minutes. I've never had such great service coming from such a business like this. First off, the owner (I believe) was so nice enough to hem pants needed for the same day and even stayed late to help. She was also very nice and professional. I was also super surprised when after only meeting once she remembered who I was. She was also able to expand the waste size on two pants (saving me about $120 for replacements). This establishment is definitely recommended! read more
