Outstanding Customer Service, and an outstanding pharmacy. This is my fourth time, picking up meds. Each time is 6 stars!

I bought $1000 in tires from the tire department and I spent 4 hours there waiting to get my tires because they didn't put the right stickers with my order number on them. So I had to wait while they hunted the stickers down and made sure the stack of ten semi tires were in fact mine even though MY NAME WAS ON THEM!!! read more

I had a HORRIFIC experience at Walmart Angleton on 9/7/23 that I feel needs to be shared so that others can save themselves a trip and avoid ever being treated like I was by an individual that is supposed to operate as a leader ("manager") for a major corporation. I tried to return an unopened box of baby diapers that I had received as a baby shower gift. The customer service associate told me that I would have to do an even exchange for any other diapers or wipes. This was almost $80 in value and I explained that I wanted to get store credit because I was not in need of diapers today, much less $80 worth of diapers. I was told that I could not receive store credit nor could be given a gift card because I was returning the diapers without a receipt. When I questioned this stated rule, I was told it was their policy. I asked if it was a new policy, because within the last year, I've been able to return diapers at both the Angleton & Walmart and the Lake Jackson Walmart, and both places I was given a gift card for the value of the diapers. I was then able to use that gift card at a later time on diapers or other baby items needed. I was again told that a gift card wasn't an option and that was "per policy". I asked to speak to a manager or someone that could clarify and/or provide me with a better understanding and explanation or this policy. A manager was called over the radio and woman in a blouse and slacks arrived several minutes later. When this woman approached the desk, she was not wearing a Walmart vest, nor was she wearing a Walmart badge. She did not introduce or identify herself to me. The customer service associate explained the situation to the manager, who immediately turned to me and stated "yes ma'am, that is our policy." I asked about the policy and she told me I would have to get another box of Huggies diapers, since that's what I was returning. She said for "baby items" it had to be the same item and same brand, but that I could change the size selected. I told her that's not what the associate told me, that she had told me that I was at least able to get any other brand of diapers or wipes. The manager & associate spoke back and forth, clearly not having the same understanding or practice she upholding or enforcing this "policy". I pointed out that they were stating different rules but referring to the same policy. The manager told me she would allow me to exchange for any brand of diapers or wipes today, but insisted again that this was not the policy. I asked if I could see this policy or if it was available online. I was told by the manager that I could "try and look it up". When I asked if she could and she said "no and if you don't like it, then you can go somewhere else." I was completely taken completely aback at her attitude, abruptness and the horrible customer service. I cannot believe that she is in a managerial role, leading people or representing Walmart's values or leadership. I asked again about the policy because they were not being consistent when referencing this alleged policy stating different things and she clearly was agitated by me asking or questioning her. I asked for her name (since she wasn't wearing any form of identification) and she told me "Jennifer" and then said "and now you can leave". I was so shocked at how I was treated, by simply questioning a policy that was being referenced to me. I asked for another manager and was denied and told she was the only one there at that time. She didn't try to offer any further explanation or resolve for me as a customer. After being told several times to leave the store and being denied any further information or an alternative manager to help deescalate the situation. I felt like I had no other option than to forgo my shopping and leave. Prior to leaving I asked for the phone number in which to file a complaint. I was told "you can call 1-800 Walmart and now you can get out of my store." The return policy that is posted on walmart.com, says nothing about baby items having a different return policy and does indicate that a gift card could've and should've been an option for me to choose when returning this item. Clearly this manager needs further training on customer service and professionalism, as well as additional education on the policies that she is responsible for enforcing. read more

I think her name tag said Alisha. I typed in my order, but it did not show it to have arrived. The lady working there (Alisa) asked me the order number. I was going to leave saying that it must not have arrived, but she looked up the order on her phone. It did not arrive, but she told me to call first so I would not have to waste my time. She was as friendly and helpful as can be, The previous time, two ladies were there at the pickup and they were also as pleasant as can be. read more

Terrible customer service. On 2-24-17 I stopped by the tire center after calling to ensure they had the tires I wanted. When I got there I was completely ignored by the employees outside in the tire center so I went inside for help. The employee Jesus was very condescending, he acted like I was not helped because I parked in the wrong place and didn't know what I was doing, I was the only customer in the tire lane and was parked 15 foot from the building, two employees helping a woman with her oil decision both made eye contact with me but walked back into the shop without offering me service. I decided that I no longer wanted to give them my business and Jesus argued with me and then initially refused to open the door so I could exit through the tire center. At the time my current tires and oil change had been purchased at that walmart, as well as my last set of tires and all oil changes over the past few years. Due to their complete lack of customer service and argumentative employees I will no longer make any purchases at their auto center. Then today, 2-25-17 two employees ganged up on my wife and harassed her saying that my 18 year old daughter was too close to basket my wife was pushing because it contained alcohol. At no time did any employee see my daughter even touch the basket or the alcohol itself but the harrasment continued untill my wife left the store. read more
