Clean, big and very accessible for drivers and travelers passing through. We decided to stop to see what the hype was all about and we were not disappointed. This business has many of their own name brand items. What really got us is the cute little squirrel mascot as he was the center of many mugs, T-shirts and other memorabilia. The truckstop has basically everything you need for a road trip as I'm sure that's very common in the open roads of Texas. Would definitely return. read more

Buc-ee's are a great convenient store to stop at for a break, a snack, a drink, or gas. This is one of the small Buc-ee's, but they still offer some great stuff. Of course, the huge Buc-ee's are the best ones to visit, but what the heck, a little Buc-ee's is better than no Buc-ee's at all !!! read more

Smallest Buc-ees ever. Is this even a legal size for a Buc-ees? I mean it's cute but so small! But it's big where it counts....clean bathrooms and great customer service! Although there's like 1 stall but it's definitely clean! It's convenient for me to stop on my way to work as it's easy in, easy out. The sodas are cold I guess it's a good thing to not be tempted by fudge. It really is just like a nice convenience store and not what I think of when I think Buc-ees. But the gas prices are comparable, so it's not a bad place to stop. But dang, where's my 33 bathroom stalls to choose from?! read more

This is probably the smallest Buc-ee's we've ever come across! We stopped by to get some good old cheap gas (well, cheap if you're from Los Angeles) and some cash from the ATM machine for the nearby Wildlife Zoo ($3 extra charge for withdrawing cash). The place was clean, organized and the cashiers were very kind and welcoming. It's about a four-minute drive away from the Bayou Wildlife Zoo and it's your best bet if you're out of cash. RESTROOM Few stalls available. As clean as it gets for a gas station unless you're going to one of the huge Buc-ee's locations where they have sanitizers in each stall! read more

I stopped in this location purely for convenience to get some buccees merch (they have some tumblers, snacks, but not too much). The parking lot was packed and I was lucky to get a spot where I could easily back out. By the time I left, some people were blocked in by trucks parking behind their cars. I understand that wearing masks is an option most places. Y'all do what you want, I'll do what I want. Personally, I'm more comfortable wearing a mask in public. I walked into the store with a normal mask on and the way both the staff and customers GLARED at me like I walked in on something or was causing a scene was SO uncomfortable. No one was social distancing or wearing masks, and the two ladies at the cash register were very rude and would not look me in the eye?? I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt- it was busy, maybe they were having an off day, but idk dudes. If I want to go to buccees, I'll drive to Texas City. If I need ice or gas, I'll go down the street where it's way easier to get in and out of. That corner is too difficult to maneuver around. read more

The worst store to go to if your disabled because the handicapped stall suck. Your powerchair or wheelchair will not fit through the stall door Hinges are less they change them. I have tried the mens my powerchair would not fit with out tearing up powerchair arms and sides and etc basically not usable to disabled or less you can step and hold rolls which against ADA guidelines. Then come out of door they have stored Mexican beer bottles cases stacked close by. And when you turn the chair it hangs on boxes and knocks down cases and busts open and then they say you have to pay for several cases of busted bottles and powerchair smells like a brewery and stinks badly and tracks into van. They called police and police tell them there fault about beer being to close. I emailed corporate office and also called butt tell you to email them and did never got response back from company ever I have written to them and no response and even had attorney send paperwork and no response. I'm filing with Department of Justice and ADA and have pictures and video evidence of everything proof on the day and time it happened. Only reason they are getting one star is you can't do negative stars because they deserve a negative star on customers service issues on restroom read more

For those of you who have ever been to a gas station, you know the routine. You drive in, you get out, you open your fuel tank, you pay inside or at the machine, you pick your fuel, and you fill-er up. For those of you who go to a Buc-ee's, you expect more from the experience though. If I am not mistaken, this location used to be a Shell or something else. Why is this little bit of information important? Because people go to Buc-ee's for their slushies and their bathrooms. I recall even seeing a news report done by ABC's nightly report that called them an "up scale gas station" in Texas. I had to really laugh about this because that was the first time I had ever heard of such a thing. Anyways, back to the topic. Having to use the restroom bad, I walked in and headed to my destination. I was not too pleased at the restroom size, the lack of toilets/urinals, nor the lack of toilet covers. Plus, the toilet top did not seem sanitary (of course your reading this thinking what public toilet is? This is Buc-ee's we're talking about. They have a reputation to live up to). This Buc-ee's was a disappointment. On the other hand, they do better than a large majority of restrooms at gas stations because they did have hand sanitizer and cleaning solution to put on paper to clean the toilet tops. Good to know, but no. Without going into detail, let's just say I took full advantage of the sanitizer. Gas was rather cheap ($2.27), so I at least saved some mula. For those who want the Buc-ee's experience, I say get your gas and go. Bye. read more

Can get in and out of here fast! It's a smaller convenient store location. All the same things as most convenient stores. We usually stop for gas and and bottled drink. Fast check outs, even at busy times. The store is always neat and in order. Store is clean. Restrooms are always clean. Friendly staff. Rarely do I ever see anything that is out of stock. They do carry many of the basic things the other Buc-ee's sell... signature things like their caramel corn (one of those things we like). They are right on the highway with easy on / off access. read more
