This Walmart has better prices on food, like bananas and peanut butter than Meijer or Kroger. The place is usually messy and needs more staff on the registers outside of Christmastime. The Walmart app makes things easier and quicker to find things in the store, because it tells you exactly what aisle things are in and shows you where it is in relation to where you are in the store, which makes things loads easier to find. Their deli food is acceptable as well. read more

This location is older, is poorly lit, and being a typical Walmart store 98% of the time there are no checkout lanes open other than the self checkout lane which at this location is only at the grocery end. Seriously, why does every Walmart have so many checkout if they never use them. Some of the employees are friendly and others are angry that they are working for a company that treat their employees like garbage. The store is really organized and not always well stocked and it seriously smells like sewer to the point you have to leave the store to escape it. Went to this store out of my town,bc Online said it was "in store". This was $400 item.It's not in the Location. I see a manager look at me then an associate look at me. Trust me,I had that look where I needed help! The manager had to know that. He turned his head and took off as fast as he could. The associate did everything she could and it wasn't even her department. I go to the self check out bc that's all that's open. See the manager and other associates clearly gossiping.Get to parking lot and the manager is leaned up against his car. WOW WALMART! Item may have been in the back. It was 10:45PM. Sat in sporting goods for almost 30 minutes waiting on help. Helped was paged 3 times without anyone coming.

It's a crap shoot going in this particular Walmart -- especially when it comes to getting through the checkout line. Sometimes, you can get through the checkout line fairly quickly, but then there are times when it takes you easily 20 to 30 minutes just to get to the cashier and get rang up, because of all the people deciding to check out at the exact same time with only two cashiers working at the time. I got lucky tonight and managed to quickly get through the checkout line without an exorbitant amount of time being waited on by the cashier. read more

I am from a nearby town and this Walmart is ONE HUNDRED TIMES BETTER than my local. I will literally be making the 28 minute drive from now on to come to this one. Went there to buy a TV on sale. A Samsung 65 TU 8200 crystal HD. Kid in TV section was not sure if In stock or not and was clueless so sent me up to service center where I waited in line only to find it that the we're not sure if they had it or not. Suggested I go online and order which I did on 12/16 and TV arrived at my home on the 18th! Perfect right? Nope. TV did not work called Walmart customer service and they were busy but would call me back. Never did! Called Samsung for tech help. They were clueless and said they would call back and let us know who would be coming out to our place to see if they could fix. No call back. Called Walmart and asked for them to pick up and refund us. Told us Pilot shipping would come to house between 10 and 2 on 12/30. No show! Called Walmart and they couldn't get ahold of anyone at Pilot and assured us a pickup by Fed Ex on 1/05. I doubt it will happen. Walmart is a real S_ _t Show! Will never buy a high $ item from Walmart again! read more

Avoid it like the plague! If you call the store, you are likely to get transferred to the wrong departments, and sometimes the phone will just ring and ring. They will always put you off on someone else instead of trying to help you. Picking up an order is a nightmare, and the customer service is sub-par at best. read more

This was my second oil change with Walmart. While at my first visit I was up sold on lifetime balance and rotation of my tires. I have a jeep, so I needed a 5 tire rotation. I noticed the day after the first visit that only 4 had been done, and the rear tire wasn't rotated in. It was slightly aggravating, but not a big deal.. I figured I have lifetime covered. Time came up for my next oil change, so once again I asked for the 5th tire to be rotated in. When I came back to get it, it still wasn't done as I asked. The not very nice lady behind the counter who I dealt with earlier met me again with an aggravated face. She said that they couldn't do the rotation because the they couldn't get the passenger side lugs off... That they put on. Overall, I was very unsatisfied with there work, and they were just not pleasant to deal with. I'll find a new place to take my vehicle. read more

Okay what the actual heck. They hire terrible employees. They aren't nice or helpful. They take forever to come to you to help you. They are never walking around they are usually all together. So no good service. Their food is always expired and you can't take back food. I know this isn't have to do with Walmart. BUT everyone there wears pjs & not appropriate clothes. Some places like has a requirement of what to wear but these people don't dress correctly. Trust me I love where I live but this Walmart I can't deal with. Nobody wants to go in there mostly because of their service. Also their clothes always rip or break. It smells terrible. Their eye doctor place is terrible. I told them maultiple times I couldn't see & they said it was nothing. Okay so a blurry vision means I just deal with it?! Okay. So I go to another place whatever. Their is also a subway inside. Subway is my favorite place to go to. This place is so unorganized & the employees are not nice. They don't speak up & don't know how to ask questions. They put the chicken on my sandwich without asking if I wanted it toasted or not. So I simply say "I didn't want that toasted, sorry" she rolls her eyes & takes it back off the sandwich & puts it back in the box that she crumbled up & put it in the microwave. She didn't even get new bread. & she was very rude about the whole thing. & before working on my family's sandwiches she had stuff on her gloves & didn't change them. That is so disgusting. I don't care if your hands weren't actually on there but I don't want other people's sauce on my sandwich. The subway I go to would never ever do this. They took unbelievably long. & it doesn't take that long to put food on a sandwich & be mean at the same time. Again it was very unorganized. The people making the sandwiches kept going back & forth between toppings & the basics & it was just a giant mess. My dads sandwich barley looked toasted. My sisters cheese on her pizza was all off the pizza & my sandwich was just all messy & unorganized like them. I get it. It's just a sandwich but when a sandwich coast 5 dollars for one 6 inch or a footling coast 10. It better be perfect. Sorry that's just how I feel. & again my subway I go to never ever are like that. Or any restaurant service in that case. They also have a fabric place & nobody is ever their to cut it. It takes 20 minutes just to come to the table. Then it take 10 minutes for them to measure, cut, scan & put a sticker on it. But if someone was already there & prepared it would have taken 5 minutes max. So my opinion on this Walmart is better people. Because my family can not take this store anymore. & its 5 minutes away from our home. We wish it was good place to go & shop.
