Yes it smells like a litter box and dirty clothes from time to time but its walmart. One of the not so great walmarts lol. But this is the closest location to my job so I come here quite often. The pharmacy use to be the worst but the speed of the service has gotten better over the past month. I guess thats due to the surveys that were on the bottom of the receipt the casher pointed out to me :). Other than that they always have great prices and its a one stop shop.

Some kind of giant monster cookie making kit.

Its Walmart. On a Sunday. Just don't do it. I come here to save $ on certain items but I ALWAYS need to factor in extra time. I get a script filled here so I try to coincide. what can I say...its Walmart and I can always find a good deal, but rarely good help.

    It's Walmart

Whiny babies throughout the entire store and everybody looks gross like they didn't take a shower.

I immediately called customer service and was informed that there was nothing they would to rectify the fact that they had sent me damaged merchandise-that they wouldn't accept the dress as a return or compensate me in any way. For a store that prides itself on high end merchandise, the customer service is a tremendous disappointment. I will no longer shop at Saks online or in any of their bricks and mortar stores.

They refuse to refund your method of payment, instead offering you a gift card so you will buy more merchandise from them. It doesn't matter how often you contact them, or how often your credit card company tries to speak to someone, the gift card often doesn't work and they lie about crediting the credit card account you used. They even asked for my credit card number and a week or so later, my number was being used in three states. I used to love this store but no more. I called the New York store or tell them of the issues associated with online buying and by the number of the negative reviews since three years ago I can safely say nothing has changed. Stay away from this company!

Oh Stony Point, how far you've fallen…read more I don't know if it's COVID or what has brought about the mass exodus from this outdoor shopping center but it's a shell of what it used to be. 10 years or so ago - I was so impressed with all the stores here. Some of them the only high end ones until you get to DC. Tiffany's, Restoration Hardware, Anthropologie, Sur la Table, body stores, Bebe, Saks 5th Ave and tons more. Tiffany's and RH remain. As well as Saks and a few others holding on like Pandora and Brighton, but that's it. A vast majority of the shops have closed as well as the restaurants. I remember when this was a bustling shopping center with children playing in the main area and people walking their pets. It was a ghost town today. I hope it can be revived.

I don't know if Short Pump Town Center drew away all the business or what, but Stony Point is doing something very wrong. It shouldn't be this DEAD so close to downtown. I hate to compare it with a place from back home, but I couldn't help but think of the Domain in Austin, TX. Any time you go to the Domain, it's jumping. Like it's always popping there. And they are the exact same type of property. Yes, Austin is a much bigger city and the Domain's a much bigger area, so I'm not expecting Stony Point to be on par. But it was still kind of dead. I was expecting it to be just a little more popping.

They just need to close this location and reopened a nicer one nearby. Also the cashier didn't know what she was doing. I really hate to leave a bad review but this place is just plain awful. The one on Hancock village is so much better and classier.

I have mixed feelings about this Burlington Coat Factory! True that you can get some good deals…read morewhen they have the merchandise in stock. The issue could be is is that one you have to find merchandise that you're looking for it's usually disorganized all over the place. Most of the time they have limited quantities as well, so you can find an item and not have the one you're looking for. Example would be sizes, colors, designs of clothes, shoes, etc. The registers are usually backed up, with 1 to 2 associates if you're lucky. So this being the norm and most stores they do have a line that you follow like a chain to go through which makes it a little bit more consistent for getting to the next open register. Now what is change the most in this particular Burlington is they look like they re-merchandise the whole store and moved items all over the place and condensed shelving. With this appearance the store looks huge open and not enough stock, which causes a appearance of not adequate product. Again, you can find a perfect item sometimes in the store it's very hit or miss and if you do find it you're gonna get a good price on what you have. Sometimes it does require that you go to more than one Burlington to find the items that you're looking for.
