So I called my doctor again to have them call it in. The pharmacist stated they would call me once they had. Received a text to call the pharmacy back as they had an update to my prescription so I call after being on hold for 15 minutes I hang up and call again only to be hung up on. Called again as it's a prescription that is needed and this is the only compound pharmacy close by me. Finally speak to someone that basically asks if I want the prescription. After calling for 2 weeks of course I want the prescription. This seems excessive for a business that doesn't appear to have a ton of customers. Reading the previous reviews it seems that they are all happy coming here HOWEVER I was not impressed. Really concerning that a 100 dollar prescription takes weeks to get and then 3-4 days to make. Would rather go to walgreens or cvs and have them compound it for me as this place is not very customer focused in my opinion.

When I politely mentioned that I had an 11:00am appointment, the lab tech responded rudely and told me I would have to wait, without explanation. If this location operates on a first-come, first-served basis, appointments are misleading and a waste of patients' time--especially for those who have taken time off work. I understand delays happen, but basic courtesy and clear communication matter. I ultimately had to leave and will not be returning.

I was impressed by the open aisles, and great selection. It's also well lit so these old eyes don't have to strain. During this pandemic, and any time of year to keep people safe, signs remind patrons to keep products sealed - not to open and test. CVS is usually good about taking back products that do not please, so there is no reason to test personal items in the store. Andrew checked me out efficiently, and in his eyes I could see the smile his mask was hiding. He was also friendly & polite. The store has lots of parking, and is easy to get into off off Bruce B. Downs. Getting out to go south might be a little tricky, but it's doable!

We're both high risk and concerned about the COVID-19 situation, even though we are self-quarantining in our community. They advised that the masks were in stock, so I drove over the next morning to their location. Going in I noticed that the front counter is neatly surrounded by a plexiglass partition allowing you to speak with both a cashier or pharmacist if necessary. I was very warmly greeted and shown the mask I wanted, and was told they have a good supply. This pharmacy accepts most insurance plans, and can even deliver your items free to your home - a wonderful benefit. It looks like they have everything you need at reasonable prices - a great alternative to the chain drugstore. As a small gift I was presented with a purse size bottle of hand sanitizer. This place was a pleasure to deal with - and I would continue to go there in the future.
