The produce is high quality here, not to mention, the sushi bar is great, the subs are the best, and they have a Starbucks in the store. The store is well staffed and you can always find someone to help you find an item. It is not the cheapest grocery store around, but they have tons of sales every week. Plus HT brand is usually pretty good.

Today my checker Jayla was extremely rude. This is not the first time I have been treated poorly by Jayla. She was not commutative when I ask her a question about an open bag of ice cream cups. She was not commutative when I told her my husband would bag. When I told her I would "round up" my bill, she again was non commutative. At the end of my visit she handed me my receipt without eye contact in fact she turned her head to the side and looked over her shoulder (no thank you or anything). Most of the checkers in this store are lovely people who go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. As I said, this is not my first experience with her behavior. Perhaps she needs better training?

Celeste at the front desk was great and the office is beautiful and I hope Dr Belko is as understanding and friendly as my previous interactions with their other doctors. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went for an annual exam as a first time patient and told them it needed to be…read morebilled as such to insured it was covered. I also went for a separate visit and had Botox. A few days later I received a notice of a bill for the Botox which was paid for at the time of the visit. I had to call back 3 times to get this resolved. Then I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance for the Annual Exam. I have an Dermatology visit every year because I have had skin cancer and it has ALWAYS been covered. This year the EOB said I owed $175. I called Blue Cross to explain it was an annual visit and they indicated the office did not bill it that way. When I called the billing department for the office they said they are a specialty office and don't bill for annual visits, they bill as office visit and because I had one area frozen they considered that a procedure. Absolutely insane, I have areas burned off at EVERY annual visit and it is all covered, it is a skin check, at a dermatologist....and I have NEVER BEEN BILLED because annual visits are covered. But they keep coming back with lame excuses that they are a specialty doctor, yeah a dermatologist, and they don't file for annual visit. Really the worst interaction I have had with an office in a very long time. I belong to the North Brunswick Newcomers Club committee with over 500 members and I can guarantee you I will be mentioning this business at our monthly meetings and it won't be to frequent this business it will be to avoid it at all cost. What a scam.

Im extremely well educated with HIPPA regulations and violations and this place is off point with all of the above. I let the first problem with my medicine go .... this second encounter i had to multiple times go in person and call and leave messages to even be able to get a refill. What a headache. Which is exactly what you can expect from this place. Vanessa gave me my diagnosis and told me they would refer me somewhere but has failed to do so. I got aggravated with the front desk not being able to comprehend the fact that just like my paperwork says my preferred name..... is obviously my preferred name. I shouldn't have to hand hold a pharmacy or a doctor's office to do their job when I dont work for either of them. I did offer to apologize to her front desk and she did nothing but talk over me and tell me about her husband chuck Charlie whatever and how he doesn't get upset about his doctors calling him the wrong name..... well im not Vanessa's husband and that has 0 to do with me as a patient. She kicked me out of this practice because she said i was rude and that im not happy with their practice.... welll...... you won't be either if you decide to come here. Its only been a month by the way. Do your research and go elsewhere.
