No weekends, no 24/7 hours, close by 6pm. Im disgusted. Im trying to get my meds, I have Multiple Sclerosis and Erythema Nodosum and uterine cancer. My Dr. called my rx in, and when I spoke to Greg Starnes head pharmacist, he refused my meds, 29 days ago I filled it. My meds are being withheld. Shameful. Treated terribly. I'm actually shocked this "pharmacist " went back to April 2025! Then said he wouldn't fill. Like I've said-- because trucks (from 2022 unti now) haven't shown up, I've had to wait days just to get my meds! More than half a dozen times- thus isn't my problem. This is a Walgreens issue! Does this seem fair?

The…read morereason for the 2 star review is that I have been dealing with a severe toothache for approximately one week. I called last Friday to tell them that the character of the pain had changed from pain with biting to a chronic toothache. I was told to take the painkiller tramadol. I called the office today at about 8:43 AM to inform them that my appointment with the Wilmington endodontist had been changed from Thursday to Friday. The staff told me that the appointment was for evaluation only, and not for treatment. The staff at this office told me that the referral was for treatment as well. I was told that the dentist would call me back today to ascertain where the treatment was to be given. If treatment was not at the endodontist, then I wanted an appointment for next week for treatment at this office. I did not want the toothache to continue any longer. I was not given an appointment, and the dentist never called me back. There was no concern for my level of pain, nor a response as to which office was to provide treatment. The referring dentist should have contacted the endodontist to work out where treatment was to take place and when.

I cannot recommend this dental office. I have dental insurance which I pay monthly. My insurance…read moreentitles me to 2 cleanings and 1 x-ray per year with a $50.00 deductible. I went in for a cleaning in June 2024 and was informed that I owed $438.00 that went back to November 2022. At no point did Jennifer Williams' office notify me of an outstanding balance. Their office failed to submit the charges from 2022 and said that it was my responsibility to pay the full amount even though it was their mistake for not filing the claim (or refiling the claim in a timely manner). The dental insurance company only allows 1 year from the date of service to file a claim. Jennifer Williams' office takes no responsibility whatsoever for not filing or waiting to let me know 17 months later when there was nothing that I could do with my insurance company. Their office lays the blame on a past employee and Dr. Williams takes no responsibility whatever. And I was told that there are many patients that have the same problem. Find another dentist. Not this one!
