When I spoke with a pharmacy technician around 7 PM on 091525 --who sounded like a younger female--she told me that the prescription was not in their system and that I needed to contact my doctor. While she was checking some things in the system, it felt like I was bothering her, and she was rude and unhelpful. I eventually spoke with the pharmacist on duty about the issue, but I am concerned that if someone else is treated this way, it could negatively affect their mental health. I'm looking into switching pharmacys as we speak.

Unprofessional, Embarrassing, and Unacceptable Behavior from Tammy and Cindy…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to speak up about the appalling behavior I witnessed during my recent visit. The experience was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that I can't stay silent. While I was in the store I observed two employees--Tammy and Cindy--engaging in behavior that was not only unprofessional but downright bullying. They were openly yelling at another employee who was clearly new and still in training. This poor individual was doing their best, clearly nervous, and instead of being supported or coached, they were berated in front of customers for minor mistakes. It wasn't a one-time correction or a quick aside--it was loud, prolonged, and humiliating. Tammy and Cindy were both talking over each other, correcting the new employee harshly in front of everyone, and their tone was condescending and aggressive. It was obvious to anyone within earshot that this was not the first time they had treated someone this way. I could see the trainee trying to keep it together, but it was heartbreaking to watch. They looked completely overwhelmed and embarrassed, and honestly, I wouldn't blame them if they walked out and never came back. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially someone who is still learning the ropes. How do you expect someone to grow or succeed in their role when they're being verbally attacked and belittled? The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated as a customer. If this is how management allows their staff to act toward one another, I have serious concerns about how the business is run behind the scenes. It reflects poorly not just on Tammy and Cindy, but on whoever is in charge for allowing such behavior to go unchecked. Tammy and Cindy need to be reprimanded, retrained on professional conduct, or seriously reconsidered for leadership positions--if they even hold them. No one should be subjected to that kind of treatment at work, especially not someone who is clearly still trying to find their footing. The behavior was toxic, unacceptable, and creates a hostile work environment. I sincerely hope someone in upper management sees this and takes real action. If not, I can't imagine this workplace retaining good staff--or loyal customers--for long.

worst staff ever !. especially the blonde older lady that's actually the pharmacist with blonde…read morehair !!for the last month and half we've been working with one of the techs in there to avoid having to pick up my daughters meds while that pharmacist is working. she's very very rude and has no clue how to do her damn job ! she tried to argue with my daughter whom is 27 years old and has worked in a pharmacy at Rite Aid for several years before she became growing into heart failure. I don't need to go into full on details because of my daughter's privacy. but we said we were done with this specific pharmacist when she tried telling us that her inhaler wasn't getting filled because her insurance was denying it ! come to find out after 2 days of not only my daughter and i arguing with her but my daughters dr arguing with her about an inhaler! was all because she was putting it in the damn computer wrong !! It was then that we decided ok, we're NO longer going to deal with this pharmacist, we will ask for the more friendly ones. which is why we now refuse to pick anything up if she's there ! we deal with one of the techs as far as when that certain pharmacist will be there and if we know she will be there the day one of our meds are to be filled then we will try to get them a few days earlier, seeing as though none of them are narcotics or controlled . which yesterday when my dr called to see if she could pick them up she's now being told it's too early 2-3 days early! which they let her do it last month however the dose was just upped . I had pretty much told my dsighted how this was going to turn out as soon as I heard that pharmacists voice, my daughter had her on speaker phone and my daughter had asked to talk to someone else and she got mad because we didn't wanna speak to her‍ it beats having to argue . anyway this damn pharmacist got mad and actualy emailed my daughters dr saying she was trying to get her meds early ! all because she was mad because we refuse to speak to her ! I mean seriously?! WTH were you trying to succeed ?! ignorant and very immature! this lady has to be in her 60s and acting like a damn teenager!! she needs to be fired !! we will be moving our proscribtoons elsewhere! no one should ever be treated this way !!! The staff were quick to check us in and get us taken care of. Michelle talked my daughter through the process as she was very nervous and the pharmacist even came to check on her after. This was our 2nd year going to this location for our annual vaccination and we will continue to do so next year!

I have had Walmart + 30 day trial for a little over a week. My 1st order was cancelled because the…read moredriver took my stuff to another address and tried to give me the that locations delivery items. My 2nd order was cancelled after being 2 1/2 hours late. I have no clue why. I saw the driver on the map come to my town and my neighborhood. My order was very late at this point and I was informed by another driver that there is a timer on perishables and if it goes off they can't deliver that order. I'm guessing that is what happened. So 0 for 2. I'm not happy. about 7 hours total of my life I can't get back... and I had to reorder it all with Kroger and that went well as always.
