My first and only visit was in November 2022. Had a cleaning. Doctor said I had two cavities that…read moreneeded to be filled. Doctor then told me I had to have two other teeth removed. Doctor also said that I had to have both teeth removed before the cavities could be treated. I thought about that for a couple of days and called them back. I said I wanted the cavities filled and I might have the other two removed later. Receptionist said I had to do what the doctor said. I told her that if the doctor would not treat the two cavities first I would get another dentist. I did not get a call back. I just had a dentist in another city check my teeth. The Doctor said I don't need those two teeth removed and he could only find one cavity. The doctor filled the cavity. Grand Lake Family Dentistry needs to be investigated for mal practice. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

But that poor man could not have a more rude, nasty woman working his desk. As a single mother I put in a request at work to take my child to her surgery 24 hours before the surgery I was denied the time off. Tried to see if my mom could take her and that was a hard no (which I can understand, worth a try) but I have never been more disrespected and treated like I just killed her best friend because I had to reschedule! I know for a fact there is a waiting list a mile long and would have required a few phone calls to fill the appt but apparently she had turned her computer off for the Day (25 min before close) and was going to be inconvenienced and have to do her job in the morning. Well they lost all the business from my household and whoever would ask me in the future for a recommendation. Perhaps learn how to treat a working single mom doing her best or maybe it's time to retire!
