Dr Robinson was available when my tooth broke off, my (previous ) dentist didn't call back for over a week.

I had pretty consistent dental cleanings growing up but upon getting married and moving out, with…read morethe change in insurance, scheduling conflicts, and having my first baby, I hadn't gone to a cleaning in about 2 years. I came to them since they were close to my work and took my insurance. They were booked out on the cleanings but they did do an X-ray and told me I had some cavities and they could fill them prior to the cleaning. So I had them fill them. It was the roughest, most painful experience I have ever had, and I've had cavities filled before. The numbing needle was more painful than anything I have ever experienced in dental care and the drilling was excessively painful and a long process. After everything was said and done, my teeth were in pain especially at night for weeks. Very sensitive to the cold and I couldn't bite down on anything hard for several days. My bite did not match up anymore resulting in painful headaches. I went through an unmedicated birth and pulled through ok but after a few days of this tooth pain I had to take acetomenofen just to sleep at night. I have never had pain like this before following a filling. I thought ok maybe the cavities were just deep. Maybe they were. Well I decided to go to a different dentist to have the last 3 filled. And what did they say? Technically I did have 3 but the one was very small and might not get bigger so we will just fill the two and wait to see if anything needs done about the 3rd. The doctor himself said to me he has a small cavity between the teeth on his lower left side that he decided not to fill and it has been years and has never gotten worse. WHAT A WONDERFUL APPROACH TO DENTISTRY! After I heard that, I am convinced Bright Now filled anything they could even slightly call a cavity for money's sake. Never going back there! Wish I had researched them more before having them work on me. Not accredited by the BBB and terrible reviews. If you are going to them, maybe a cleaning would be fine - idk - but do not have them do fillings or anything else. Assembly line dentist just out to make a buck is what I believe. Not everyone there is bad - I had a really nice lady do my X-rays - but I don't trust them to fill teeth. BEWARE!

Don't go here for orthodontics. If you do will hate it and your teeth will fall out. First off…read moreeveryone that helps you at the desk is disrespectful. Not to speak that my daughter went to the orthodontist for braces and they ruined her teeth. First off when we went there she already had root problems apparently but they did not watch it enough and now her teeth are on the brink of falling out. This place has a new orthodontist every time my daughter and I came for an appointment. We were cared for terribly. The blonde receptionist was rude and she would be impatient and treat you terribly when you came to check in and you were late and she always had an attitude. So if you need to get any orthodontist appointments this is not the place for you. Terrible quality in the waiting room and tightly packed.DON'T COME HERE! P.S The best thing this place could change is shut down because they clearly can't do anything right.

This the absolute worst dental service in Ohio. They sure want their money even though my tooth…read morewhich needed a root canal was decaying and I was in great pain. I did not want any medications just a root canal which they would not provide. Obviously, they do not know what they were doing. I paid my bill and left. Very rude front office workers as well. Please do not take your children there because they will scare them without remorse. I went to Miami County Dental Clinic who charged less than 1/3 of their price and were much more professional and polite. They even like children . Thanks for reading. I had been a patient of Excellence for 6 years and my insurance changed in 2022, so I couldn't go…read morethere for a few years. I spent in excess of $10k on dental work in that time, and mostly saw Dr. Jones. I had a dental "emergency" this morning, and since I had been established with them and they repaired the now split tooth last, I called and they could get me in that day! I told the scheduler my dental insurance, and she asked me to call back with the member ID, but did state that if I couldn't get it, that they could look it up with my SSN. I called back a short time later with my insurance info, and no issues were brought up. I even paid a small bill I had from the past (that I didn't remember) as well as the cost of the appointment and xray (for a total of over $200) just to get this appointment. So I get to the treatment planning part, I'm told I need a crown by the dentist. "Finance" comes in and says it will be $2k for a crown and core because Excellence no longer takes my insurance... She offered for me to pay the total out of pocket, and then my dental insurance "may" reimburse me, as Excellence is "out of network" for them. They knew my insurance at 8:47 am, still had me come in and then let me get through my whole appointment without telling me my insurance would cover nothing. Then, Ms. "Finance" had the nerve to smirk and smile multiple times with no empathy when I explained that I could not afford that much out of pocket, and I was at a loss as I have a partially half-broken front tooth, that is still partially attached, and was afraid to eat for fear of losing the whole tooth. Long story short, the dentists' and other staff seem like good people and do decent work, but there is nothing they do that another, kinder office couldn't. This is NOT the dentist practice for you if you don't have large amounts of expendable cash on hand AND want to not be treated like "the poor".
