I called Dr Daniels office heart dr sent cardiac release why haven't I been scheduled for surgery? I was told scheduler is Only there thru Monday-Wed. Another week went by and scheduler not there. So I finally went to the office and complained isn't there someone else who can schedule my surgery? Well yes but they said the doctor took my file home! What? Red haired nurse yelled you should have called on call dr. She glared at me and said if I wanted she would look at it. We walked back to the room she angrily yelled and glared at me you coming in or not? I hesitated to go in. She yelled don't just stand there ignoring me you coming in or not! I left and I'm never going back!!!! I've had many surgeries at 77 years old I've never been treated so badly with such arrogance and disdain! Her attitude was how dare you just show up. I walked in for stitches around 6:30 and walked out close to 8 Pm, all stitched up! The staff (this includes everyone I met there or even saw in the hallway) were so friendly and supportive. I told the person that was with me that I felt like I should be wearing a crown! Really, if you are in a situation where you need to be at a hospital, you owe it to yourself to try this just once. I promise you'll be leaving reviews extolling the virtues of this ER!

I really don't like hearing peoples personal information when I'm sitting less then 5 feet away but…read moreI even more dislike anyone hearing mine! There's so little privacy but the main issue I had was I was informed my dr needed a urine culture. The girl in the lab hands me a cup and a "hat" to place in the filthy commode to get it. No problem with any of that until she tells me I have to take these items to apparently the only bathroom that is allowed for the public. This bathroom requires you to walk through the LOBBY, with your supplies, where people are checking in and sitting in wait to have their own rights violated. THEN, after you throw the "hat" away in the already filthy public bathroom trashcan, you must humbly carry your urine past the same crowd who are watching this parade. I was so very disgusted and I'm sure I'm not alone! DO BETTER SRIC!!!
