He is the Chief Clinical Officer of Mental Health Services which I'm sure is a demanding position but he still spends time with his patients instead of rushing them in and out read more

If you complain about it, they threaten you with either extending your stay or sending you to probate and letting the judge deal with you. During my stay another patient was sexually harassing me. He would continuously make advances at me, peer into my room or just let himself in (one of the times I was getting out of the shower), and pressure me for sex. I made a complaint to staff and it was totally ignored. On top of being in crisis I was afraid of being assaulted. The phones also did not work so it was impossible to call family. The facility is filthy, the staff ignore you, the psychiatrists or social workers are a joke. Truly disturbing place.

Then she said that she wanted me to leave her office. Wow! We hadn't even had a conversation. I think she was angry about something else and took it out on me or she was prejudiced. She is a Haitian psychologist who judged me before we even had a conversation.
