Not bad shopping experience. Self check out guy makes me feel really uncomfortable and crowded when checking items out. Other casheirs do not make me feel this way. I usually bounce back and forth from sidney, wapak, and bellfountaine walmarts. When i see this guy in check out i cringe. worst staff ever !. especially the blonde older lady that's actually the pharmacist with blonde hair !!for the last month and half we've been working with one of the techs in there to avoid having to pick up my daughters meds while that pharmacist is working. she's very very rude and has no clue how to do her damn job ! she tried to argue with my daughter whom is 27 years old and has worked in a pharmacy at Rite Aid for several years before she became growing into heart failure. I don't need to go into full on details because of my daughter's privacy. but we said we were done with this specific pharmacist when she tried telling us that her inhaler wasn't getting filled because her insurance was denying it ! come to find out after 2 days of not only my daughter and i arguing with her but my daughters dr arguing with her about an inhaler! was all because she was putting it in the damn computer wrong !! It was then that we decided ok, we're NO longer going to deal with this pharmacist, we will ask for the more friendly ones. which is why we now refuse to pick anything up if she's there ! we deal with one of the techs as far as when that certain pharmacist will be there and if we know she will be there the day one of our meds are to be filled then we will try to get them a few days earlier, seeing as though none of them are narcotics or controlled . which yesterday when my dr called to see if she could pick them up she's now being told it's too early 2-3 days early! which they let her do it last month however the dose was just upped . I had pretty much told my dsighted how this was going to turn out as soon as I heard that pharmacists voice, my daughter had her on speaker phone and my daughter had asked to talk to someone else and she got mad because we didn't wanna speak to her‍ it beats having to argue . anyway this damn pharmacist got mad and actualy emailed my daughters dr saying she was trying to get her meds early ! all because she was mad because we refuse to speak to her ! I mean seriously?! WTH were you trying to succeed ?! ignorant and very immature! this lady has to be in her 60s and acting like a damn teenager!! she needs to be fired !! we will be moving our proscribtoons elsewhere! no one should ever be treated this way !!! I will be contacting corporate! seems as though we're not the only ones she's rude to and it needs to come to an end !! read more

Nothing much the write about a store that has slow service and not enough employees. This is a great place to go at 3 in the morning, but other than that, it's not a good place to go read more

Wow!!!! The service here is terrible! The line at the service desk is long, clearly the lady at the desk has no clue what she is doing. 6 associates have come to the desk and left. No one of them have offers to help and the lady behind the desk has not asked for any. Clearly the customer service label here is missing both words. read more

I wish zero was an option because that's what this store deserves for their lack of customer care due to their crappy management team. The fact you let a prepaid order slip through and not even know it or contact the customer about it, their customer service doesn't listening any better either and cancel orders after being not to do so. If there were other options in this town I would happily order elsewhere, but the Kroger here is no better. read more

Bad experiences start right where you go in.......with the door greeters. Most are older women who seem to have anger issues with the elderly who use the scooters. I watched one such greeter verbally harass an elderly woman on one, about taking the scooter to the parking lot all the while the woman was trying to explain she wasn't. Or upon leaving, they seem to use their "police authority" to harass you over items paid for but not bagged. It's the hateful tone/discourse they use, it's not about the need to check the receipt. Simple courtesy, smile, be pleasant :) Don't bother to ask for help in any dept but especially in Electronics. The sad part is that when they say "I don't know" , in reality it means "Ask someone else, I'm texting". Same goes when you call the service desk to ask about an item. You are put on hold for eternity (or what seems at least a minimum of 15 minutes). Only to have your call picked up again, by another employee that asks you what you want and then hearing your response, their reply is "Oh yeah, hang on". I hate to think that WalMart in Sidney mostly hires hires rude employees with no work ethic but so it seems. HOWEVER ~ NOT ALL EMPLOYEES are like that. I have met some really hard working employees there too, from a greeter named Joe to those friendly employees working in different depts. I only shop this WalMart as a last resort..... read more

When are these stores going to smarten up and realize that the one and ONLY advantage that they have over online retailers like Amazon is that they can theoretically provide a much better in person customer experience than any kind of virtual store front. But instead of zeroing in on providing a great customer experience, they just continue to fail miserably with rude employees, no or few registers available to serve their customers and now they think they can do away with register all together and have customers do it themselves. Until you start paying ME to do a cashier's job, I refuse to use those self checkouts. I'm not going to stand there and try and figure out every error message that is displayed or have to read instructions on what to do next. And heaven forbid if you have coupons or try pay using cash, machines can't tolerate that nonsense either without causing some grief over the transaction. read more

Typical Walmart store. 4 registers open at a time. Only difference I've noticed is that it always smells like chemicals in there. To the point where myself and people I know get disoriented, lightheaded, and angry. That's probably a red flag, but what do I know. read more

Alert. Had my tires balanced and rotated. When I got home, and the tires were cool, I double checked the tire pressure. The presure specified on the door is 41 pounds. The tire pressure on the tires varied from 33 to 48 pounds. Be careful of this. read more
