At first I thought WOW! A real family run pharmacy like the ones that I remember as a kid, in the…read moreneighborhood. I was sent here by a chain store in search of Diabetic shoes. Boy, were my expectations wrong... After waiting 10-15 minutes, (one other customer, three staff working way behind the counter) I was told that Diane would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later Diane measures me for Diabetic shoes, telling me 1) she will get a prescription from my Doctor and 2) the shoes take about 2 weeks to come in. (they have to be ordered custom) Four weeks later I call. Diane says she is busy but will follow up and get back to me "in a little while". At six weeks, I call and Diane shuffles some paper and tells me she'll look into it and get back to me "in a little while". A few days later, Diane tells the woman who answers my call to tell me that they have been ordered and she will call me when they come in. I visit my Doctor who advises that she has not heard from McGradys (or any other entity) regarding a prescription for Diabetic shoes! Very interesting! At about 8 weeks, I call and after shuffling some papers, claiming to be trying to find my paperwork, Diane says she needs to locate it and will get back to me "in a little while". At ten weeks, I give up! I got the prescription from my Doctor and went elsewhere. I don't recommend McGrady's to anyone. THUMBS DOWN...ONE STAR because the door was open and that's it.

Kroger has completely ruined the shopping experience all together at the stores due to special…read moresavings that are advertised everywhere only if you have special apps. It shouldn't take extra steps to go shopping and every savings if you do a bunch of extra work. At Walmart I can walk in, grab what I want and check out easy and cheap. At Kroger it takes double as long bc you have to spend a hour on your phone trying to get deals then hope it's priced correctly when you check out. To much extra work, I don't even like thinking about Kroger anymore.

One compliant I do have though is that I've had trouble find meat in stock, especially if shopping at night. I have found that I can trust Kroger employees to do a great job shopping me when I place a pickup order. If you're not using the Kroger app, you're really missing out. Coupons, weekly ad, the ability to make a grocery list, see out of stock items, and see how many fuel point you have all come in handy.

Every 2 weeks I have to fight with CVS to refill a CASH prescription. They delay this every refill…read morenow up to 5 days. I have repeatedly stated to them My Insurance Does Not Pay! Every time they try to run it through my Insurance and it is denied. They harass my Dr. for a new prescription. Same results. This delay tactic has been going on for months. The delay has now increased from 3 days to 5 days. Same results Insurance will not pay. I DO. Next week it will be it is too early to refill? This is begining to put my health care at risk. The people who work at this Pharmacy couldnt be nicer to work with. BEWARE OF THE CASH SALE AT THIS PHARMACY. PLAN FAR IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL BE DELAYED.

We recently moved from Michigan to the New Castle Indiana area. We were disgusted by the level of…read moreincompetence and rudeness by two pharmacists. We are used to polite, knowledgable and helpful service from CVS in Michigan. When trying to talk with the pharmacists I was told "if you are not happy maybe you should take your business some place else". The sheer lack of respect for the customer is incredible. We will never step foot into another CVS because of the rudeness and incredible lack of respect Brittany and Molly have for the very people they serve. It is very clear that the management and training of these two employees is missing. There is also an environment of talking about the customers when they are not around. We witnessed them talking about customers in the open in front of other customers, that is very unprofessional. I would encourage anyone who has experienced this type of treatment from the New Castle Indiana store to stand up and make it known, ask for the resignation of anyone who fails to show you respect and take your business elsewhere as we have done after many years with CVS. We have moved our business to *** "Walgreens" *** with amazing service and where you are treated with respect. J. Ward
