Unfortunately they don't accept my insurance, (go figure) but I needed it so what could I do, right. $549.00! So I am standing there waiting to pay that out ragious pice. The pharmacist called me to the side questioned me about my insurance and when he found out I had Government Issued insurance for Veterans he said let me check something. So 2 mins later he came back and said, with the discounts he could find he wss able to get my prescription down to $160.15!!!! THAT MY FRIEND IS AND WAS WONDERFUL! HE definitely went above and beyond his customer service, he actually cared and helped. Je definitely get Huge Kudos for all he did.

Don't trust there refill calls! I got one and when I went to get it they said I was two days…read moreearly. OK Feb. Only has 28 days I Accounted for that. Point is they shouldn't have called and said it was ready if it wasn't. Fix your computer call system!!

At first I thought WOW! A real family run pharmacy like the ones that I remember as a kid, in the…read moreneighborhood. I was sent here by a chain store in search of Diabetic shoes. Boy, were my expectations wrong... After waiting 10-15 minutes, (one other customer, three staff working way behind the counter) I was told that Diane would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later Diane measures me for Diabetic shoes, telling me 1) she will get a prescription from my Doctor and 2) the shoes take about 2 weeks to come in. (they have to be ordered custom) Four weeks later I call. Diane says she is busy but will follow up and get back to me "in a little while". At six weeks, I call and Diane shuffles some paper and tells me she'll look into it and get back to me "in a little while". A few days later, Diane tells the woman who answers my call to tell me that they have been ordered and she will call me when they come in. I visit my Doctor who advises that she has not heard from McGradys (or any other entity) regarding a prescription for Diabetic shoes! Very interesting! At about 8 weeks, I call and after shuffling some papers, claiming to be trying to find my paperwork, Diane says she needs to locate it and will get back to me "in a little while". At ten weeks, I give up! I got the prescription from my Doctor and went elsewhere. I don't recommend McGrady's to anyone. THUMBS DOWN...ONE STAR because the door was open and that's it.

Pharmacy is a joke messing with your meds Jackie is rude among a few others back there putting meds…read moreu been on for years on inactive for no reason no1 told them to do that u are messing with people's life I have filed complaints to the head corporation definitely not happy and moving all my medications to somewhere they don't try to b your Dr .. if my Dr didn't want me on my meds she wouldn't prescribe them stop being rude,nosey and ignorant worry about what u are doing.. Also, I would count my medications u receive from them I have been short a few times on them then they want to blame u telling u took to many or done something with them.. I don't care what it shows on the printer u can count then but it's whether they make them into ur bottle.. Obviously your people aren't doing something right maybe if u didn't have new people in there all the time u know what is going on.. It wasn't like this when Colleen and Stacy was over it and only a couple techs back there working and Colleen and Stacy isn't rude like this Jackie and few of the techs it's pathetic now.. Very upset over this !

Walmart has chosen to deliver groceries the same day which is great however the 3rd party delivery…read moreis not. We ordered in the morning and up until nearly 7 PM did not have much understanding of what was going on and frankly still don't. Because of the 3rd party w/o going into detail seems to have a great deal of power here, Steve spent a long day talking to a very frustrated, not pleased me in trying to understand what was going and, what wasn't. I want to reiterate that this was in no manner the fault of the Walmart Store, Management, or Employees. This is all a problem with the 3rd party upper Management has employed for delivery. Steve had offered to have my groceries delivered by, Steve. The Store Manager. I declined as this is not his responsibility. We continued to try to resolve the matter by making the responsible party perform their job to no avail. In my last conversation with Steve (Store Manager) that his Assistant Manager, Robert, was on his way to my home with needed food items. While waiting Steve continued to be calm (I have my moments but I try) as Steve was so patient. I'm usually fairly nice but was seriously stressed. Steve wished me a Happy Thanksgiving, was very calm, very professional, very courteous. I finally stopped talking and we hung up and a few minutes later, Robert was in front of the house. Robert (Assistant Manager) brought the groceries to my door and would not accept any gratuity. I could only thank him and compliment him at 1-800-WALMART and, by writing this long-winded review which is part of my problem kind like, diarrhea. Lol Thank you so much Steve and Robert at Walmart here in New Castle, IN. I hope they had a HAPPY THANKSGIVING along with a few drinks!!!!
