Every 2 weeks I have to fight with CVS to refill a CASH prescription. They delay this every refill…read morenow up to 5 days. I have repeatedly stated to them My Insurance Does Not Pay! Every time they try to run it through my Insurance and it is denied. They harass my Dr. for a new prescription. Same results. This delay tactic has been going on for months. The delay has now increased from 3 days to 5 days. Same results Insurance will not pay. I DO. Next week it will be it is too early to refill? This is begining to put my health care at risk. The people who work at this Pharmacy couldnt be nicer to work with. BEWARE OF THE CASH SALE AT THIS PHARMACY. PLAN FAR IN ADVANCE. YOU WILL BE DELAYED.

We are used to polite, knowledgable and helpful service from CVS in Michigan. When trying to talk with the pharmacists I was told "if you are not happy maybe you should take your business some place else". The sheer lack of respect for the customer is incredible. We will never step foot into another CVS because of the rudeness and incredible lack of respect Brittany and Molly have for the very people they serve. It is very clear that the management and training of these two employees is missing. There is also an environment of talking about the customers when they are not around. We witnessed them talking about customers in the open in front of other customers, that is very unprofessional. I would encourage anyone who has experienced this type of treatment from the New Castle Indiana store to stand up and make it known, ask for the resignation of anyone who fails to show you respect and take your business elsewhere as we have done after many years with CVS. We have moved our business to *** "Walgreens" *** with amazing service and where you are treated with respect. J. Ward

At first I thought WOW! A real family run pharmacy like the ones that I remember as a kid, in the…read moreneighborhood. I was sent here by a chain store in search of Diabetic shoes. Boy, were my expectations wrong... After waiting 10-15 minutes, (one other customer, three staff working way behind the counter) I was told that Diane would be with me shortly. Ten minutes later Diane measures me for Diabetic shoes, telling me 1) she will get a prescription from my Doctor and 2) the shoes take about 2 weeks to come in. (they have to be ordered custom) Four weeks later I call. Diane says she is busy but will follow up and get back to me "in a little while". At six weeks, I call and Diane shuffles some paper and tells me she'll look into it and get back to me "in a little while". A few days later, Diane tells the woman who answers my call to tell me that they have been ordered and she will call me when they come in. I visit my Doctor who advises that she has not heard from McGradys (or any other entity) regarding a prescription for Diabetic shoes! Very interesting! At about 8 weeks, I call and after shuffling some papers, claiming to be trying to find my paperwork, Diane says she needs to locate it and will get back to me "in a little while". At ten weeks, I give up! I got the prescription from my Doctor and went elsewhere. I don't recommend McGrady's to anyone. THUMBS DOWN...ONE STAR because the door was open and that's it.

Also, I would count my medications u receive from them I have been short a few times on them then they want to blame u telling u took to many or done something with them.. I don't care what it shows on the printer u can count then but it's whether they make them into ur bottle.. Obviously your people aren't doing something right maybe if u didn't have new people in there all the time u know what is going on.. It wasn't like this when Colleen and Stacy was over it and only a couple techs back there working and Colleen and Stacy isn't rude like this Jackie and few of the techs it's pathetic now.. Very upset over this !

Restrooms were cleaner than most & they had someone, who actually did come in to clean on a regular…read morebasis. Some of the sinks did not work. Automated, but no water. The store itself was relatively clean. Fruit & Vegetables were seconds at best. Many items were too old to be on the shelves. Strawberries for example had many, that were on the way to rot. Fresh corn was old & over priced for the quality offered. Deli items were not at their best & did not invite my attention. Staff at the deli were slow, items under stocked. One of the workers slicing meats& cheese for packaging, yelled at another worker because she had walked over to help a customer at the deli, & had to grab some containers in the back "for her to help her"; worker coming back to finish helping deli customer; had to yell over to that worker, that in fact she was helping deli customers. Some issue there, as to who wants to be boss perhaps. Fairly well stocked in store otherwise. Saddens me to see, that Walmart continues to substitute their own brands for brands I would prefer, rather than the lower standard products they are putting out. Majority of cashiers friendly & business conscious.
