When you go in person you can seriously watch them pick up the phone, press hold and put the phone back down. As i type this review they just put me back in the cycle 4 times now. Pretty sure i can make it to 10 cycles of being placed on hold before it answers. Oh and do not use the online refill system. It is seriously flawed just like the text messages. You auto request or text refill and then you call 5 days later and wait for ever on hold just to hear them say "what refill sir?"

This is the same thing most physician's offices do without difficulty if they were missing information, but apparently it was above his title to perform or delegate this common task.
