Pharmacist Ervin suggested contacting manufacture to obtain a possible discount of prescription. It went from $733 to $875. That's a major savings. This pharmacy is awesome. read more

Poor customer service. There was a line of four people in the self check out line. (I was #3) There was no one on a register. Instead of the employee getting on a cash register, she stood in the self-help line to help a lady (behind me) once she got up to the register. read more

The store likes to close earlier than it's suppose to. People are doing the same I'm doing by almost walking into the door! read more

CVS Pharmacy - That's a customer that did the same thing I did... walked to the doors for it not to open. - Drugstores Near Me - Lancaster, Texas

Staff by the name of diamond was very rude and unprofessional and called me a liar about the prices on some sunglasses. I told her it was 21.99 and it rang up 29.62 and she has a bad attitude towards me and think I'm lying Won't be shopping in this ghetto store again.. read more

The worst cvs ever! Everytime when I come here the cashier is always so rude and disrespectful to the customers, especially one cashier name by Rebecca, always gives customers a big attitude when she does her job, or super reluctant to help or answer any questions when customers need help. Well, I mean if you don't like your job you should just quit, don't waste time from your customers! They should shut down this cvs ASAP, fr read more

If no stars were available id select that! Managers at this location do not care about customer service. The pharmacy techs are rude and put you back on hold. What is the point of being open? Better yet, why even work there if you cannot deal with simple script transfers? Corporate needs to step in and shut this location down or find new staff read more

This is the worst ever. If you are looking on here for a pharmacy, go across the street to Walgreens. They do not even wanna work. Complained. I dropped of my script....they lost the papers... Just sad.. read more

Rudest manager that I have ever met!!! I asked for a questions and she felt the need to humiliate me. Kellie is her name, the rest of her staff is no nice, but I feel sorry for them since they have to work with this lady and put up with her bad attitude. I am transferring my rxs to another pharmacy across the street, will never come back to this location. She treated me so rude!!! read more

This is my neighborhood pharmacy so I come pretty often. I always get THE worse service from the pharmacy. It's like their always mad, short handed and it's always a 30 min wait to get my meds no matter what time of day or night it is. When your sick and have to drag yourself to the pharmacy no one wants to put up with unhappy miserable workers. The cashiers at the front of the store is always nice and friendly. But the pharmacy is HORRIBLE.! I'm currently waiting in line which there was only 2 cars in front of me and it's been 20 mins already..1 car has went since I've been here. So that's 20 mins per car at the window. Then once you get to the window your greeted by CRUELA DEVILLE..I HATE IT.! I live so far from the next nearest CVS..I just hope the right person reads this and does something about this CVS customer service and service. read more

I absolutely HATE this CVS! This is my neighborhood pharmacy and every time I come here they are rude. No one was in line and I was the only car in the drive through. They just say there looking at me. Then the rude worker Anna came to the window and said yea!!! Are you kidding me? I asked when would my prescription be ready she said when you get a text!!! I have the flu and it's been 4 hours already. read more

They only get one star because it isn't possible to give them 0. The pharmacy gives HORRIBLE SERVICE. I went to pick up a prescription in the drive thru that should have been ready at 11am, and at 5:37pm it wasn't ready. I was told it would be 15-20 minutes, and to pull back around in the drive thru do they could help other cars. The pharmacy closes at 6pm, and of course they don't get back to my car until 6:02, and refused to sell me the prescription. This isn't the first time I've had issues at this store. I'll be making the effort to go to ANY other CVS in the future. They aren't worth the hassle, even though they are the closest store. read more

The worst CVS pharmacy ever! They never answer the phone, always short staffed, they ordered a prescription for me and still was unable to pick it up due to them not having time to go through shipment. read more

Worst pharmacy ever have waited over 20 min at drive through window. So much for the we can't fill scripts while in drive through.

Horribly slow and incredibly rude. Cashier sent me a text saying my prescription was ready while I'm there to pick up my prescription. Hours of operation are short Will move my scripts to the 24 hour Walgreen near by. read more

I went into the store on Saturday night 10/21/17 @8:31 pm picked up a couple of things we to check out where no one was working no one on the entire floor. heard people laughing from inside the office. Went over to be greeted by a lady saying everyone quit. went on to call me untrustworthy. then on my way out the door a real smart comment was made to me after talking to a store manager that did not care what happen or what I had to say. I can say I will never walk back into a store that does not care about there customers and will let there employees talk to and treat people how ever then want to at that time. read more
