We occasionally patronize this CVS when the one closer to home is out of some prescription or other…read morethe kids need, and my experiences here have been pretty much identical every time: (1) I get very prompt and courteous service from the pharmacy staff when I go up to the counter to drop off the Rx. (2) They get distracted by the drive-in pharmacy window because they're understaffed and as is the case with every place everywhere with a drive-thru, the drive-thru customers somehow get priority over the ones who have managed to walk in. (3) Nevertheless the staff do their best and I'm pleased, if a bit delayed, by the pharmacy service. I get a chance to count the stains on the carpet in the waiting area, which is always a good time. (4) I am accosted by somebody leaving (or going in; or both) in the parking lot. You can definitely call this a mixed experience. I think my takeaway here is to use the drive-thru service to avoid (2) and (4). You might consider doing the same.

Another worker checked in the stockroom for an item I wanted and brought it out to me with a smile. The produce section was well stocked and full of quality fruit and vegetables. The seafood counter was stocked with center cut pieces of Salmon. Checkout was efficient. The cashier packed delicate items with care. The service from the lead compounding pharmacist (and everybody else I have spoken with) has been stellar; I feel comfortable that he knows what he is doing. He has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the final product. I really appreciate it as it is a rare medicine for a rare disorder and few compounding pharmacies want to work with it. You can pick up in the store, go thru the drive thru, or have your meds shipped (and shipping is very affordable, only $4 for 2-3 day). Unlike my old pharmacy, they do not spam my phone when my RXes are ready (thanks muchly for that! :)). Getting ahold of them is super easy, you can either call and press option 4 or text. This is the fifth compounding pharmacy I have used in more than a decade for my rare disorder and I could not be more pleased. This Walmart is 24/7 but unfortunately the Auto department has limited hours similar to the pharmacy. I called up this location ahead of time in a panic asking if they carried tires that I could just purchase and install myself. The woman on the line was helpful and understanding and let me know a manager would be able to help me out upon arrival. Despite the initial confusion/miscommunication internally at the Customer Service Desk someone surely did help me as promised. We rushed back to the Auto department and I gave my tire specs to one of the associates who went back to check. Unfortunately for me my sub-compact cat has somewhat uncommon tires so they did not have that in stock. However I really do appreciate the great service and empathy. My SO and I ended up just purchasing a tire gauge then grabbing a bite to eat at the Subway inside. Another moment of stupidly on our part we forgot our backpack on one of the seats then rushed in an hour or two later. Thankfully they just put it in the lost and found in. We confirmed nothing was missing! I wish there was 24/7 super center closer to me, especially with such helpful staff. This place will have a special place in my mind. Thanks for your help!

We've been here every now and again for years and have yet to have any negative experience. Staff have always been helpful when we needed them, and this store has comparable inventory and pricing to some other CVS stores we've been to. There are two self checkout kiosks, and parking has not been an issue as they have plenty of spaces in their own lot.

However, I had photo prints made there this week. The quality was so poor, they were unacceptable. Blurred, poor color, and weird positioning were evident in the CVS same day photo prints. They were unacceptable. How do I know it was their printing process and not my skills as a photographer? I had the same prints made by Printique Photo this week, and they are outstanding in color and clarity. Their prints look amazing. Their prices were similar for outstanding prints that I will be proud to frame and share with family. I will never use CVS photo printing ever again. I went to pick up my medication a week ago from the drive through. A young man (probably in his…read morelate 20's) took care of me at the window. As I'm waiting for my medication the cvs employee coughed and didn't cover his mouth. He was not wearing PPE and gave me the medication as if this pandemic is a joke. I was extremely upset and told him he can be A symptomatic and could easily pass this on to me or anyone else. He started to laugh and joked that nothing will happen. I'm scared and paranoid at this moment. I should not have to deal with such carelessness from a Pharmacey employee. Usually people go there to pick medication because they're not feeling well. This man didn't care to keep customers safe. He clearly should not be working the window at CVS. This pharmacy should train employees to take precautions seriously to keep themselves and customers safe.
