All that said, the thing is..... staple, everyday items are alllllways out of stock. On 1/27/25, I attempted to place an online/pick up order. I found pages & pages of "Out of Stock" grocery items. I posted 4 screenshots of the experience. I considered maaaaaybe it's a website/app glitch, but honestly either scenario is B A D. I recently relocated from Los Angeles. Over there, the "other" warehouse store is a ton more popular, but it was always "a thing" to go. Part of that is LA County has more residents than the entire state of Missouri. Checkout lines could be long. Gas lines could be longer than In N Out lines. Maybe that's because there was actually merchandise. Remind me why we pay the membership? I can order online from the "other" warehouse, and I'm positive not paying the Sam's fee would cover the few cents extra per gallon when filling up at the gas station across the street.

It was very nice to work with someone who actually cared . I was having a horrible experience with Sam's delivery service, Spark . I purchased the delivery service but my expensive item was never delivered . Spark showed no concern . A store manager named Jeremy basically told me it wasn't his problem because Sam's did their part . He blamed Spark . I reminded him that I purchased the product through Sam's and I felt like Sam's should have been more helpful . He showed no concern and totally blew me off . That's when Haylee stepped in and made me feel valued, appreciated , and heard . She even stayed late to help me . I hope that Sam's recognizes her for being the awesome employee that she is .

They will compound prescriptions, deliver locally, and unlike most, will pack up prescriptions in weekly packs for the elderly: CVS and Walgreens would not do this for my mother. They have some minor issues with paperwork and whatnot, but it's more than worth a minor hassle since a) they provide service the monster chains do not and b) they are locally owned an operated. Support local businesses! The profits and jobs stay in the community.

Other pharmacies treat you like a second class citizen and act like they are doing you a favor just to fill your order. I can drop off an order with MS and they will have it in 5 minutes. None of this "20-30 minutes" line you get at other stores where they want you to shop while you are waiting. Also, Ted will paitiently explain about your medicine and answer any questions you have - without a big lecture. Give this place a try! They act like they WANT and appreciate your business.

This store was very crowded and too much inventory being moved around during business hrs in my opinion. Every direction was a new bed of items being pushed in your direction. My shopping experience was pretty much dodging the inventory staff and moving out the way. This store needs and overnight inventory shift . The positive of this is at least the product is coming in at this location. Others stores I have been too shelves are bare!!! I'm disappointed that their refills cartridges aren't universal so i can use them with my other plug bin. So i have to either buy Walmart's plug in or just use the oil in my oil burner. The workers were friendly. I didn't like that they were restocking or moving product around during busy store hours and on a Saturday. They should wait until later in the day to move product around and restock.

Very upset that I stood there and didn't stick up for this door dasher while the cashier (Jason)…read morejust belittled him while checking out. The door dasher couldn't figure out how to run the card, so instead of the cashier helping him. He just let him continue to mess up. Then when the door dasher left, Jason continued to make a comment to me belittling him. A little kindness goes a long way. Jason definitely needs to work a job where it's not with the public.
