When I got to the front of the line, I asked the pharmacy tech if they carried Relaxium over the counter. The pharmacy tech said "I don't know" and looked at the Pharmacist and the pharmacist shrugged and answered, "the girls up front can look that up." I have always asked at the Pharmacy in Walgreens, Safeway, CVS, Walmart and Flagstaff Pharmacy Always, someone has helped me. If they couldn't tell me where it was, they have come out and showed me. I was shocked by the lack of customer service. That would not have happened at any of the other pharmacies listed.

My wife's diabetes sensor accidentally came off. She had only brought one with us to Sedona. When…read morewe called and spoke to the pharmacy tech, she said, No problem. Since it was a replacement sensor, it should've cost over $140, but the tech was able to get the price down to just over $30. When I arrived at the store, the front counter employee walked me over to get some additional products. Since I didn't know the store, she was very helpful. I went back to the pharmacy to get the sensor and met the technician. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also in that I couldn't find the special bandages used to cover the sensor. She knew exactly where they were and walked me over. Then she rang up my entire order in the pharmacy so I didn't have to go back to the front checkout. What a wonderful young person. I can see she has a great future ahead of her.

Example: my dr prescribed me a particular medication, however, my insurance was not covering the medication. So I asked the pharmacist to hold off so that I could see what was going on with my insurance. Try and get them to pay for it two days later I come back to get the medication asked for it and they said it was gonna be like 2025 minutes because they had to get it together. My response was that I was notified that the medication was ready to pick up. The pharmacy technician advised that it wasn't and it would be about 20 minutes. No big deal! When I return to pick up the medication, the pharmacy manager proceeded to tell me that it was ready however, I had requested that to be put back because I didn't want it. Which is not what had occurred. I'd advise when well. Know that is incorrect. I came to pick it up. They advised that my insurance was not paying for it and I wanted to get in touch with my insurance to get that corrected. So I asked him to hold off on it. I did not tell them I didn't want it and to return it to stock. He then proceeded to tell me that I did tell him to return it to stock and that's why he was put back in a very rude condescending, unprofessional manner. Now I realize this is not the greatest issue in the world. However, every interaction with this person is like this, and I've seen it with other individuals as well. The pharmacy manager is rude, arrogant, obnoxious, and just condescending and unprofessional. And considering the fact that I spend over $6000 a month And medication in that pharmacy, he can kiss my ass I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere.
