I had to go back and have another person verify my receipt while the door greeter held my $12 lotion hostage. They verified I paid for it while my five year old held my hand and said she was scared and my two year old was screaming in his seat. No one even apologized when they verified I had paid for this stupid lotion. These are people I have had multiple interactions with and they were so sure I stole a lotion. I will not shop here again.

I had scanned a bottle of wine and needed him to approve the purchase, no big deal but he ignored me for a few minutes. I looked at him, we made eye contact but he continued to have a personal conversation with a coworker. I stood there ticked off but patiently waited for him to come over. He, instead went to another register to help someone else. I stood there long enough for the computer to ask me "do you wish to continue?". If there would've been multiple people needing help I would've understood but after making eye contact I looked around and at that time I was the only one needing assistance. When he finally came over he didn't say a word to me. This was the second interaction I've had with that guy and he was rude both times.

When I asked the employee about it, they've then rudely responded that I was now interrupting their lunch and should've gotten here earlier. When I sat a whole half hour prior to them closing for lunch. Numerous cars got out of line because it took so long some even went inside and their prescription was filled inside at the counter, but not at the drive-through.

Already waited an hour from going in to work now I have to leave early to make a 2 hour window. Another occasion I received an email stating my script was ready for pick up. Arrive and the very rude lady said they don't have a script for me. I kindly said you emailed me that it was ready. And she very rudely stated " I didn't email you!" It's impressive how awful this location is, consistently, while managing to stay open…read more The staff is friendly but either utterly incompetent or extremely understaffed (and the 15 minute hold times EVERY TIME I call says it's more likely understaffed) and the pharmacy manager either does not care about running a solid pharmacy that prioritizes patient health which I sincerely doubt, or corporate needs to give them more staffers to keep up with the demand. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get to a phone call on hold. It shouldn't take 3-4 business days to refill two damn prescriptions when the medication's in stock. I've never been to a pharmacy that outright refuses to do same day prescription refills before this one. I've never been to a pharmacy where I cannot speak to the pharmacist, at all, to complain about the quality of service. Other Walgreens stores in the area, as well as competitors, tell people to avoid this store for the safety of their health, that should tell you something! Unfortunately, the CVS down the road is just as bad!

Can't even speak to a person, you have to use the automated system, except the automated system is…read morestupid and can't do 90% of what you need. So you tell the automated system you want to talk to the pharmacy, and then IT says, "Please leave a voicemail with your name and number and we'll call you back within an hour." No option to go on hold, no option to explain to the machine that you need to see if they have a medication in stock, just "Leave a voicemail!" I don't want to leave a voicemail, I want to talk to a person, I'm on hold to talk to a person, I don't want you to call me back in 45 minutes while I'm making lunch. If you can't handle your call volume, hire more people or install more phones, or prepare to keep losing patients, because you just lost me.
