Hours for the pharmacy says 9-8. Dropped off my script after a visit to the ER. Next morning I show up to a sign that's "short staff. Open 3-5 today". Already waited an hour from going in to work now I have to leave early to make a 2 hour window. Another occasion I received an email stating my script was ready for pick up. Arrive and the very rude lady said they don't have a script for me. I kindly said you emailed me that it was ready. And she very rudely stated " I didn't email you!" it's New Years Eve and 5:45 PM and your pharmacy is closed. We are out of our diabetes meds and were told it would not be open again until 1/2/2025. We were also told there was no way to get our prescriptions. You deserve a negative number rating if there was one possible. I's sad I had to give you one star. I got here at 12 and waited in line only to be cut by someone else with a clipboard before I was helped. I was told my medication wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 30 minutes for my medication and told to have a seat. At exactly thirty minutes I do the same thing the person with the clipboard did to me only to be told to go to the back of the line by this same rude person who let someone cut me to help them without a care about it read more

I used a photo app to send pics to Walgreen for printing, they responded with an email in five minutes letting me know they received my order and within an hour another email telling me my order was ready to pick up. This is our go to pharmacy. I guess that sums it up in that we use them when needed and generally, have success and good experiences dealing with the pharmacy and the general store staff. I like that even though they aren't 24/7, they generally are open when I am in need of something. Their prices are usually okay if you have insurance, but it doesn't hurt to use a price checking app like GoodRx to see if you can get a better deal elsewhere. But I like the convenience of this place being close and their past service has earned our trust. One point I want to mention is that for a small store, they have a nice variety of stocking stuffers in the seasonal aisle each Christmas season. A very clean and friendly store to visit. They have fully stocked shelves and ive never seen a item out of stock (sale items) I love the Iceland Walgreens water. That item is a hard item to find, at any Walgreens! Wish that was in stock all the time, best bottled water on earth! The RX counter can be a wait at times. What I find amusing is there is always a person sitting right at the counter watching others work, struggle or whatever and they NEVER off to help. The pharmacy is full of people and only one girl rushing to help everybody. The prices outside of a insurance plan are Unreal, hope people price check as sometimes it could save you over a hundred dollars just for one script!!! As far as getting my prescriptions go, I love this Walgreens! They're kind, easy to work with and super helpful. However, I also like to coupon. This Walgreens is the most difficult to go to when I want to get a good deal. There are specific cashiers I have to avoid, because they make their own rules. That doesn't seem right to me. I don't buy more than 5 of any one item. I should totally be allowed to use my coupons at this place. If I go to the one in the next town, I am never given a rough time. The people are kind and act like they actually want to help me. If you want to get some good deals without the hassle, don't go to this Walgreens. read more

This review is meant as a warning to those folks who need a flu shot this year. Here goes. Trying to use the website, to set appointments for my family members took FOREVER. Once finally, FINALLY set up, we go and arrive a little early for our shots. We log in, and wait, We wait quite some time. Then we are called back. We were told that they had no flu shots. The lady that was helping us was extremely nice, but stated that this was not her usual job. Okay, we asked, what to do next? On the website, heck even multiple signs out front, advertised the ability to get a flu shot, here, now. She finds out from the Pharmacist, that they do have the flu shots, but that some Hospital regionally (Community Health) has taken over the Clinic portion of CVS, and procedures were different. TONS of waiting, as the Pharmacist did her absolute best to put us in the system, get the right shots for us, and then she, herself, administered the shots. So, the Community Health Network clinic, is horrible, as far as a functioning entity to quickly and easily get your flu shot at this time. The company was and probably still is WHOLLY UNPREPARED to get you in and out quickly. The folks there are top notch, and did their best and then some to work within a complete lack of understanding how flu shots were to be handled. Again, my view is that the companies involved had poor planning, and transition information as far as protocols and so on to handle our simple needs. The website too was a complete FAIL. The convenient store section of Walgreens is fantastic, however, the pharmacy is extremely lacking. This was my first time in over 15 years that I needed to pick up any sort of prescription. This time it happened to be for my son. The pharmacist was very curt, rude, and abrupt. I never received a friendly tone of voice, smile, greeting... nothing. I just had his voice on the intercom (instead of actually coming to the window) saying, 'What are you hear for?'. I came thru the drive thru and he told me to wait 10-15 min for my order to be ready. So, I waited there. Another rude employee (woman) told me I had to move. I get it... but why didn't the pharmacist let me know where to park or what to do. Why have another employee rudely tell me instead and act condescending. I'm a super nice person and I'm also very understanding. Considering he represents the company, he is lacking customer service skills. I will never venture to this store again. No thanks. read more
