In and out at the pharmacy. Store was busy, christmas shoppers, but line moved quick.

Can't even speak to a person, you have to use the automated system, except the automated system is stupid and can't do 90% of what you need. So you tell the automated system you want to talk to the pharmacy, and then IT says, "Please leave a voicemail with your name and number and we'll call you back within an hour." No option to go on hold, no option to explain to the machine that you need to see if they have a medication in stock, just "Leave a voicemail!" I don't want to leave a voicemail, I want to talk to a person, I'm on hold to talk to a person, I don't want you to call me back in 45 minutes while I'm making lunch. If you can't handle your call volume, hire more people or install more phones, or prepare to keep losing patients, because you just lost me. read more

The pharmacists have the worst attitudes. I will drive out of my way to the next closest cvs just to avoid having to talk to anyone at this location. Been going for a year now and I've met maybe one decent person. read more

Mariah was so sweet and helpful! Thank you for helping me find what I needed and for being so sweet during check out. There was also a nice gentleman that showed me what I needed in the store as well. It's so nice to have such helpful staff. My fiancé went in looking for baby formula (during a major formula shortage...) desperately looking for something to feed our infant and the older lady behind the counter scolded him, rolled her eyes and said 'I don't know why you don't just breast feed'.... Not like it's her business but i wasn't able to produce the milk my baby needed..... this happened months ago and I'm only just now saying something because how much it hurt me to this day.. read more

Made an online appointment for flu shot checked then was ignored by person giving shots after waiting 15min past my appointment time asked when I would get my shot told I'd have to wait why make appointments then I won't be going there anymore even though it's one of the place I can use for flex spending account read more

When I got in line there were 2 cars ahead of me. I would say within about 6-8 minutes we had our medicine and was on our way. This is a huge improvement for this location because the line is typically around the building. The Pharmacy Technician was polite. With COVID-19 going on I appreciated being able to use the CVS Mobile Application to request and sign for the medicine. Overall I had a nice experience at CVS. read more

Overall, I have had a good experience at this CVS. There is a very helpful lady who works in the pharmacy. She is always cheerful and energetic. My only concern is one time I got home and counted my pills. I was missing three. Has anyone ever had issues with missing pills from this store? read more

Walked into cvs to get a prescription filled. Sales person, Sara, in pharmacy was making fun of a disabled woman who had just left and said "who gives a ef if she never shops here again. Good" was rude to all the customers to a point that I left and said screw it. Worst service ever. Would give zero but it Wont let me. read more

I have had several horrible experiences at this pharmacy. I went in for a flu shot once, and left without even getting the shot. I watched as employees hugged each other, and the manager was instructing another employee how to do simple shelf facings and other brainless tasks while I waited for my shot. Today they called me and were rude over the phone, so I have transferred all my prescription to another pharmacy. I will urge everyone I know to stop shopping at this store. Usually the store is dirty and always a line at the pharmacy, most likely due to ignorant people they have working at this store. I don't plan on ever shopping there again. read more

Customer service is lacking at the pharmacy and at the front counter. I initially went here because meds were to be a little cheaper. I waited patiently at the drop off counter while the drive up window was finished, and the one gentleman was checking out. Another lady walked up to the checkout, obviously a regular as another employee came from the sales floor to speak with her. She was helped before me, my initial thought was well this should be a quick transaction and they will be over. That was not the case they proceeded to have a conversation about what health problems she had and then the pharmacy tech started talking about her problems and it just went on and on. Service people are unfriendly you have to wait a long time in line the front desk people are not pleasant they promise you one price and give you another or we don't have a drug come back in a week this CVs stinks read more
